Please pick up your ticket between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day before use at the Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Dot Base Information Counter. Present your VELTRA voucher (smartphone display accepted) to receive your ticket.

・After payment, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including illness, injury, transportation delays, purchase errors, or weather conditions.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
