- Children 4 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- People 70 years old and above can not participate in this activity.
- Guests must be below 220 lbs (100 kg) to participate in this activity.
- For safety reasons, participants meeting any of the following conditions cannot join this plan. Depending on health or age, a medical certificate may be required. Please mention any concerns or symptoms when booking.
- High blood pressure, heart, spinal, or neck conditions
- Epilepsy or hyperventilation symptoms
- Pregnant or possibly pregnant
If the organizer determines on the day that safety cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled. - Those with weak backs may not be able to participate.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Photos taken during the experience will be shared via AirDrop for iPhone users. Please note that due to the unique environment, photos may occasionally not be captured. Guests are welcome to bring their own cameras, but the company is not responsible for any damage, such as water exposure. Use at your own risk.
- The tour may be canceled after booking due to weather conditions.
- Generally, it will proceed in light rain.
- In cases of heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, high waves, or blizzards, cancellation will be communicated as early as possible.
- For safety reasons, if waves are high or currents are strong, the lake may not be accessible, and the tour will focus on Chitose River instead.
- The instructor may also decide to cancel before or during the tour.
- Regarding free photos, there may be rare cases where photos cannot be taken due to camera issues during the tour.
