- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 2 business days to 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 75% of the total amount.

- Please refrain from canceling without notice. The materials used for the class are fresh meat and vegetables; as such, once we place an order, it cannot be canceled. Please inform us of cancellations no later than 5:00 pm on the day prior to your class. Even in the case of an emergency when you have to cancel at the last minute, we would appreciate it if you could let us know. Thank you for your understanding.
