Regarding the bus and lunch seating, we typically arrange the bus seats in the order of applications. Meals are also organized by group. We do not specifically separate Japanese guests from foreign guests. On that day, there were 15 guests from overseas, and since they were all in one group, the seating for the bus and lunch became consolidated. If we had informed you about the guest information that day, there may not have been any misunderstandings.

On some days, Japanese guests and overseas guests become friendly, and sometimes guests from the same country exchange emails and keep in touch after returning home.

We sincerely apologize for the lunch menu issue. Meals are one of the great pleasures of travel. I will communicate to our tour guides and interpretation staff to support our guests as much as possible. Please feel free to ask the restaurant staff about any menu items you do not understand.

I regret that the interpretation staff and the trainees caused you discomfort. We will thoroughly educate our team to ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.

In the villages around Hakusan, including Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, many traditional customs and ways of life still remain. It is often surprising to find that even though they are in different prefectures, the tools used are the same, or that there are similar dialects.

After confirming with tourist destinations and stops in Toyama and Gifu Prefectures, we decided to go ahead as both prefectures reported that the snow was not as severe as in Ishikawa Prefecture.
