- Weight: 100kg or less
- Age: 4–70 years old
- Must be in good physical and mental health
*Children (under junior high school age) must be accompanied by a guardian.
*Children cannot ride together; they must ride with an adult.
*For safety reasons, children under 4 and pregnant individuals cannot participate.
*Minimum participants: 1 person - Pets are welcome to join. Please bring a life jacket for your pet or rent one as an option.
- Participants over 80kg may be required to ride alone.

- Tours will generally proceed in light rain or snow.
In case of heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or blizzards, we will notify you as early as possible, either the day before or on the day of the tour.
If the weather changes suddenly during the tour, it may be canceled mid-way for safety reasons. - For safety reasons, if the waves are high or the current is strong, access to the lake may not be possible. In such cases, the tour will focus on the Chitose River.

Due to the unique environment, photos may occasionally not be available.
