I was looking forward to this tour because I was satisfied with the bus tour the day before, but I think the guide was originally from China and spoke for 50 minutes straight in Chinese, which seemed to bewilder the other participants as well. The bus company from the previous day provided headphones, which was very good. I also felt that the bus seats were cramped. The buffet was not tasty, so I think I will avoid this tour next time.

I think the time allocated for each activity felt short, but it was just the right amount!

As others have mentioned, this tour has more foreign participants than Japanese, so announcements are made in Japanese, Chinese, and English. When I went, there were 6 Japanese participants and about 20 foreign participants, but the Japanese guide was not very thorough and still managed to entertain us!

It was my first time in Hokkaido, so I wasn't familiar with the area... I decided to sign up for a bus tour. I participated in the tour with my elderly mother. It was a grateful experience to visit places like Jigokudani and the Bear Ranch, which are difficult to access without a car. Most of the participants were of Chinese descent, with about five Japanese attendees. I also think there were some people from Korea and Singapore. It made me realize once again how popular Hokkaido is among foreign tourists.

The tour guide provided explanations about the sights during the bus ride, but since the guide was from the Chinese-speaking region, about 70% of the information was in Chinese. The guide could speak Chinese, English, and Japanese, but seemed to struggle the most with Japanese. In the morning, it took about 70 minutes to reach the first destination, and I felt like we listened to Chinese for about 50 minutes.

While there were explanations in English, there were many instances where no explanation was given in Japanese (such as recommendations for souvenirs and the nearest restrooms). バスの中で添乗員さんが観光に関する説明をしてくれますが、添乗員さんが中華圏の方だからか、中国語が７割です。中国語、英語、日本語の3つの言語が話せる方ですが、日本語が一番苦手そうでした。
朝、バスに乗り込み最初の目的地に着くまで70分程度ありましたが50分間は中国語を聞いていた印象です。

英語で説明したけれど、日本語では説明しないことも多々ありました。(オススメのお土産や最寄りのトイレについてなど)
3ヶ国語話すので忘れてしまうのだろうと思います。
集合時間についてなど、絶対に必要なインフォメーションは、忘れることなく、きちんと日本語でお知らせいただけます。添乗員さんの人柄もよいです。

I participated in the plan that included admission tickets to Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch. The bears up close were very large and impressive, but when I showed them apples, they performed many tricks and caught the apples with their mouths, which was incredibly cute! Since there were 7 Japanese participants, we used a 10-passenger microbus. Everything went according to schedule, and we managed to see Lake Shikotsu before sunset. The autumn leaves were beautiful, making it a great time to visit.

However, the place recommended for lunch was fully booked, and nearby restaurants were also packed, so we had to order the quickest option from a restaurant a bit farther away. It was a shame we didn't have time to look for a foot bath.

Nonetheless, I’m glad I participated as it allowed us to tour efficiently.

Personally, I thought that reducing the time at Lake Toya and visiting Lake Shikotsu while it was still light would have increased my satisfaction. The quiet atmosphere at Lake Shikotsu was much nicer than at Lake Toya, so if I have the chance to visit Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to return.

クチコミで中国人観光客だらけというのを見てかなり悩みましたが、このツアーが唯一「地球岬」への観光があったので選びました。
ツアー参加者44〜45人中、日本人は11名、欧米系が3〜4人、あとは中国人だったと思います。ですが、特に困ることも嫌な思いをすることもなかったので、そこを不安に思われている方は思い切って参加しても大丈夫かなと思います（その時のメンバーにもよるけれど）
集合場所になんの案内もなかったので少し不安になりました。バスが着いたらそこからガイドさんが降りて来られるスタイルでした。
景色を楽しみにしていたのですが、終始曇り空だったので残念な部分はありましたが、それでも1日でいろいろなところを巡れたのは良かったです。暑くも寒くもなく紅葉も綺麗でした。
個人的には、洞爺湖での時間を減らして、明るいうちに支笏湖に行けたら満足度が上がるように思いました。洞爺湖より支笏湖の静かな雰囲気がとても良かったので、また北海道に行く機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。
長時間にもかかわらずガイドさんもドライバーさんもとても丁寧でおかげで楽しむことができました。本当にありがとうございました。

It was a wonderful bus tour with great weather. I was lucky to have the front seat, so I could see the scenery well from the window. I listened to explanations about various places through earphones, but the guide also provided a lot of additional information. The tour included places that are not easy to visit on your own.

At Campana Rokkatei, I enjoyed the freshly made "Furano Mochi," which can only be eaten there. The view of Furano from the balcony was also lovely. The lunch was delicious, and I ordered some wine. At Tomita Farm, I was healed by the beautiful flowers and mountains. Although the Blue Pond wasn't as blue as I expected, it was still one of the places I wanted to visit.

While we had free time at each location, I felt that the time allocation could be adjusted a bit. I wanted to stay longer at Campana Rokkatei to look at souvenirs, and I didn't have enough time to explore the deeper parts of Tomita Farm. I also wished I had a bit more time at the Blue Pond. On the other hand, Shikisai no Oka felt a bit redundant with Tomita Farm, and for someone not interested in alpacas, it seemed like too much time.

それぞれの場所で自由行動でしたが、個人的には少し時間配分を変えていただいていいような気がしました。カンパーナ六花亭は、お土産など見たかったのでもう少し滞在していたかったし、富田ファームも奥の方まで行くには時間が足りず、青い池ももう少し時間が欲しかったかなと思います。逆に四季彩の丘は、富田ファームとお花畑かぶりもあり、アルパカに興味がない者には時間を持て余す感じでした。
総距離350キロだったとのこと。安全運転してくださったドライバーさんにも感謝です。
一人で参加したのですが、全く気になりません。バスの出発場所は札幌駅の北口でわかりやすいです。
また北海道に行く機会があれば、今度は別の場所に行くツアーに参加したいです。

My husband had never been to Hokkaido, so we decided to travel together. Since Hokkaido is vast and not a familiar place for us, we chose to join a bus tour.
