- Any cancellations made between 12:00 local time, 1 business days to 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Please wear swimwear or clothes you don't mind getting wet.

A shirt and short pants that repel water (Long sleeves and thin leggings are recommended to prevent sunburn)
If you only wear a bathing suit there is a high chance of getting sunburned - In Winter:
A shirt and long pants that repel water (Long sleeves and thick leggings are recommended to keep you warm)
