On a weekday morning, we had a private experience for two. Our guide, Mr. M, was very kind to us, who are beginners and take things at our own pace, and he was a great help as our dedicated photographer. Thanks to him, we were able to capture many wonderful memories of summer in images. As we let ourselves be carried away by the gentle flow, the river's water temperature was pleasantly cool and felt great. The Otaru Unga River is recommended for beginners as it has little drop in elevation throughout the course. We also challenged ourselves by jumping off a cliff. 平日の午前中、二人で貸し切りの体験でした。　ガイドのMさんは、初心者でマイペースな私達にとても親切で、専属カメラマンとして大活躍してくれました。おかげで夏の良い思い出が、たくさん画像で残すことが出来ました。緩やかな流れに身を任せていると、川の水温が心地よい冷たさで気持ち良かったです。小樽内川は、全行程で滝のような落差が少なくて初心者におすすめです。崖からの飛び込みも挑戦してきました。川底が見える透明度の高い水面を見下ろすと、恐怖心との戦いとなりますが、着水後の爽快感はキャニオニングの醍醐味の一つです。今回、日帰り温泉付きプランだったので、日頃の疲れもリフレッシュできた最高の体験でした。札幌近郊なので、ちょっとの時間で大自然を満喫できるおすすめのアクティビティです。

At first, I was anxious about what would happen if I flipped over, but I made my way to the meeting point. The guide, who was reminiscent of Kazuyoshi Saito, was entertaining, and before I knew it, my worries had flown away.

ガイドの方は斉藤和義っぽく、お話しも面白く、いつの間にやら不安はどこかへ飛んで行ってしまいました。
ご用意頂いたドライスーツ、ダイビングソックス、シューズを見にまとい、陸上でパドリングやボート内で身体を安定的に保持する姿勢、万が一、川に落ちた時の対処法等シミュレートしてから、融雪で水かさの増えている豊平川へ！

まずは穏やかな流れに乗ってボートは進んで行きます。

結構、波が立っていて

と思うぐらいでした。

大自然から札幌市内の建物が見えるプチ都会まで
流れるこのラフティングは
老若男女皆んなで楽しめる事請け合い。

もっともっと多くの人で楽しんだら良いと思ったオススメのアクティビティです。

Went fishing today (March 7, 2016) and had so much fun. Got to drill our own hole, instructions on how to fish and sat in a nice tent. Also gave us handwarmers. Best of all, we went to a restaurant to have it prepared tempura style as an appetizer and ordered lunch...so delicious!

The guides were very attentive and patient. Spent our last day here with lasting memories and wanting to return again. Arigato Jin and Hiro (?)

We went in mid-February. Although it was snowing, in the tent it was warm so we could focus on the fishing.
First we made a hole in the ice, set up chairs and then started fishing like they told us, and we caught fish! It was kind cool being on the ice like that too.
In the kitchen area they will make tempura out of the smelt you catch for free, and we also had lunch their as the lunch sets were tasty and reasonably priced.

I went in mid-February. It was a bit snowy, but it was warm inside the tent, allowing me to focus on fishing.

First, I drilled a hole in the ice, set up my chair, and followed the instructions to entice the fish from the bottom, and I caught some! The subtle bites were incredibly fun.

It was my first experience on the ice, and I was really excited. The smelt I caught was made into tempura for free at the dining area, and I had lunch there; it was a reasonably priced and delicious set meal.

Right near the fishing spot, there are clean restrooms and wash areas in a beautiful commercial facility, and you can buy souvenirs and food, so there's no need for women to worry.

I highly recommend trying it out, especially since it's a limited-time experience!

２月中旬に行ってきました。ちょっと吹雪いていましたが、テントの中は暖かく釣りに集中できました。
まずは氷に穴を開けて、イスを設置し、教えてもらったとおりに底の方で誘いをかけると釣れます！微妙な当たりが超楽しいです。
氷の上での初めて体験でテンションあがりました。
釣ったワカサギはお食事処で無料で天ぷらにしてくれました、昼食はそちらでいただきましたが、リーズナブルで美味な定食でした。

釣り場のすぐ近くには綺麗な商業施設のお手洗いと洗面所があり、お土産や食べ物も買えますので女性のかたも心配ありません。
ぜひ、この時期限定なので楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。
