After the COVID-19 pandemic, it was about time to travel again, and with the nationwide travel subsidy, the bus was almost full and bustling.
Churaumi Aquarium:
There used to be three whale sharks, but now there is only one, and the large tank looks lonely (-_-;) The dolphin show at Okichan Theater was enjoyable even for a solo traveler, with the children's cheers adding to the fun. They are so talented!!
Kouri Island:
I only visited the beach and the roadside station for souvenirs, so I was disappointed that I couldn't go to Heart Rock Tower. The bridge leading to Kouri Island is beautiful no matter when you visit.
Chatan American Village:
It's Christmas Town all year round. The delicious food left me not only in a good mood but also completely satisfied. The sunset at the end was the best.

I arrived in Naha at noon and immediately joined a bus tour. This was my third time in Okinawa, but I enjoyed visiting new places like the Kariyushi DMM Aquarium, Umikaji Terrace, and Chatan American Village.

In particular, the American Village we visited last was exceptional, perfectly timed with the sunset. There were incredibly talented street musicians and Americans from the nearby military base walking around, making it feel like I was in a different country altogether.

Additionally, the guide was unbelievably skilled at explaining everything, so I didn't have a moment to doze off during the trip!

It was a very efficient tour where we could visit many highlights in just one day, starting with the Churaumi Aquarium, as well as Kouri Island and American Village.

Additionally, our guide even showcased Okinawan folk songs and played the sanshin, allowing us to enjoy a fun time on the bus.

I'm glad I was able to visit several tourist attractions even without a car! At American Village, I think it would be difficult to take photos and leisurely enjoy meals or shopping at the same time. Every staff member was kind and it was very nice no matter which island I went to. I regret that I didn't have enough time to go around Yufu Island. I wanted to walk more in nature... The songs and dances of the old lady were amazing. The water buffalo experience was also good and fun.
