Please get changed and get ready for the experience. (Restrooms and changing areas are available on-site.)
Once you’re ready, the instructor will give a briefing on how to paddle and important safety guidelines for SUP.

After the briefing, head out onto Shikotsu Lake on your own SUP.
Enjoy a relaxing water cruise along the lakeshore and take in the beautiful scenery.

Paddling out on your SUP, you’ll be struck by the lake’s deep blue color and clarity.
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and crystal-clear waters of Lake Shikotsu.

Please get changed and prepare for the experience. (Restrooms and changing rooms are available on-site.)
Once you're ready, the instructor will explain how to paddle and go over important safety tips for SUP.

After the briefing, each person will paddle out onto Lake Shikotsu on their own SUP.
Enjoy a relaxing water stroll along the peaceful lakeshore.

The sunset takes on a different form each day.

Payment / Cancellation Policy
- Credit card payment

- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 3 business days to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity date, up until the activity begins, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Participation Requirements:
・Participants must be between 3rd grade elementary school age and 65 years old.
・Children may ride together with an adult depending on their size and experience.
・Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or pregnant.
・Weight must be under 100 kg. (If over 100 kg, please inquire about private plans.) - On the day of the activity, you will be asked to fill out a participation agreement and health check sheet.
- Clothing Guidelines:
Please wear clothing that can get wet.
Jeans and skirts are not allowed.

Participants will wear a rental drysuit.
Under the drysuit, please wear comfortable long-sleeved tops and long pants (such as sweats or jerseys). Those who are sensitive to cold should also wear warm layers like fleece.

Participants will wear a rental wetsuit.
Under the wetsuit, please wear quick-drying T-shirts, swimwear, or undergarments. - [July, August]

Please participate wearing your own swimwear, such as rash guards, quick-drying T-shirts, and shorts. - Towel

- As this activity takes place in a natural environment, the start and end times may vary significantly depending on the weather and other conditions.
- While every effort is made to ensure safety, unforeseen accidents may still occur.
Please participate with full awareness and take personal responsibility for your actions. - We will notify you around 7:00 p.m. the day before regarding whether the tour will proceed as scheduled.
- If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the tour.
- To ensure safety, we have established our own internal safety guidelines.
Based on these standards, we make a comprehensive decision about whether or not the activity will proceed.
Even if the tour has started, it may be cancelled midway if there is a sudden change in weather or other conditions.
Please note that once the activity has begun, no refunds will be issued in principle. - Ezo Nature Act Safety Guidelines:
・Average wind speed must be 5 m/s or lower
・Wave height and swell must be 0.5 meters or less
・No weather warnings or advisories issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency
・Other professional guides must also consider it safe overall (e.g., no expected thunderstorms or heavy rain)
The activity tour will only proceed if all of the above conditions are met.
