I signed up for a mini sightseeing tour with transportation included. After the monastery tour I had pre-booked, the soft serve ice cream from the monastery's shop recommended by the driver was delicious! After that, we made an unexpected stop at Tachimachimisaki. It was a place I absolutely wanted to visit, but I was worried it would be difficult to get there without a car, so I was very happy that we made a detour. The driver also shared recommendations for sightseeing spots and food during the ride, making it a fun trip. Thank you so much, driver!!

I was unsure which company to choose online, but I made a reservation the day before departure through this site that I happened to find. I had originally booked an earlier time, but on the day of the tour, the driver recommended a time when the night view would be better, so I changed my reservation at the last minute. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy a leisurely sightseeing experience and see the changing night views. I was a bit anxious since I was traveling alone, but I was able to chat comfortably with the driver in the car and had a great time. I would definitely like to request this service again when I come to Hakodate.

The driver was an elderly gentleman, but he was very nice, and we were able to relax and have a great time. I highly recommend this tour as it offers great value for the price.

They were flexible in accommodating our requests. I'm glad we had time to stroll around Onuma Park. The view from the sightseeing boat was great, and we could see Mount Komagatake, which made us very satisfied. On the way back, we were dropped off at the Hakodate City Hall, and we could enjoy sightseeing while walking down the slope, so we weren't tired and could take our time exploring.

The driver who resembled Tsuyoshi Muro was very friendly and funny, making the 90 minutes fly by! Despite the unfortunate rain, he took photos at spots where we could see the beautiful night view and explained the history at tourist attractions, allowing us to fully enjoy Hakodate!!! Since it's Golden Week, I thought it might be difficult to ride the ropeway, so I reserved a taxi in advance.
I originally wanted to book through a Taiwanese site, but since there was no 90 course, I made a reservation on a Japanese site (here)!
I arranged to meet at a restaurant near the station, and the driver arrived 10 minutes before the meeting time, holding a nameplate.

Thanks to the local driver, we received great guidance. Hakodate Mountain was extremely crowded, and I think it would have taken us several times longer if we were on our own. It was very cold at the top of the mountain, and my wife and I had to wait in line for a long time, but the driver's efficiency allowed us to visit in a short time.

We ascended Mount Hakodate while enjoying the sightseeing guide, listened to explanations, and admired the panoramic view of the sunset. Since my legs are not in good condition, I took a sightseeing taxi instead of the crowded bus. I wanted to go a little further up, but the parking lot was one level down, so I had to climb the stairs, which was tough. On the way back, I found out there was an elevator, and I wish I had been informed about it on the way there.

The monastery we visited first in the morning was still quiet with few tourists, allowing us to enjoy the sightseeing in a serene and sacred atmosphere, which was great.
