Discover Showa Shinzan, one of Japan's youngest active volcanoes, born from a series of earthquakes between 1943 and 1945. Watch steam rise from its reddish mountainside and experience a remarkable example of nature's ever-changing geological forces.

The source of Noboribetsu Hot Springs, Hell Valley is famous for its steaming vents, volcanic landscape, and sulfur-rich atmosphere, offering a unique geothermal experience in Hokkaido.
One of Muroran's most iconic viewpoints, Cape Chikyu offers spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. On clear days, you can even see the Earth's curved horizon, making it one of Hokkaido's most scenic coastal spots.
Located in the Lake Toya Onsen area, Ichibankan serves a delicious scallop lunch set for guests who select the lunch-included plan. During your free time, you can also browse local souvenir shops and specialties.
Located at the foot of the active volcano Showa Shinzan, the Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch is home to many Hokkaido brown bears. Observe these magnificent animals up close and enjoy an optional bear-feeding experience (additional fee applies).
In just 6 minutes, the Mt. Usu Ropeway takes you close to the summit, where spectacular panoramic views of Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Hokkaido's dramatic volcanic landscape await.
One of Japan's youngest active volcanoes, Showa Shinzan rose from a flat plain during volcanic activity between 1943 and 1945. Its steaming slopes and unique volcanic landscape make it one of Southern Hokkaido's most remarkable natural wonders.
Silo Observatory offers spectacular panoramic views of Lake Toya, Nakajima Island, Mt. Usu, and Showa Shinzan. It's one of the best photo spots in Southern Hokkaido.
One of Japan's 100 Famous Waters, Kyogoku Fukidashi Park is famous for its crystal-clear spring water, naturally filtered by Mt. Yotei's snowmelt over many years. Visitors can taste the fresh natural spring water on site.
