- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 3 business days to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 1 business days to 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Required items to bring & attire
- The route to the dam lake involves descending a steep slope, so please wear non-slip footwear. Be aware that your shoes or clothing may get wet depending on conditions.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- There are no restrooms or warming areas at the venue. Please dress warmly before entering. Access to the dam lake venue requires a walk from Daisetsu Plaza 273.
- For restrooms, please use the public toilets at Daisetsu Plaza 273.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.
- The dam lake is located within a national park. Please refrain from illegal dumping or bringing in items such as oil.
- Parking at the Daisetsu Plaza 273 entrance is limited. Please use the dedicated shuttle bus or hotel transfer service to access the venue.
- Group bus stop reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance with the office. Depending on availability, changes to the stopover time may be requested.
- In case of severe weather conditions such as snowstorms or if the ice on the dam lake is deemed unsafe, the event may be canceled.
- Please gather at the venue reception (special site near Daisetsu Plaza 273) on your own.
*This is not the Daisetsu Dam Management Office, so please be careful. - There are no food or beverage sales facilities, so please bring your own.
- When arriving by private car or rental car, please be aware that wait times may occur depending on the situation.
- A free shuttle bus service is available to the venue.
