It was an amazing kayaking experience guide by our guide, Risa. The weather was a little gloomy but it created a beautiful mountain view shrouded by the mist. We also kayak along the River Chitose that was quiet and calm, allowing us to be close to nature. The highlight was when we spotted 4 huge blue carps in the river swimming under our kayaks. Most importantly, the tour was perfect because of our guide, Risa. Risa was friendly, relaxed, and was adept at striking good, pleasant conversations. Overall, I highly recommend anyone who is dropping by this lake to take this tour.

- For anyone over 80 kg, you may be asked to board the kayak alone.
- Participation Requirements
・Weight: Under 100 kg
・Height: 140 cm or taller (dry suit or shell dry suit provided)
・Age: Elementary school age to 70 years old
・Must be in good physical and mental health
※ Children (junior high school age or younger) must be accompanied by a guardian.
※ Two children cannot share a board; each child must ride with an adult.
※ Elementary and junior high school students cannot ride alone. - ※ Children under 12 years old cannot participate alone. Junior high students must be accompanied by a guardian to the shop.
※ Participants aged 16–17 may join alone only with a parent or guardian’s signature.
※ For safety reasons, children under 4 years old and pregnant participants cannot join.
※ Minimum number of participants: 1 person - 【Participation with Pets】
・Kayaks must be shared by two adults and one dog.
・For safety reasons, one adult and one dog per kayak is not permitted.
・We recommend bringing your own life jacket for your dog. Rental is available (¥500) if the size fits.
・Please bring and keep your dog on a leash at all times.
・All participants, including pets, are required to wear a life jacket during boarding.
・Only small and medium-sized dogs (up to 25 kg) are allowed. Large dogs cannot participate. - ・Dogs that are easily excited or bark excessively are not allowed.
・Please ensure your dog does not jump into the water during the kayak ride.
・If your dog jumps into the water, the tour will end immediately.
If this causes the tour to be canceled for other guests, you may be required to cover their participation fees.
・If your dog is unfamiliar with water or kayaking, please consult us in advance before booking.
・If your dog relieves itself, please take the waste home or use a dog diaper.

- The tour will generally proceed even in light rain or snow.
In case of heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or blizzards, the tour may be canceled. We will contact you the day before or as early as possible on the day of the tour if this occurs.
If the weather suddenly changes during the tour, it may be stopped midway for safety reasons.
Thank you for your understanding, as we operate in a natural environment. - For safety reasons, if the waves are high or the current is strong, the tour may not go out onto the lake.
