I was able to buy tickets for a little less than the same-day price. I'm not sure if it gets fully booked, but I think it's safer to purchase in advance. I had reserved seats, and since I bought them early, I ended up with the second row from the front.

当日チケットを購入するより少しだけ安く買えました。満席になることがあるのかどうかは分かりませんが、事前に購入しておく方が安心かと。指定席でしたが、早く購入したからか、前から2番目の席でした。

At the Kyushu Ferry reception in the terminal building, I just had to show the voucher screen to receive my ticket, and then it was just a matter of boarding. I was worried about seasickness during the boat trip, but that wasn't an issue (it didn't rock), and it was comfortable. It was also helpful that they provided drinking water. Thank you very much.

ターミナルビルの九州商船の受付の方にバウチャー画面をみせるだけでチケットを受け取れ、あとは乗るだけでした。
船旅も船酔いしないか心配でしたがそんなことはなく（揺れなかった）、快適でした。飲料水をおいていてくれたのも助かりました。ありがとうございました。

The terminal is spacious and clean. The shops are well-stocked. The counters are easy to understand, and the ticket exchange is smooth. The ferry is stable and comfortable, and you arrive in no time.

Compared to the high-speed ferry, the operating speed was indeed faster, and there was certainly less rocking. However, while the high-speed ferry had space to lie down on the floor, the jet foil only had designated seating, which meant the children could only sit and had no way to distract themselves, leading to motion sickness. It might have been better to prepare some activities to pass the time.

高速船にくらべて、運航スピードがはやく、揺れも確かに少なかったように感じた。ただ、高速船は床に寝転がるスペースがあったのにくらべジェットフォイルは全席指定の椅子のみだったので、子供は座っているしかできず気を紛らわすことができなくて、船酔いしてしまった。何か暇つぶしなど用意しておけば良かったかも。

In addition to seats that resemble those on the Shinkansen, there was a space where you could lie on the floor and watch TV, allowing for a relaxing journey. It seems that the floor space at the front of the ship is prone to swaying, and I did indeed feel some movement, which led to a slight sensation of seasickness. While trying to endure it by lying down, I dozed off and woke up upon arrival at my destination. Overall, I think it was a comfortable boat trip.

新幹線みたいに座るシートのほか、床にゴロゴロしながらテレビを見られるスペースがあって、くつろぎながら乗ることができました。船前方の床スペースは揺れやすいらしく、たしかに揺れを感じて途中軽く船酔いの感覚が。じっとしてやり過ごそうと横になっているうちにうとうとして、眠っているうちに目的地到着。全体的には快適な船旅だったと思います。

It was twice as fast as a regular boat, yet it was completely stable and comfortable. I wish I knew why it could travel so quickly.

It was cheaper and more beneficial to purchase here than the actual purchase price. The process was very simple, and when I showed the voucher sent to me via email at the ticket purchase counter, they issued the tickets immediately.

実際に購入する金額よりもこちらで購入した方が安くてお得でした。手続きもとても簡単でチケット購入窓口にメールで送られてきたバウチャーを見ていただくとすぐに券を発行してもらえました。

I showed my reservation ticket from Veltra at the reception and exchanged it for a designated seat ticket before boarding. Sitting on the left side, I was able to see Gunkanjima in the distance. As soon as I boarded, I was allowed to place my suitcase in the designated luggage area. There was a crew member at the luggage area who received and organized the suitcases. Even if the luggage area near the boarding gate was full, there was a similar area on the opposite side. I thought it would be fine to take my suitcase further back myself. Once on board, there was no rocking at all, and it felt like no time had passed. NHK's morning drama was playing.

スーツケースは、乗船してすぐにスーツケース置き場にまとめておかせてもらえました。スーツケース置き場前に乗組員さんがいらして、スーツケースを受け取って整頓してくださってました。乗船口側のスーツケース置き場がいっぱいでも、反対側にも同様にありました。そこは、自分で奥にもっていけばいいかと思われます。
乗船してからは、全く揺れずあっという間でした。NHKの朝ドラが流れていました。

I rode a jet foil for the first time. There was some swaying, but it was a relaxing trip. I was anxious about how to get the tickets from my Veltra reservation, so I did a preview the day before boarding. I just had to show the screen, and I was able to get my ticket.

My first solo island trip was blessed with good weather, and I achieved my goals as planned. I quickly arrived at Narao Port from Fukue Port and was satisfied with my activities. Narao Port is at the tip, and it takes about an hour to get to Arikawa Port, but it was convenient to have a shuttle bus available if you show your ticket.

初めての一人島旅は天気に恵まれて計画通り目的達成です。福江港〜奈良尾港まではすぐに到着し行動でき満足でした。奈良尾港は先端であり有川港まで１時間かかりますがチケットみせれば循環バスで送迎あり便利でした。

Although there were some waves, the operation was normal. The ride was comfortable and stable. The scenery, including Gunkanjima, was soothing. It was my first self-investment trip, and I had quite a bit of physical activity while there. If you're going to have an adventure, do it while you're young.

I was torn between taking the jet foil or the ferry, but since I had plenty of time and the price was cheaper, I chose the ferry. There was no rocking, and I arrived in no time while I was sleeping. It was comfortable.

ジェットフォイルかフェリーにしようか迷いましたが時間に余裕もあり値段も安かったのでフェリーにしました。揺れも無く、寝ている間にあっという間に到着しました。快適でした。

I thought four and a half hours would be long, but it went by in a flash. I was able to relax while looking at the sea outside, lying down inside, and eating.

4時間半長いかなぁ、と思っていましたが、あっという間でした。外へ出て海を眺めたり中で横になっていたり、ご飯を食べたりしながらのんびり過ごせました。

On the way back from Fukue Island to Nagasaki, I took the ferry. On the way there, I rode the jet foil, but on the return trip, I chose the ferry because I wanted to enjoy the sunset sinking into the sea from the deck. I was able to see a wonderful sunset as I had hoped, and it was truly moving.

福江島から長崎の帰りにフェリーに乗船しました。行きはジェットフォイルに乗りましたが、帰りは海に沈む夕陽を甲板から眺めたくてフェリーにしました。期待通りの素晴らしい夕暮れを観る事ができ、感動しました。

The jet foil trip from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port was comfortable, with reserved seating and good weather, so I hardly felt any swaying. I would like to use this service again on my next trip.

The boarding time is long, but it's easier to access Fukuoka than transferring by bus or train within Nagasaki Prefecture. Onboard, there are food, drinks, shower rooms, and a relaxing space available. Before boarding, I was worried if I could board just with the voucher screen on my smartphone from Veltra, so I inquired at the counter, and they provided me with a paper boarding ticket.

乗船時間は長いけど長崎県内でバスや電車に乗り継ぐよりもラクに福岡にアクセスできます。
船内は食べ物、飲み物、シャワールーム、リラックスできる空間など一通り揃っています。
乗船前、ベルトラのスマホのバウチャー画面だけで乗船できるのか不安だったので窓口に申し出ると紙の乗船券を出してくれました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but I was able to enjoy visiting churches and nature! I was satisfied with the tickets I got for a low price! I had planned to travel by bus, but renting a car is the best option!

I spontaneously visited the Goto Islands for the first time! Although the weather wasn't great due to the rainy season, it was a healing trip filled with delicious food and nature. The ferry ride took 3 hours!? I wondered if it would be tiring, but the interior of the ship was comfortable, and I was able to relax while lying down, so we arrived in no time. I was also satisfied with getting tickets at a lower price than usual.

思いつきで初めての五島列島へ！
梅雨時期で天気には恵まれませんでしたが、美味しいご飯に自然に、癒しの旅でした。
フェリーで3時間！？しんどいかな？と思いましたが、船内は快適で寝転びながらリラックスでき、あっという間に着きました。

Since it was a trip during the rainy season, there were some changes to the plans, but I was able to enjoy it while being flexible! The ferry rocked quite a bit due to rough waves, but since I could lie down inside, I didn't feel sick there. I managed without any motion sickness medication!

梅雨時期の旅行だったため、何かと予定変更もありましたが、柔軟に対応しながらたのしめました！フェリーは荒波でかなら揺れましたが、中で横になっていられるため、酔いはそこで辛くなかったです。私は酔い止めなしでいけました！

I had planned for a leisurely trip, but due to scheduling constraints, I used the jet foil. It's a pity that you can't go outside from the cabin while the jet foil is in motion, but on the plus side, we arrived in Fukue quickly and were able to make good use of our time.

I used it for a round trip, and both ways were by the window. There is also a proper place to store carry-on cases, so I felt secure. It was pouring rain, so I couldn't see the scenery. It's a great deal compared to buying at regular prices, which is helpful.

往復利用しましたが、往復共に窓際でした。

I was taken care of during my transfer from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Island. I was worried about seasickness and took motion sickness medication, but the weather was favorable and the waves were calm, making for a comfortable journey that felt like a lie compared to my worries. I imagine the bus would be five times bumpier. I would like to use this service again if I have the chance.
