Driver Mr. Yamazaki was very kind, and he took many photos for us, making our visit to Shirakawa-go very enjoyable. The recommended lunch spot was also delicious, and the whole family had a great time.

Shirakawa-go and Hida Takayama were places I wanted to visit at least once. However, I thought it would be difficult due to time constraints, but I chose the option of a one-day bus trip from Kanazawa.
Since it's quite hard to access, the bus is convenient. Also, the guide was very helpful, providing detailed information. I received advice for walking around and tips for souvenirs.
Additionally, they pointed out great photo spots and even took snap photos with Shirakawa-go in the background, making for a fun day.
白川郷と飛騨高山は、一度行ってみたい場所でした。ただ、時間的に難しいと思っていたのですが、金沢から1日バス旅行というオプションがあったので選びました。
なかなか行きにくい場所にあるので、バスは便利です。また、ガイドさんが丁寧に案内してくださるので助かります。散策する時のアドバイスから、お土産のヒントまで助かりました。
また、写真の撮影スポットを教えて頂いたり、実際に白川郷を背景にスナップ写真を撮って頂いたり、1日を楽しく過ごせました。

It was the best tour. The driver not only drove but also acted as a private tour guide, which was really helpful. They also provided pick-up and drop-off from the accommodation, and were quite flexible with the timing adjustments. Since the store we aimed for was closed, we were able to enjoy a delicious lunch thanks to their quick reservation at another place. We wouldn't have had such a fulfilling trip with a bus tour or just on our own. I also received great advice about other tourist spots, which was very helpful. I would like to request a taxi tour for the next nearby tour.

運転手さんは運転だけでなく、プライベートツアーガイドまでしてもらって、本当に助かりました。
宿の送迎もしてもらえて、細かい時間調整もかなりフレキシブルにしてもらえました。

I'm glad I participated. For this trip, even if you plan it individually, the round-trip bus fare from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go is 4,000 yen, and the Hida beef lunch is 2,000 yen; this is the minimum cost. In addition to that, the parking at the facility, the secret photo spots, the detailed guidance during the trip, and the rice cracker-making experience were truly priceless. This experience has turned me into a fan of bus tours. Everything went according to schedule, and although I was a bit anxious about the 15-minute transfer for the Shinkansen on the way back, there were no traffic jams at all, and I ended up having time to buy souvenirs, which made me feel secure about planning the itinerary. It was truly amazing!
I participated in a bus tour on the second day of my sightseeing in Kanazawa, coming from Okinawa. The timing from 10:00 to 15:00 was just perfect♪
And of course, it included lunch!
Moreover, it was the best lunch.
If I had to say something, I think the rice cracker grilling experience on the way back was unnecessary... (laughs)
I would have preferred to spend more time in Shirakawa-go (sweat).
The bus was also very comfortable, and I enjoyed the travel time without it feeling burdensome.

I had originally booked a plan from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go with another travel company, but it was canceled due to not enough participants. After desperately searching, I found Beltra. (Since I had already applied for paid leave, I couldn't change the dates.)
On the day of the trip, it was a cold, rainy morning, and there were four participants, making it a luxurious journey with plenty of space on the bus. Both the driver and the guide were friendly, which made for an enjoyable trip.
The lunch featuring Hida beef miso and perilla leaf grilled set was delicious.
At Shirakawa-go, we were able to visit several villages and were shown nice view spots, allowing us to take wonderful photos. The Kanazawa souvenirs recommended were mostly sold out!
Next time, I want to visit Shirakawa-go in the snow and stay in one of the villages.
金沢駅から白川郷へのプラン、実は他の旅行会社で予約していたのですが、人数が集まらなくて中止になってしまい、必死に探した末のベルトラさんでした。（有休申請した後だったので、日程をずらす訳にもいかず）
当日は朝から雨で寒い日、参加者は4人でバスの中を悠々と使い贅沢な旅でした。運転手さんも、ガイドさんも人柄が良く楽しい旅になりました。
お昼の飛騨牛の味噌大葉焼き定食美味しかったです。
白川郷、いくつもの集落をまわれてNICE VEWスポットも教えて頂き素敵な写真を撮る事ができました。紹介頂いた金沢土産オススメ、殆ど売り切れでした！
次回は雪の白川郷を訪れたいし、集落に泊まってみたいです。

I participated with a foreigner who doesn't speak Japanese. Although I didn't mention this when applying, once they realized there was a participant who didn't understand Japanese, they quickly provided explanations in English as well! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and being with my elderly mother, I hesitated to participate several times. However, after checking the COVID-19 safety measures on the website, I decided it would be safe to join. I personally wasn't originally interested in Shirakawa-go, but since my mother wanted to go, I planned this trip. In the end, the guide, Mr. Kuroda, shared interesting stories, and we were able to take a leisurely stroll, which made for a very pleasant time. Although the rainy weather was quite disappointing, I appreciated the comment that "this kind of scenery is rarely seen," and I realized that it was indeed a unique landscape. I was worried about the typhoon, but we narrowly escaped it and had a very enjoyable day. I was torn between taking a regular shuttle bus, but since it was my first visit and I was with children, and it seemed like there would be many mountain roads, I decided on the tour.
The bus guide's fun and educational stories were easy for the kids to understand, and we had a very fulfilling time during the journey. Both the driver and the guide were very friendly and easy to talk to.
In Shirakawa-go, they even shared some hidden recommended photo spots, allowing us to capture a truly memorable shot. During the sightseeing, we could leave our bags on the bus and explore hands-free, and they even lent us umbrellas during sudden rain, which was very thoughtful.
It really became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

Traveling to the hidden gem of Shirakawa-go can be quite challenging, so I decided to join this tour. I was a bit anxious about how to explore Shirakawa-go, but the tour guide was very knowledgeable, and unlike many sightseeing buses, we weren't rushed for time, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely stroll. The bus was a bit small, so the seats were somewhat cramped, but since the journey was only about an hour, it wasn't a big issue. Lunch was all-you-can-eat, but it was light, so I wish I had tried some snacks like dango or gohei mochi while exploring. The schedule was just right, departing Kanazawa at 9:20 AM and arriving at 3:30 PM, which gave us time to shop and have fun after arriving in Kanazawa. It was quite hot due to the typhoon's influence, so I wish I had brought a parasol. Both the tour guide and the driver were very pleasant, and they introduced us to Kanazawa souvenirs and great photo spots, making it a fun trip. Thank you!
秘境白川郷へ行くのは大変なので、この機会にと思い参加しました。白川郷？どうやって観光する？と少々不安に思っていましたが、そこはさすがに観光バスだけあり添乗員さんの案内がとても的確で観光バスにありがちな時間に追われるということもなく、のんびり散策を楽しむことができました。バスは小さめなので座席も狭目ですが、1時間程度の移動なのでさほど問題ありませんでした。昼食はおかわり自由ですが内容的には軽めなのでお腹の心配せず散策中にお団子や五平餅なども食べればよかった〜。朝9時20分発、金沢着15時半の程よいプランだったので、金沢に着いてからも買い物したり遊べました。台風の影響でかなり暑かったので日傘を持って行けばよかったです。添乗員さんも運転手さんもとても感じが良くて金沢のお土産の紹介や撮影スポットを教えていただき楽しい旅になりました。ありがとうございました

I participated in late August. It was cloudy, so walking was just right. Due to COVID, there were hardly any foreigners, so it wasn't as crowded as I expected, but there were a good number of tourists. The tour guide provided information on how to get around and hidden gems, which allowed us to sightsee efficiently, and it was very good. Since lunch was included, there was no waiting time, and we could use our time effectively. The recommended souvenirs from Kanazawa were also helpful. My first visit to Shirakawa-go was very satisfying. I definitely want to go on a tour to Shirakawa-go in winter next time.

My first visit to Shirakawa-go. It was easily accessible from Kanazawa and offered great value for money.

I had a feeling that going to Shirakawa-go would be quite challenging, but I learned that there are bus tours from Kanazawa Station that make it easy to visit, so I decided to join immediately.
On the bus ride there, I received a local map and various pieces of information, which I think helped me to tour efficiently.
The time spent at the site, including lunch, is about two and a half hours, but if you take your time to explore, it might not be enough. I heard there was a campaign at a certain café offering a 50 yen discount on all drinks, but I don't think there will be time to relax and enjoy tea.
I participated in the summer this time, but I thought it must be incredibly beautiful to visit in the winter when the snow is piled up.
白川郷へ行くのは結構大変なんだろうなとなんとなく思っていたのですが、金沢駅から気軽に行けるバスツアーがあると知り即参加を決めました。
行きのバスの中で現地の地図もいただき、色々と事前情報をいただけたので効率よく観光できたと思います。
現地滞在時間は昼食時間も含めて2時間半ぐらいあるのですが、じっくり見て回っていたら足りないぐらいです。某カフェでドリンク全品50円引きのキャンペーンをやっていたようですがゆっくりお茶している時間はないと思います。
今回は夏の参加でしたが、雪の積もった冬に来るとさぞかし美しいのだろうなと思いました。

I participated with my children. I was worried whether my elementary school and preschool kids would enjoy it, but in the end, it was incredibly fun. Since only authorized vehicles can enter, getting on and off is easy, making walking around comfortable. I was also informed about the highlights for free exploration. We were healed by the peaceful nature, enjoyed delicious snacks, and the kids had a great time. The guide was kind and the stories were interesting. Thank you very much.

The tour guide and the driver were both very pleasant, and you could naturally feel their spirit of hospitality. The conversations on the bus were comfortable and just right. It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, and it was even more wonderful than I expected. Moreover, I initially had no interest in Gokayama, but after learning from the guide that the Emperor had stayed there and that it has three Michelin stars, I realized it truly offers a different world compared to Shirakawa-go. It felt like I had entered a different dimension, making it an incredibly enjoyable trip. The guide also provided helpful information about souvenirs, which was greatly appreciated. I definitely want to visit again.
初めての白川郷でした。思った以上に素敵な場所でした。そして何より五箇山も最初は興味なかったのですが、天皇様が泊まった事やミシュランの三つ星とガイドさん教えてもらって、確かに白川郷とは違う世界が広がっていました。なんだか異次元の世界に来た様な気分で最高に楽しい旅となりました。お土産情報などガイドさんが教えて下さりとっても助かりました。またぜひ行ってみたいです。

I wanted to visit Shirakawa-go and Takayama, so I included them in my trip to Kanazawa. I participated alone, but Mr. Kuroda provided various information about recommended photo spots and dango shops, allowing me to fully enjoy my time without feeling bored. The other participants were also kind, and I had a great time chatting with them. I'm looking forward to eating the shiso monaka I bought as a souvenir! Thank you very much!

I had a great time efficiently touring Shirakawa-go and Gokayama in just one day. Our guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided very clear explanations, and his simultaneous interpretation for participants from abroad was also easy to understand and very skilled. In Shirakawa-go, we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy at a leisurely pace. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

I was able to efficiently tour using a taxi. It took some time to enter the parking lot, but by walking down from the observation deck, I was able to tour efficiently. It took about an hour from Kanazawa. The car was convenient.

I had a wonderful trip thanks to a fantastic sightseeing taxi driver. The White Road has many photo spots, and I enjoyed the break at the roadside station. At Shirakawa-go, the driver checked for available shops, accompanied us on local sightseeing, and even lent us an umbrella. It was truly exceptional. I would love to request the same driver again! I think we wouldn't have been able to navigate as efficiently on our own. For those in a hurry, I believe taking a route other than the White Road would be faster.

ホワイトロードはフォトスポットもたくさんで、道の駅での休憩も楽しめました。
