I was unable to take this bus from New Year's Day. Despite having made a reservation through this system and receiving a confirmation voucher from the bus company, the bus did not arrive even though I was waiting at the designated boarding location before the specified departure time. When I called the company, I couldn't get through, and after a while, I received a call saying they would check on it. In the end, I had to take a taxi along the same route as the bus (of course, at the bus company's expense). If you plan to join a tour with this company, please be cautious.

I enjoyed Churaumi Aquarium. I thought it was not enough time to see all of it.

We gathered at 8:30 and had a tight schedule visiting Ryukyu Village, Manza Beach, Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and Okashi Goten, but the day flew by in no time. The time spent at each location was a bit short, but given the itinerary, it was unavoidable, and we still managed to enjoy each spot thoroughly. We ended with a course that included steak at this price. Since the entrance fees for both Churaumi Aquarium and Ryukyu Village are included, I think it's a great deal. I appreciated how the guide kept us engaged with interesting stories and made efforts to ensure we adhered to the schedule; it must have been challenging.

I took a bus from the hotel where I was staying and got off in front of the hotel on the way back. It was very convenient. Both the guide and the driver were pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Okinawa. The guide's singing and explanations were excellent (which may be a given), and I learned a lot about the history of the landmarks and useful information. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and rainy, so it was disappointing not to see the beautiful ocean. There were also a few solo travelers, and being able to chat with them was one of the highlights of the trip. I often use bus tours, and I think 5,900 yen for a tour that includes light snacks is quite reasonable.

I participated in a hotel transfer from Onna Village. It was very helpful since I didn't have a rental car. The driver, who drove safely, kindly greeted us with "thank you for your hard work" every time the bus stopped for passengers to get off, and when we returned, he said "welcome back." It was very pleasant. The bus guide was a veteran, and he was great at speaking; his voice was easy to hear, making for a wonderful guiding experience throughout the day.

We visited Manzamo in the rain and then proceeded to the Pineapple Garden. As the guide mentioned, they made efforts during the COVID period, and I could see their creativity, making it more enjoyable than I expected. By the time we headed to Kouri Island, the rain had stopped, the sky was blue, and the sea looked beautiful. It was just around lunchtime, and unexpectedly, we were served delicious sandwiches, which was a delightful surprise. Since we were at a roadside station, we could buy local watermelon and have lunch.

After that, the weather cleared up, and we arrived at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. We had about two hours, so we took the ¥300 internal shuttle bus, which took an hour to go around. The vast grounds were pleasant, with a nice breeze, allowing us to appreciate the beautiful sea, impressive buildings, and stunning nature. After that, we entered the aquarium, where we had plenty of time to see everything. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and made the trip even more enriching.

We started our journey back from the last stop at the Chinsuko Kingdom, and the guide's charm added a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful day. If I could wish for anything, it would have been perfect if it had been eligible for the national travel support program.

恩納村のホテル送迎付きで参加。レンタカーが無いのでとても助かります。安全運転のドライバーさんはバスが止まって乗客が降りる度にお疲れ様と声をかけて下さり戻るとお帰りなさいとの事。とても感じ良かったです。バスガイドさんはベテランの方でしたがお話が上手で声も聞きやすく素晴らしいガイドぶりで一日中楽しかったです。雨の中の万座毛パイナップルガーデンと進みました。パイナップルガーデンはガイドさんも言っていましたが、コロナを期に努力なさったそうで工夫が見られ思った以上に楽しかったです。古宇利島に向かう頃には雨も止んで空が青く海も綺麗になりました。丁度お昼時でしたが思いがけず美味しいサンドイッチが配られて感動しました。道の駅でしたので特産のスイカを買ったりしてお昼を食べられました。その後は快晴になり美ら海水族館到着。約２時間ありましたので¥300の園内周遊バスで1時間掛けて回りました。広大な敷地ですがバスはのんびりと気持ち良く風が通り美しい海や立派な建物見事な自然も把握できました。その後水族館へ入ったのですが充分見ることができました。ガイドさんの説明は分かりやすく楽しく旅が一段と濃厚になりました。最後のお菓子御殿から帰途に着きましたがガイドさんのアザトヤユンタは風情があって良かったです。良い一日をありがとうございました。欲を言えば全国旅行支援対象でしたら完璧でしたね。

I visited during the off-season in November on a weekday, but it was quite crowded. The main aquarium tank and the dolphin show had a significant number of people. The facility is very satisfying as an aquarium with fish, sea turtles, and dolphins.

On the other hand, my evaluation of the voucher from Veltra is neither good nor bad for the following reasons:

- You have to pick up the tickets at a commercial facility about a 5-minute drive from the aquarium.
- The staff at that commercial facility did not understand the voucher, which caused delays in receiving it.

I used this service on the day I moved from Hilton Chatan Resort to DoubleTree Naha. They also took care of my suitcase. The guide's explanations were detailed and very helpful. It was a great deal for this price, including the entrance fees for Nago Pineapple Park and the aquarium. In the morning, I had a full breakfast at the hotel buffet, but the sandwiches provided for lunch were more than enough.

The Churaumi Aquarium was my first visit, and seeing the whale shark up close was absolutely impressive! I was also surprised by how big the manta rays were! You can see the manatees, dolphins, and sea turtles nearby for free. The tanks were beautiful, and I felt that the animals were being well cared for. I definitely want to go again.

However, even though I completed the payment, I didn't receive the QR code email, which made it difficult when I tried to exchange my ticket. The staff at the exchange point, Umikaze Market, were flexible and helped me out, but I couldn't get through to the Beltora customer service at all, so I hope they can improve their response time for any issues. It was disappointing to lose unnecessary time.

美ら海水族館は初めてで、間近でみるジンベエザメの姿は迫力満点でした！あとマンタも大きくてびっくりしました！近くにあるマナティやイルカ、ウミガメは無料で見れます。水槽もキレイで動物を大切に管理しているなと感じました。絶対また行きたいです。

If you were to drive around in a rental car, you wouldn't be able to cover as much ground efficiently, so I highly recommend this tour. I think it can be enjoyed whether you're alone or with a group. I contacted them in advance to ask how the seating would be arranged since my family tends to get motion sickness. When I reached out, I was told that the seats were not assigned and that we would board in order. I thought it couldn't be helped and hoped there would be some available seats, but on the day of the trip, they had assigned seats and placed us in the very front.

The bus guide was very cute and young. She was also a great singer and seemed to be doing her best to entertain everyone, moving around the narrow bus with enthusiasm.

The tour was said to not include lunch, but they provided delicious sandwiches, which we ate on Kouri Island. It was a bit hectic, but I'm glad I participated.

In the past, I have experienced long-distance bus tours in about 10 countries overseas, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to travel abroad for the past three years. This year, I started domestic sightseeing trips. Before my trip to Okinawa, I took a long-distance bus tour for a week each in the western and eastern halves of Hokkaido. Until now, including overseas travel, I had never encountered an accident on a sightseeing bus.

However, during my trip to Okinawa, the sightseeing bus I was on was involved in a collision!!! We were surprised when the bus suddenly braked near Nago Pineapple Park, but it turned out to be a minor contact accident with the car in front of us. I can only imagine how shocked the driver and guide, who are responsible for the safety of the tourists, must have been.

Although it was a minor accident, the police came to take statements, so the bus could not continue operating immediately. The guide called for taxis and took the nine passengers to Nago Pineapple Park in three taxis.

While we were sightseeing at the Pineapple Park, the bus returned, and the tour route proceeded as planned without any issues, allowing us to complete the sightseeing. Although it was unfortunate to have strong winds and rain for early November, the guide's attentiveness to the tourists and the explanations along the way were impeccable, and we were able to enjoy visits to Nago Pineapple Park, Kouri Island, and the Churaumi Aquarium.

Considering the entrance fees for Nago Pineapple Park and the Churaumi Aquarium, as well as the delicious sandwiches provided for lunch, the tour price was quite affordable. I feel sorry that the tour company likely incurred a loss due to having only nine tourists and the expenses for the taxi response to the accident. I would like to express my gratitude.

パイナップルパークでの観光中、バスは復帰し、観光ルートとしては、予定通り進められ、問題なく観光は終了した。
11月初めにしては、風雨が強い中での観光であったので残念であったが、ガイドさんの観光客への気配りと道すがらの案内説明は申し分なく、名護パイナップルパーク、古宇利島、美ら海水族館の観光を楽しむことができた。
ナゴパイナップルパークと美ら海水族館の入場料、昼の美味しいサンドイッチ提供も含めると、観光料金は安価であり、たった9人の観光客であったことと事故対応のタクシー代を出費したことから、観光提供会社は赤字であったのではと申し訳なく思っている。お礼を申し述べたい。

I participated in the tour for the first time. To be honest, I thought it would just be a matter of stopping by each place and saying, "We arrived!" and then being told to enjoy ourselves until it was time to leave. However, it was the complete opposite! First of all, the guide! They provided a lot of information and conveyed it clearly. It reminded me of school field trips from long ago. They even sang Okinawan folk songs to liven things up, and I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.

The driver also prioritized safety while smoothly managing the schedule for moving between locations. This tour was wonderful thanks to the great teamwork between the driver and the guide.

The only downside was the weather; we faced the worst conditions with rain, rain, and more rain due to the typhoon. It's frustrating that we can't win against nature, but... that's why I am especially thankful for the driver's careful and calculated smooth handling, as well as the guide's informative commentary and Okinawan folk songs that really enhanced the experience.

I would love to participate in this tour again whenever I come back to Okinawa. Thank you so much for this experience!

I found this site while looking for tourist attractions that I could visit from Onna Village to create some travel memories. Although I made the reservation the day before after much deliberation, it went smoothly, and I was grateful that they picked me up at a nearby hotel. Both the bus guide and the driver were very kind, and the weather was great, which made it the best experience. The only disappointing part was that the stay at the Churaumi Aquarium was only 150 minutes. It would have been nice to have a little more time since the aquarium was a bit far from the bus stop. For those coming from Naha, the journey must have been quite long, but for us who participated from Onna Village, it was very comfortable. If I have the opportunity to come to Okinawa again, I would like to rely on them. Thank you for providing a fun time that was worth more than the price, with regular disinfection while we were sightseeing.

This tour includes a visit to the Churaumi Aquarium, which is quite far from Naha City, as well as American Village and more, all in one day. The guide was very energetic. I found it interesting to hear about how the Nanyo-sugi can be used as a substitute for Christmas tree firs and that the Basketball World Cup will be held next year.

With the start of travel support and an increase in school trip students, the Churaumi Aquarium was quite crowded. Although we had two and a half hours, considering the round trip to the parking lot, we really only had about two hours for sightseeing. I thought it would be nice to see the whale sharks and dolphins, so I enjoyed watching the large whale sharks and Nanyo manta rays from a paid seat at the café, and I was able to catch the dolphin show right on time.

During this tour, I was concerned about a participant who was coughing continuously (it didn't seem like choking, but they were blowing their nose and coughing, so it might have been allergies). 旅行支援が始まり修学旅行生も増えていたので、美ら海水族館も混みあっていました。2時間半ですが駐車場までの往復を考えると賞味2時間見学時間なので、ジンベエザメとイルカが見られたらいいかなと考え、カフェの有料席でゆっくり大きなジンベエザメやナンヨウマンタを堪能し、イルカショーを見て大体時間ぴったりでした。

今回のツアー、参加者でずっと咳き込んでいる方がいたのが気になりました。（むせるとかそういう感じではなく、鼻をかんだりゴホゴホされていたので、アレルギーなのかもしれません）
ガイドさんが窓開けを促してくださったのですが、あまり開ける方もいらっしゃらずモヤモヤしました。その分だけ★１つ減らさせていただきました。
それ以外の点は、美ら海水族館の入場料も入っていますし、全体的に満足でした。
