Tours may be canceled if the guide deems it unsafe due to weather warnings, heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning. In case of cancellation, you will be notified the day before or about an hour before the tour starts. If weather conditions suddenly worsen during the tour, it may be stopped for safety reasons. - For groups of 10 or more:
If you cancel after the reservation is confirmed, the full fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. Please note this policy. - Guests may bring their own cameras or phones, but we are not responsible for water damage, malfunction, or loss.
- The tour is limited to 6 participants. For groups exceeding 6, please contact.
- Regarding Tour Photo Gifts:
Due to the unique environment, there may be rare cases where photos cannot be taken. - Exclusive Benefits for Shikotsu Area Partners
・Marukoma Onsen: Half-price ticket (available from 10:00 to 14:00)
・Mizu no Uta: Day-use hot spring ticket (15:00–19:00, ¥1,500 per person)
※ Both facilities are located just a short walk from our shop. Please inform our staff if you wish to take a bath.
※ Tickets are valid only on the day of the tour.
※ The nearby Kyukamura facility also offers day-use bathing from 10:00 to 15:00 (last entry at 14:30).
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - During the Hyōtō Festival period, heavy crowds are expected, especially on weekends and holidays. Please arrive at the meeting point with plenty of time to spare to ensure you can join the tour on time.
