• The fare for infants (ages 0–5) is free, but does not include a bus seat. If a seat is required, please book under the child fare (ages 6–12).

• 【Checked Luggage (Trunk) Policy】
  Each passenger may check one piece of luggage.
  Luggage must meet the following size and weight limits:
  ・Volume: within 0.25 m³
  ・Length: up to 2 meters
  ・Weight: up to 30 kg
  Please note: Due to limited trunk space, multiple pieces of luggage may not be accepted. Even if space is available, items may be declined if they interfere with other passengers' luggage.
• If you plan to park your car at the Kyoei Bus Center (free parking) while using the Taisetsu Liner, please click the image below to download the Parking Permit. Fill in your reservation number and usage period, and place the permit on your dashboard or another visible location inside your car. You can also pick up a Parking Permit at the Information Desk.

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.

• 【Regarding Management, Loss, and Damage】
  Passengers are responsible for managing their own belongings and valuables.

• 【Luggage Loading/Unloading Service】
  Loading and unloading of luggage by staff or drivers is provided as a courtesy service.
  Even if assistance is given, the responsibility for storage and management remains with the passenger.
• 【Bringing Pets Onboard】
  The Taisetsu Liner operates for approximately 3 hours, primarily on highways.
  To ensure safety and avoid inconvenience to other passengers, pets are not allowed on board—this includes those in cages.
  However, certified assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted when accompanied by the proper documentation and identification as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
• The scheduled rest stop is Iwamizawa Service Area on the Hokkaido Expressway. However, in cases of traffic disruptions or road restrictions, the rest stop location may be changed or the scheduled break may be skipped.
• Please note that the operating company or vehicle assigned to each service may change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
