Set your navigation to "Shikotsu Lake Onsen" to reach the lakeside shopping area parking lot. Look for the "Guest House Shikotsu Kamui" sign in the center of the shopping area.

- Weight: 100kg or less, Height: 140cm or taller
- Age: Elementary school to 70 years old, in good health
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Solo riding: Not allowed for elementary/middle school students.
- Ages 16–18 require guardian consent.
- Not available for children under 4 or pregnant individuals.
- Minimum participants: 1 person. - 【Pet Participation Guidelines】

- Each dog must be accompanied by at least 2 adults (1 adult + 1 dog is not allowed).
- If your dog is new to water or kayaking, please consult us in advance.
- All passengers, including pets, must wear life jackets.

- Dogs in heat or without rabies/mixed vaccine certificates cannot participate.
- If your dog defecates, you must clean it up and take it with you. Diapers are recommended if you're concerned.

- Tours will proceed in light rain or snow. In case of heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or blizzards, cancellations will be communicated as early as possible, either the day before or on the day. If weather changes suddenly during the tour, it may be stopped for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- For safety reasons, access to the lake may be restricted if waves are high or currents are strong. In such cases, the tour will focus on the Chitose River.
- A parking fee of ¥500 per vehicle is required (free from December to March).
- Regarding Tour Photo Gifts:
Due to the unique environment, photos may occasionally not be available.
