Ski Bus Shuttle Service between New Chitose Airport & Rusutsu and Niseko

Important activity information

• Infants under 2 years old can travel for free. (No seat will be provided.)
• Bringing hazardous materials onto the bus is prohibited.
• Passengers who are intoxicated will not be allowed to board.
• Changes to the schedule or number of passengers after booking are not possible. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new booking. Please note that if the cancellation fee period applies, the specified cancellation charges will be incurred.

• Please refrain from boarding the bus while wearing ski or snowboard boots.

• In case of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted. If you cannot board on the scheduled day, options may include transferring to a bus on the following day or using alternative transportation at your own expense. The operating company is not responsible for securing alternative transportation.
• If there is a risk of missing a flight connection, alternative transportation options, such as stopping at the nearest JR station, may be suggested. Please note that any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Service suspensions or delays may occur, and the operating company cannot be held responsible if this results in missing a flight or shortening the scheduled tour time. Please be aware of this in advance.
• A taxi or bus will be arranged based on the number of people in reservation.
• If rest facilities are unavailable due to their operating season or hours, the service may pass by them or use alternative facilities.
• The connection times between flights and buses are as follows:
  <Domestic Flights>
  - From flight to bus: At least 45 minutes
  - From bus to flight: At least 60 minutes
  <International Flights>
  - From flight to bus: At least 90 minutes
  - From bus to flight: At least 120 minutes
• 【Important Notes for Boarding】
  - Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
  - Please be seated anywhere you like. However, we might ask you to take a seat on an allocated seat when the bus is full.
  - Please refrain from talking on the phone on the bus.
  - Please make sure to fasten your seatbelt.
  - Please take off your ski or snowboard boots on the bus.
  - We can keep a set of ski equipment and one luggage in a trunk of the bus per person.
  *Please be considerate and try not to disturb others.
• *put them in a ski(snowboard) case or bag, they might cause of broken your stuff or even the others in the trunk during putting on/off the bus or when running the bus.
• For day-trip visitors to Rusutsu Ski Resort, the pick-up and drop-off location will be at the Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention.
• If a customer does not arrive by the departure time, the bus will generally not wait. In such cases, it will be considered a "no-show without notice."
• Depending on the number of passengers and the number of pick-up and drop-off locations, an additional ventilation period of about 5 to 10 minutes may be taken inside the vehicle, separate from regular breaks.

• The travel contract with the customer is established per tour code or flight number provided by the operating company. Even if multiple tours or flights are booked at once, the travel contract does not continue between the end of one tour or flight and the start of the next. Compensation for any damages incurred by the customer is based on this contract unit.

• If the bus goes directly to Niseko without stopping at Rusutsu Resort, the arrival time will be approximately 10 minutes earlier, taking about 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach Hirafu Welcome Center.
• Please understand that when you take the bus #107 or #109, you might have to change the bus at Hirafu Welcome Center.
