- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- During the high season, additional collapsible spare seats may be used.
- Please understand that during the high season, the departure time may be delayed due to traffic.
- In the case the ropeway service is suspended due to bad weather or for inspection, you will be going on a bus to climb the mountain. Please note that refunds will not be given in the case of cancellations, however you will receive a souvenir instead (except for the 'Round Trip Bus Only' plans available in the summer, when the Ropeway is closed for scheduled maintenance).
- Please understand that the bus will not wait for participants who do not show up by the departure time.
- The tour will stop at the top of Mt. Hakodate for about 30 minutes.
- The arrival time at the top of the mountain may vary depending on the road conditions and the number of visitors.
- This tour will be held only in Japanese.
