They kindly accommodated my sudden request for an additional fun dive. Since it had been a while since my last dive, they even arranged for an instructor to ensure I could dive at a comfortable pace. I forgot to ask for their name, but I felt safe while diving. Thank you!

急なファンダイブ追加にも快く対応いただきました。久しぶりのダイビングだったので、ゆっくり潜れるようにわざわざインストラクターさんを付けて下さいました。お名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが安心して潜れました。ありがとう。

It seemed to be a popular tour worldwide, with plenty of inbound guests. There were only two Japanese people, including myself. I was able to enjoy an atmosphere that felt like diving abroad. We were able to see whales beautifully, and the diving experience was enjoyable. However, since there was no free camera rental, I rated it four stars. Thank you very much.

世界中で人気のツアーのようでインバウンド客がいっぱいでした。日本人は私を含めて２名のみ。まるで海外でダイブする様な雰囲気を楽しめました。クジラも見事ウオッチできダイビングも楽しく終わりました。ただカメラ無料レンタルではなかったので星４つとさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

The sea was rough until the day before, but Mr. Tom's alternative suggestions and efforts were greatly appreciated. The service on the day was also polite and excellent. The experience with the whale shark was great, but the staff's response was very good, and I felt satisfied overall! I plan to use your services again. Thank you! 😊

Thank you very much for the one-day boat experience diving and snorkeling in Kerama. I truly enjoyed it and had a wonderful time. I was also very happy to see a sea turtle. I had some anxiety since it had been a while since my last dive, but the staff provided thorough guidance, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind. Furthermore, the hayashi rice and shaved ice we had for lunch were exquisite! If there’s another opportunity, I would love to do it again.

What a great diving experience! Not only was the water crystal clear but also lots of vibrant corals with lots of color. The ocean never ceases to amaze with its colorful fish.

Our stars mainly go to our guides though! Great people with endless conversation and great social skills. Extremely nice and very adaptable depending on who they dive with. They take care of every diver no matter the skill!

I had concerns about typhoons in Okinawa in September, but we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. We gathered a little before the scheduled time, received a brief explanation, and set off. We were on the boat for about 30 minutes, and the waves splashed so much that we ended up completely soaked, like it was an attraction.

Once we arrived at the spot, we first practiced snorkeling, learning how to use the equipment and the best points to explore. After that, we went snorkeling before diving. I was advised that breathing would be easier after snorkeling, and that turned out to be correct. Thanks to that, I was able to dive with confidence.

The instructor was very kind and attentive. They took a lot of photos and videos, which helped preserve the memories. It was a shame we didn't get to see any sea turtles, but I’ll take it as a sign to participate again in the future. Thank you very much!

9月の沖縄は台風のイメージがあり心配していましたが、お天気に恵まれた晴れた日でした。
時間少し前に集合し簡単な説明を受け出発しました。
船で30分ほど揺られましたが波飛沫がものすごく掛かるのでアトラクションみたいにずぶ濡れになりました。笑
ポイントについてからはまずはシュノーケリングの練習で使い方とポイントを教わりそのあとシュノーケリングをしてからダイビングでした。
呼吸がシュノーケリングしてからの方がやりやすいとのアドバイスだったのですが、正解でした。
そのお陰でダイビングも安心して潜れました。
インストラクターの方はとても丁寧で優しく接してくださいました。
写真や動画も沢山撮っていただけたので思い出の記録にも残りました。
ウミガメに会えなかったのは残念でしたが、ご縁なのでまた参加しなさいというお告げと思っておきます。

The instructor was very polite and taught us gently. The boat was quite crowded, but I participated thinking this is what diving is like, so it was not a problem. Some of the other instructors on board were a bit intimidating, but basically, everyone was friendly. My assigned instructor, although a woman, had the physical strength of a man, and I was impressed by how hard she worked all day.

I was able to see turtles, and the sea was very beautiful, which was great.

インストラクターの方が丁寧に、優しく教えてくれました。
船はかなり混雑していてましたが、ダイビングはこんな感じだと思って参加していたので問題なしです。同乗していた、他のインストラクターは怖い人もいましたが基本的にはみんなフレンドリーでした。
私の担当さんは女性ながら男性なみの体力で、1日働いていて、大変なお仕事だなぁと感心しました。

The explanation of coral ecology provided a great research opportunity for the children during summer vacation. We went snorkeling in the rain, but once we got into the water, there were no issues. The staff was very attentive, and we had a wonderful experience.

サンゴの生態から説明がはいり、子供たちにとって夏休み研究になる事柄でした。雨の中シュノーケルを行いましたが海に入ると問題なくまたスタッフの方が非常に気を配って頂き楽しく体験できました。

He gave us the right amount of tips to me and my family as a first time diver and tailored the second dive based on what we wanted. Standup guy in my book.

It was my first time diving, but I added an extra dive as an option.

It was disappointing that the shuttle was full, so I had to use a taxi.

It was the best experience we had during Okinawa trip.
We were lucky and on the selected day there was only us 2 who was diving. Instructions were very clear and there was no language barrier. We booked 2 dives and it was perfect choice, as during 1st one you can feel nervous but during the 2nd dive it should be much easier. Instructor was leading the way trough the water and it was easy to follow and I felt safe because of it.
We even could see a Turtle underwater! So everything was perfect.

I went on a long-awaited experience dive, and the staff guided me carefully, allowing me to dive with peace of mind. I had a great time encountering various sea creatures.

This time, I challenged myself to diving for the first time in 35 years as a celebration of my 60th birthday. The weather wasn't great, and the boat was rocking, which made me quite anxious, but thanks to the staff's quick guidance and instructions, I was able to dive safely. Amid the excitement and nervousness, I truly enjoyed swimming in the beautiful ocean after such a long time. I had a wonderful experience touching the clownfish playing among the sea anemones. 今回還暦の記念に35年ぶりのダイビングを挑戦しました。天候もあまり良くなく、船も揺れて、いろんな不安もありましたが、スタッフの方々のテキパキとした誘導や指示より安全に行うことができました。ドキドキワクワクの中、ほんとに久しぶりに海の中の素敵な遊泳を楽しむことができました。
イソギンチャクの中で遊んでいるクマノミに触れたりと素敵な経験ができました。ありがとうございました。

This time, I participated in a fun diving experience alone, and I was very satisfied with the explanations, the support during the experience, and the many pieces of advice that I can use for next time. I would like to experience it again when I come to Okinawa.

今回、ファンダイビングで1人で参加したんですが説明から体験中の対応、次に生かせるようなアドバイスなど沢山していただけて、とても大満足なダイビングとなりました。また沖縄に来た際は体験させていただきたいと思いました。

I was nervous and anxious during my first diving experience, and my mother and I were quite a handful, but we received great support! Thank you very much.

初めてのダイビングで緊張と不安があり、母娘で手のかかる状態でしたが、しっかりサポートしてもらえました！ありがとうございました。

Positive points:
- They stayed with my mother, who was struggling.
- The equipment was comfortable and good.
- The explanations were well done.
- I didn't know there would be three dives, but for an additional 5,500 yen, they took us to Tokashiki Island.
- They took us to good dive spots.

Negative points:
- I thought there would be a shop; it was my first time on a direct boat.
- My mother was diving for the first time, and I wasn't sure if she could do it, but we couldn't choose how many dives each person would do.
- Once it was clear she couldn't dive, I wanted her to be allowed to join the snorkeling group.
- My mother's payment for one dive was wasted, and I couldn't use it for my three dives.
- The return boat was too fast, and a basket full of equipment moved, pinching my legs between the bench and the basket, causing an injury.
- I shouted that it hurt, and even though someone must have seen it, no one helped.
- At that time, there was a mark, and later it swelled.

良かった点は
・うまくできない母にずっと付いててくれた。
・装備が楽で良かった。
・説明が上手だった。
・3ダイブあるとは聞いていなかったがオプション　5500円プラスで渡嘉敷島にも行ってくれた。
・良いポイントに連れてってくれた。
悪かった点は
・ショップがあると思っていた。直接ボートは初めて。
・母がダイビング初めてでできるか分からなかったけど1人ずつ何回ダイブするか選べなかった。
・できないってわかったらシュノーケル組に参加させて欲しかった。
・母の1ダイブ分のお金が無駄になったけど、私の3DIVEめ分に利用できなかった。
・帰りのボートが速すぎていっぱい機材が入っているカゴが動いて座ってたベンチと足が挟まれて怪我をした。
・痛いって叫んだし、絶対見てたはずなのに誰も見てみぬふりされた。
・その時は痕が付き、その後腫れた。

I went with Blank Diver, and they were very kind and took care of all the settings for me. I'm sorry about that. The sea conditions depend on the day, so it's a bit of luck, but I couldn't see the manta rays I was hoping for, yet I still had a great time. I didn't do much research before going, so I was surprised to find myself arriving at Iriomote Island! It was a pleasant surprise to learn that they also visit other islands.

ブランクダイバーですが、とても親切に対応してくださり、セッティングも全てしていただいてしまいました。。すみません。
海の状況はその日によるので運ですが、目当てのマンタには会えませんでしたが楽しめました。
あまりちゃんとリサーチしないで行ったのもありますが、気づいたら西表島に到着してたのにはびっくりしました笑
他の島にも行ったりするみたいで、うれしいサプライズでした！

I experienced a one-day course that included a mangrove canoe experience, Pinai Sara Falls, and diving. First of all, the location is very convenient, just a 1-2 minute walk from the port! The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the flora and fauna in the mangroves in a clear and detailed manner. It was really interesting and fun! ^^ For lunch, I enjoyed Yaeyama soba, which had a warm and gentle flavor and was delicious! The diving instructions in the afternoon were also thorough, and they tailored it to accommodate us beginners, so we felt safe participating. When we had trouble in the water, they helped us right away! Meeting the staff was a wonderful experience, and it became a great memory! I would love to come back here again someday. Thank you very much!

1日コースで、マングローブのカヌー体験、ピナイサーラの滝、ダイビングを体験しました。
まず、港から徒歩1〜2分と好立地で便利です！
案内のお兄さんがとても知識豊富で、マングローブでは動植物について大変丁寧にわかりやすく説明してくれました。すごく興味深く面白かったです！^^
お昼には八重山そばをご馳走になりましたが、こちらも温かく優しい味がして美味しかったです！
午後のダイビングの説明も丁寧で、初心者の私達に合わせてくださったので安心して参加できました。水の中で困った時もすぐ助けてくださりました！
スタッフの方々ととても素敵な出会いになり、大変いい思い出になりました！またいつか、ぜひまたこちらでお世話になりたいです^^

I had a great time engaging in activities with wonderful staff and cheerful companions under the beautiful weather. I was also happy to enjoy breathtaking views while snorkeling and diving that exceeded my expectations. I am especially grateful for the quick spotting of a sea turtle to fulfill my wish to observe them. Additionally, I had several photos taken during the activities, and the quality of the pictures was fantastic! The instructor was not only skilled in swimming techniques but also in photography, which impressed me deeply. (*´ω｀*)

素晴らしい好天の中で、素敵なスタッフと陽気な仲間と共に活動てきて楽しかったです。
また、シュノーケリングやダイビング共に想像を超える景色を堪能できて幸せでした。
特に僕の希望であったウミガメ観察を叶えるために、ウメガメを迅速に見つけてくれて、深く感謝申し上げます。
またアクティビティ中に写真も複数撮影してもらいましたが、写真のクオリティも素晴らしかったです！

The guide was wonderful, running the business as a family and creating a warm atmosphere. They took lots of photos, making for the best memories! We waited at the shop until our return boat arrived, and that time was enjoyable too. Since we were staying in Ishigaki, we went to Uehara Port first thing in the morning. It’s a busy season with many ferry passengers, so it’s better to make a reservation if you can!

I was tired from diving, canoeing, and trekking, but everything was authentic, and the experience at the Piñuelas Waterfall was incredibly healing! It was not just an experience; I learned a lot from it, which truly added value. At night, I slept soundly. It became a wonderful memory.

ダイビングもカヌーもトラッキングもで疲れたけど全て本格的でピナイサーラの滝では極上の癒しでした！
体験というレベルではなく、色々教えてくれたので本当にプラスになりまさした。
夜は、ぐっすり眠れました。とても良い思い出になりました。

I was looking forward to the experience diving, but honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I would have liked to receive a bit more explanation beforehand and dive more. Also, during the dive, the mouthpiece of the regulator came off, and if I hadn't been experienced, I think I would have panicked. There was no apology or anything afterward??? I wonder what that was about.

もう少し事前説明を受けて、潜りたかったです。
またダイビング中にレギュレーターのマウス部分が外れて、、、経験者じゃなかったら、パニックになってたと思います。

Everyone was cheerful, and the service was polite. After diving and in the heat, my throat was dry, but I could enjoy as much free tea as I wanted, which made it a lot of fun. I would like to use this service again.

I signed up with a friend. It was my second time diving, and it was my friend's first time. Since it was a small group tour, the instructor was able to give careful attention to each participant. Even though it was my second dive, I got a bit scared since it had been a while... but the instructor was very thorough in their guidance, which helped ease my nerves.

The underwater scenery was truly beautiful, and I was able to see colorful fish up close. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't take any photos (´;ω;｀). The instructor also engaged us with quizzes and shared interesting facts, which made it a lot of fun. I still cherish the shell I received for answering a quiz correctly!

I want to go to Ishigaki Island again. I went in January, but I also want to go in the summer... and I would love to dive again then! Thank you so much! (*'▽')

友人と2人で申し込みました。私は2回目のダイビング、友人は初めてでした。
少人数のツアーだったので、参加者ひとりひとりに丁寧に教えて頂けました。
私は2回目のダイビングだったのに久しぶりだったため怖くなってしまい・・・でもインストラクターの方がとても丁寧に指導してくださり、緊張が解けていきました。

海の中は本当にキレイで・・・色とりどりの魚を間近で見ることができました。写真を撮れなかったのが少し残念でした(´;ω;｀)
インストラクターの方が海中でクイズを出したり、豆知識を教えたりしてくれて、とても楽しかったです。
クイズに正解したときにもらった貝殻は今も大切に持っています！

もう一度石垣島に行きたいです。
1月に行きましたが次は夏も行きたい・・・・その時はまたダイビングしたいです！

I used this service in December, a season somewhat distant from marine leisure activities. I had a strong desire to dive in the beautiful waters of Ishigaki Island, so I was considering diving. There were several companies offering experience diving, but I chose this one because it was close to the port and operated with a small group.

One thing that was very helpful about this company was that a rental car is essential for sightseeing in Ishigaki Island, and they provided free parking. Additionally, the location of the company was close to the port and had a prominent sign, making it easy to find even in an unfamiliar area.

I wore a swimsuit for the experience. Since the only changing area was a small restroom, it might have been better to change beforehand. Although it was sunny, it felt a bit cool when the wind blew, so it would be wise to bring a light jacket. I was able to leave my valuables with the company and boarded the boat hands-free.

For the experience dive, we traveled by boat to the actual diving spot. During the trip, the instructor kindly engaged us in enjoyable conversation, which helped me relax and avoid seasickness.

This time, I participated with my spouse. We received about a 20-minute explanation at the start. The instructor carefully taught us how to breathe and what to expect, and we practiced using the equipment. Because it was a small group, each person received individual attention, which made me feel secure in preparing to dive. The instructor was very articulate and easy to understand.

I received instructions on the order of diving and surfacing, hand signals, and where to place my feet, which allowed me to approach the experience without anxiety. When we entered the water, the instructor waited until we were comfortable with our breathing before we dove. During the dive, if water entered my mask or I started to lose my balance, the instructor was right beside me to assist immediately.

The seabed was shallower than I had imagined, and I could see the surface of the water. There were many coral reefs, and I was able to observe small fish moving about. The instructor used a board to explain the rare corals and fish. I learned a skill while underwater, making it a very enjoyable first memory for my spouse and me.

After surfacing, the instructor on the boat promptly helped us remove our tanks, ensuring a thorough and safe conclusion to the dive. When we returned to the company, I was able to take a hot shower in one of the two private stalls. It was great not to have to leave sticky from the sea and to change smoothly. Finally, we received our valuables and parted ways. I didn’t have the opportunity to thank the instructor in person, so I would like to take this moment to express my gratitude. I created wonderful and fun memories, and now I want to challenge myself to obtain a diving license. I would like to use this service again.

12月という少しマリンレジャーからは、離れた季節に利用しました。
石垣島のきれいな海にどうしても潜ってみたいという思いがあったので、ダイビングを検討していました。
体験ダイビングを開催している会社はいくつもありましたが、そのなかでも、今回は港から近く少人数制で行なっているこの会社を選びました。
この会社でとても助かったことは、石垣島では観光時にレンタカーが必須になっているので、駐車場が無料で利用できたことです。また、会社の場所は港から近く目立つ看板があるので、初めての土地でもわかりやすかったです。
参加時は水着を着用しました。着替えるところが小さなトイレのみだったので、集合時間より前もって着替えておくとよかったのかもしれません。晴れていましたが、風に当たるとやや涼しく感じることもあったので、羽織物は持って行った方が良さそうです。貴重品は会社で預けることができ、手ぶらで船に乗りました。
体験ダイビングでは、実際に潜るスポットまで、船で移動してから行いました。移動中はインストラクターの方が親切に楽しく話を振ってくださいました。とてもリラックスできたので、船酔いしませんでした。
今回は夫婦で参加しました。最初に20分程度の説明を受けます。呼吸の仕方、起こりうることをひとつひとつ丁寧に教えてもらい、実際に器具を用いて練
習しました。少人数制だったので1人ずつ見てもらい、安心して潜る準備ができました。インストラクターはお話がとても上手でわかりやすかったです。
潜る、上がる時の順番、サイン、足の置く位置まで指示をもらったので、不安なく臨むことができました。海の中にはいった時も、呼吸に慣れるまで待ってから、潜ってくれました。ダイビング中、水が入ってしまったり、身体のバランスがとれずひっくり返りそうになった時も、インストラクターが隣についてすぐに対処してくれました。
海底は想像していたよりも浅く、海面が目視出来ました。珊瑚礁がたくさんあって、小さい魚が細々と動いている様子を見ることができました。
インストラクターが文字盤を使用して、珍しい珊瑚や魚の説明をしてくれました。海の中での一芸を教えてもらい、とても楽しい夫婦最初の思い出になりました。
上がった後も船で待機していたインストラクターに、すぐにボンベを降ろしてもらうなど、万全の体制の中、ダイビングを終了しました。
会社に戻ると、お湯でシャワーを浴びることができました。個室で２つありました。海でベタベタのまま帰らずに済み、着替えもスムーズにできたので、とてもよかったです。最後は貴重品を受け取って解散となりました。インストラクターにお礼を言う場がなかったので、改めてこの場を借りてお礼を申し上げます。とても素敵な楽しい思い出ができました。次はライセンス取得に挑戦したくなりました。また利用したいです。
