I participated in the morning session. The Gunkanjima Digital Museum has a check-in time of 9:00 because this facility opens at that time.

As soon as it opens, when you present your voucher at the reception, you will be asked to fill out a declaration form with your address and name. After signing, you will receive a card holder with a paper indicating your boarding number, and then you move to the second floor for a projection mapping explanation. After the explanation, you can tour the facility. Since there is time before boarding the boat, you can take your time exploring.

After the tour, you will need to move to a place called "Tokiwa Terminal" (a few minutes' walk) on your own. They briefly mention this at the reception, but you won't receive a map, so you need to keep track of the time while moving. It can be confusing because there is a separate "Premium Course," and those who sign up for it gather inside the Digital Museum and are taken there. For those on the Premium Course, there is a poster inside the facility indicating where to gather at 10:00, so be careful not to be misled by that.

In front of Tokiwa Terminal, staff from "Gunkanjima Concierge" will be waiting, so you can wait indoors or nearby. When the time comes, boarding numbers will be called in increments of about ten, so you board the boat in order. However, the staff will not call out to those indoors, so it's best to wait outside for your turn. If you happen to miss your number being called, you can still board, but be cautious about this.

Once the boat departs, you can go out on deck to take photos of the Megami Ohashi Bridge shortly after. The speed increases from the bridge, so you need to return inside the boat until you reach the Gunkanjima area. When you arrive near Gunkanjima, you will be allowed back on deck, and the boat will circle around Gunkanjima, allowing for 360-degree photos. Depending on the sunlight and angle, it can really look like a battleship, which is wonderful.

When docking, there is a jolt, so you will return inside the boat before docking and disembarking. You can take photos of the interior of Gunkanjima while moving between three designated viewing points.

I think it's important to be considerate when taking photos at the viewing points. After taking a certain number of photos, it's best to let the person behind you take their turn. If the person behind you stretches their hand up to take a photo without blocking the person in front, it can create a situation where the people behind them can't get a good shot because the person in front is in the way. オープンとともに受付でバウチャーを提示すると、誓約書に住所名前の記載を求められます。署名すると乗船番号が書かれた紙が入ったカードホルダーを渡され、2Fへ移動しプロジェクションマッピングの解説を受けます。解説の後は施設内を見学します。
ボートに乗るまで時間があるので割りとゆっくり見学できます。

見学後は「常盤ターミナル」という場所（歩いて数分）に自分で移動します。受付のときさらっと言われるのですが、地図の書いた紙を渡されるわけでもないので、自分で時間を見ながら移動します。
紛らわしいのは、「プレミアムコース」という別枠があり、それに申し込んだ人はデジタルミュージアム内で集合がかかり連れて行って貰えるようです。
プレミアムコースの方は10時にどこどこに集合というポスターが施設内にあるのでそれに惑わされないよう注意です。

常盤ターミナルの前では、「軍艦島コンシュルジュ」のスタッフが待っているので、屋内か近くで待機します。
時間が来ると乗船番号を10番刻みくらいで呼ばれるので順番に船に乗りますが、スタッフは屋内の人に声を掛けてくれるわけでは無いので、頃合いをみて屋外で自分の順番を待つのが良いです。仮に聞きそびれて自分の番号を呼ばれるのが過ぎていれば乗って良いとなりますが、ここが注意です。

船が出発し少しすると、女神大橋まで甲板に出て写真を撮れます。
女神大橋からは速度が上がるので軍艦島周辺まで船の中に戻る必要があります。
軍艦島周辺に来ると再び甲板に出ることが許可され、軍艦島周辺を船で一周回ってくれるので、360度写真が撮れます。太陽光の加減と角度によっては本当に軍艦に見えるときがあり素晴らしいです。
接岸は衝撃があるので一度船の中に戻ってから接岸し上陸し、3箇所の見学地点を順番に移動しながら軍艦島の内部の写真を撮れます。

見学地点での写真撮影は譲り合いが大事と思いました。ある程度写真を撮ったところで、自分の後ろの人に譲るかのが良いです。後ろの人が前の人が入らないように上に手を伸ばしてカメラを構えると、その後ろの人以降は撮影しようにも前の人が映り込んで邪魔してしまい、なかなか希望する写真が撮れず、更に後ろの人は更に撮れない…という状況になります。ラッキーにも一番前を取れて沢山撮りたいなら下からローアングルで撮るなど工夫するのが良いと思います。

This was my first time boarding. It swayed more than I expected, but the private room was comfortable without worrying about others.

However, there was one issue... At the Hakata Port ticket counter on the way, I showed my voucher and received a ticket, but it was only for one way... Upon checking, I was told that although I had made a round-trip reservation and payment, the return trip was not secured. Huh? What does that mean? Since it was nighttime at the Hakata counter, I couldn't get assistance and was told to confirm at the reservation counter during business hours the next day. Feeling anxious, I boarded the ship. When I called the next day to confirm, they said it was a confirmation error... Fortunately, since there was a private room available, I was able to board the return trip without any issues, but I wonder what would have happened if it had been fully booked. If there were no problems with the reservation system, I would have wanted to rate it as 'excellent!'

確認すると往復予約で決済はされているものの帰りの便が確保されてないとのこと。

博多の窓口は夜間だったため対応してもらえず、翌日の営業時間内に予約窓口で確認してくれとのことで不安ながらも乗船しました。
翌日電話で確認したところ確認ミスだったと…
個室が空いていたため無事復路も乗船することができましたが、満席だったらどうなってたんでしょうね。
予約システムさえ問題なければ評価も『最高でした！』を付けたいところでした。

We were blessed with good weather and were able to land safely. It seems that during typhoon season, there are often more instances where landing is not possible, so it might be best to avoid times when the weather is prone to deterioration. The guide's explanations were also great.

The stories shared by our guide, Hamaguchi, who specializes in research on Glover, were very interesting. He was knowledgeable not only about Gunkanjima but also about Glover's contributions to Japan and Nagasaki's World Heritage sites, and I was truly impressed by his expertise. I am grateful for the valuable insights he provided. The tour of Gunkanjima was fantastic, and the presentation on the boat was memorable, keeping my interest piqued throughout. Hashima Island was amazing. I could imagine the life there and how people worked and lived creatively. The No. 30 building, Japan's first concrete structure, was impressive. I thought I would only be able to see it from a distance, so being able to land and get close was truly wonderful. It was moving to think that preservation is difficult and that there may not be another chance.

On the boat, the wind is strong, so please dress warmly. Also, please note that there are no restrooms on the island.

During the tour I participated in, we were able to land on Gunkanjima. However, I think it's better to think of it as more of a "landing commemorative" experience rather than being able to explore freely. The angle for photographing Gunkanjima varies somewhat depending on where you sit, but that's just a matter of luck.

By the way, at Nagasaki Port, we were able to see real warships. The views of the various churches in Nagasaki from the ship are also highlights.

It's clear that the concierge is prioritizing and promoting the premium tour, but ultimately, you can still see Gunkanjima on this general tour, and I felt there wasn't a significant difference.

However, we were able to land safely, and an experienced guide showed us around Gunkanjima, allowing us to visit this precious historical site. I had heard in the news that due to the impact of a typhoon, some parts of Gunkanjima had been damaged and landing would not be possible for the time being, so I was very glad to have been able to visit. There are days when landing is not possible due to wave conditions, but I was satisfied that we could land on the day I participated. I bought the tickets directly from Nomo Shipping at the same price, but since I had also requested a tour from Veltra, I applied for both together. The green sleeping cabin had four beds in one room, but I was the only one there, so I could use it comfortably. The crew members were polite, and it felt a bit luxurious, making for an enjoyable sea trip. (The weather was good, so I didn't feel any rocking at all.)

野母商船さんで直接チケットを買っても同じ値段っだったのですが、他にもベルトラさんにツアーを頼んでいたので、一緒に申し込みました。
グリーン寝台で1つの部屋に4ベッドなのですが、自分１人しか居らずのびのび使えました。　船員さんも丁寧な物腰で、ちょっと豪華な客船気分で、楽しい船旅ができました。(天候が良いのもあり揺れは全く気になりませんでした)

I had been looking forward to participating since I had seen and heard about it on TV and in photos. I was excited until I actually landed. Once I arrived, I found that access was restricted outside of the viewing zone. The guided explanations were unclear as they were given from a distance while pointing. Even when I asked questions, I didn't receive satisfactory answers. However, all the young staff members had a spirit of hospitality.

The seats had good cushioning and were comfortable. The guide was also very accurate. I was very satisfied! However, there is a premium class plan that allows for priority photography of Gunkanjima from the boat, so if I were to participate again, I think that option would provide an even more satisfying tour.

晴天の観光でした。波も穏やか、また観光船（ジュピター）揺れにくいとのことで快適でした。
乗船順番ですが、プレミア予約者、一般予約の順ですが当日の受付順？ではないような感じでした。ツアー予約時の受付順かな？
番号札をもらって【20番～50番の方乗船ください】みたいな感じなので、良い席を取りたいなら乗船の通路の近くにいるとよいです。
また上陸後の帰りの乗船も同じく、早い順に席が取れるので最終観光ポイントから早めに乗船場所に戻るとよいです。
観光ですがミュージアムでの説明～施設の紹介など当時の先端技術、娯楽など
非常に詳しく話していただきとてもよかったです。
上陸時はすべて、乗船時もトイレに行けないタイミングがあるのでトイレを済まして乗船しましょう。
食べ物はNGですが、飲み物はOKですので持参した方がいいかな。
数年後にまた変わった姿が見れるとよいと思いました。
