I was able to enjoy kayaking with peace of mind on a tour by a professional diving shop. Our family of four split into two kayaks. We leisurely paddled along the river and lake, seeing fish along the way and listening to our guide's stories. I was moved by how such a blissful and relaxing time could exist. I called to inform them, but I was met with an intimidating response from the female staff member, who insisted that I hurry through the rainy mountain roads with unbelievable remarks. While I acknowledge that the lateness was my fault, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way I was treated. (What would they do if I had an accident while rushing through the rain?)

また当日、宿泊先で混雑とトラブルが重なり、9：30 支笏湖集合に対し9：40着の10分遅れになってしまうことが道中途中で判明したので連絡を入れたのですが、事務担当の女性から威圧的な対応を取られ、かつ雨天の山あいレンタカー道中を急いで来て下さいと信じられない言動があり、遅刻はこちらに非があるので強いことを言うべきでは無いのですが、対応に非常に不快な思いをしました。（降雨山中を急ぎスリップ事故でも起こしたらどう責任を取るのでしょうか。）

また当日の受付で上記の威圧的な対応に対しこちらの意見を申し、若い女性より謝罪を頂きました。
こちらは望んではいませんでしたが、ツアー代金のディスカウントの話が先方からありました（代表に確認して連絡するとのこと）アクティビティ終了後も代表の方もいらっしゃいましたが、お話も頂けておりません。※挨拶もありません。

アクティビティは楽しんだので金銭などの対応はいりませんが、あまりにもスタッフの対応が悪く、せっかくの北海道の貴重な自然との思い出を作る機会を汚しています。
二度と私達の様な気持ちにならない様にに催行会社の改善を求めます。
