The snorkeling at the Blue Cave was canceled due to bad weather the day before, and they suggested snorkeling at a different spot. I was a bit anxious about swimming, but our guide, Yutty, was very attentive and guided us well. My goggles kept slipping, and I apologize for the trouble, but he adjusted them for me while I was swimming, allowing me to fully enjoy the beautiful sea✨.

In mid-April, I participated without a wetsuit, and at first, I was surprised by the coldness of the water, but as I swam, I hardly felt the cold at all. I was also able to see two sea turtles swimming together, which made for a truly wonderful experience🐢.

前日に青の洞窟のシュノーケリングは天候不良の為中止とのご連絡があり、別のスポットでのシュノーケリングを提案していただきました。泳ぎに不安がありましたが、担当ガイドのゆってぃさんは丁寧にガイドしてくださいました。ゴーグルが何度もズレてしまい、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまいましたが、泳いでる最中に調整してくださり、綺麗な海を堪能できました✨
4月中旬にウェットスーツ着用なしでの参加で、初めは海の冷たさに驚きましたが、泳いでいるうちに冷たさは殆ど感じませんでした
ウミガメも二匹一緒に泳いでいる姿を見ることができ、とても素敵な体験をすることができました🐢

Tom is a knowledgeable and interactive Scuba certified English speaking guide. This was my first time snorkeling; got to see a whale shark (jinbei) and made it back alive because Tom’s instructions were clear and helpful. Tom is also an avid sea life photographer; his photos are better than anything I could have taken.

We were treated very kindly as adults, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. We were able to take many photos and videos with the sea turtles, and we are very satisfied! Thank you very much!!

With hotel pickup included, we took a boat from the port to the Blue Cave, and there was one guide for every two of us.

Our guide was excellent, kindly and patiently teaching us everything from how to put on the wetsuits, how to attach the snorkels, to how to get into the water, especially since our athletic skills have significantly declined. I would love to request Mr. Mori again next time.

The weather was nice, and in the morning, we leisurely paddled through the mangroves in a canoe, experiencing something out of the ordinary! In the afternoon, we went snorkeling, where the coral spread across the entire sea, and there were many tropical fish swimming around, which was very beautiful. I did feel unwell for a bit, but the staff responded promptly and kindly, which was a great help.

お天気がよく、午前中はマングローブの中をカヌーでゆったりと進み、非日常を味わうことができました！
午後はシュノーケリングで、珊瑚が海一面に広がり、南国の魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても綺麗でした。途中体調不良になってしまいましたが、スタッフの方が丁寧かつ迅速に対応していただき助かりました。

The guide was very attentive, and being able to snorkel in the beautiful sea was truly a wonderful experience. I was especially lucky to encounter a sea turtle. Later, I encountered two more sea turtles...! It was a very good memory. Thank you very much!

予定していた青の洞窟シュノーケルは天候の影響で中止になってしまいましたが、代替のプランをご提案して下さり、シギラビーチでのシュノーケリング体験をしました。ガイドさんも丁寧に対応して下さり、綺麗な海の中をシュノーケル出来たことは本当に素晴らしい体験をすることができました。特に、ウミガメに遭遇することが出来たのは本当にラッキーでした。その後にもまたウミガメを二匹も遭遇、、、！とても良い思い出でした。ありがとうございました！

I was anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but with the careful guidance I received, it turned out to be a lot of fun. They also provided transportation, which was very helpful since it was my first time in Okinawa. I am truly grateful.

We had to change our snorkeling plans to Waiwai Beach due to high waves and winds at Shinjo Coast, but we were able to see adorable sea turtles right in front of us, and the beautiful fish swimming around the coral reefs exceeded our expectations. Our instructor, So-chan, was very reliable, allowing us to focus on observing underwater with peace of mind. He was also great at taking photos and videos, making it a truly memorable and valuable experience that we were very satisfied with.

新城海岸が波風高く急遽わいわいビーチに変更してのシュノーケリングでしたが、可愛いウミガメを目の前で見ることが出来、珊瑚礁に泳ぐ綺麗な魚たちも期待以上に楽しめました。インストラクターのそうちゃんは、とても頼りになる方で安心して海の中の観察に集中出来ました。また写真や動画を撮るのもお上手で、思い出に残る貴重な体験にとても満足です。

The sea was calm. I was able to swim close enough to the turtles that it felt like we could bump into each other, and I got to watch them munching on seaweed up close! Thank you, Yamachan and Sou-kun. Even when my mask slipped and seawater got into my nose... 😱 you quickly fixed it, so thank you, Yamachan! ✨

Our family of four landed on Iriomote Island for the first time! Among the many tours available, we found a plan that included everything we wanted to do. The canoe course was just right for our kids, who are in 8th and 6th grade, and they seemed to have a great time! We went hands-free, but they took a lot of beautiful photos for us, which became precious memories for our family. Our guide was Yume, and the lunch spot she recommended was truly delicious! Thank you very much!

数あるツアーの中でやりたい事がつまったプランでした。中3と小6の子供たちにも、ちょうど良いカヌーコースで楽しかったようです！

The flow was easy to understand, and I was able to act calmly both in the cave and in the sea. I was surprised by the abundance of fish, and my anticipation for seeing sea turtles grew.

We participated in snorkeling for the first time with our 5 and 7-year-old children. Yamachan was very kind and taught the kids, and they were thrilled to see sea turtles and fish. 😊 Since Yamachan stayed with the kids the whole time, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy snorkeling together. We created the best memories as a family! ✨

I participated in a snorkeling and SUP tour in early April. I was worried about whether my 7-year-old (who was swimming in the ocean for the first time) would enjoy it, but thanks to the bright and kind guide who took great care of us, we had a fantastic time. My child seemed to really enjoy chatting with the SUP guide, Peach Princess from Miyako Island, and was smiling the whole time. We received a lot of wonderful photos, and they even provided transportation to our hotel (thank you, Hiro), making it a very appreciated tour.

４月上旬にシュノーケリングとSUPのツアーに参加しました。7歳（海で泳ぐのは初）が楽しめるか不安でしたが、明るく優しいガイドさんが丁寧にケアしてくださったおかげで、満喫できました。SUPのガイドをしてくださった宮古島のピーチ姫とのお喋りがとても楽しかったようで、7歳は終始ニコニコでした。素敵な写真を沢山いただけて、ホテルまでの送迎もしていただき（ヒロさん、ありがとうございました）、とてもありがたいツアーでした。

Based on the conditions of the waves on the day, we were advised that the Blue Cave might be difficult since we had children with us, so we were suggested another beach. Since it was my son's first time at the sea, it was really great that they proposed a safe location without forcing us. We were able to see sea turtles nearby, and my son was thrilled to feed the fish, which left him in awe the entire time. On the way back, we were also given information about a nearby hot spring where we could relax, and the parents were very satisfied as well. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

当日の波の様子から子供もいるので青の洞窟は難しいかもと別の海岸を提案していただきました。息子が初めての海だったので強行せず安全な場所を提案してもらえたのがすごく良かったです。近くにウミガメも見れたし、魚の餌やりもやらせてもらい息子はずっと感動しっぱなしで大喜びでした。帰りも近くの温泉を教えて貰えて温泉にのんびり浸かれて親も大満足でした。いい思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。

I enjoyed everything. It was great that my middle school and college kids also had a blast. I ended up soaked from the waist down, probably because we were in a three-person canoe.

I received polite advice at SUP and had a fun experience. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave for snorkeling, the weather was nice, and I got to see sea turtles, which made for a delightful time.

シュノーケリングは青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、お天気も良く、ウミガメにも会えて楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

I booked a mangrove kayak tour, but due to heavy rain, it was deemed dangerous, so they changed it to a beach snorkeling experience. They made a quick decision and provided an alternative plan.

Given the many accidents that occur in marine sports, I appreciate their safety-first approach, which builds trust. The snorkeling was also a great choice, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea immensely.

The guide was knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. I would love to use their services again.

マングローブカヤックで予約しましたが、大雨の影響で危険とのことで、ビーチシュノーケルに変更してくださいました。迅速な判断と他のプランを用意くださいました。
マリンスポーツでの事故も多い中で、安全第一の判断をしてくださり、信用ができます。
シュノーケルも大正解で、とても美しい海を堪能できました。
ガイドさんも知識豊富でとっても楽しい時間でした。また利用したいです。

This was my second snorkeling experience in Miyako Island! Last time, I participated in a tour departing from Irabu Island, but I received advice from a local that the tour from Ikema Island is closer to Yaeyama and better! While researching on Veltra, I discovered this tour and decided to join.

This time, I participated with my child, and since there were fewer people compared to the last time, we received a lot of advice and support, which made me very satisfied. We took many photos and even used a drone for some shots, which I really appreciated.

If I have the opportunity, I would love to join this tour again next time. The staff were all kind, and we had a great time swimming. We even encountered a turtle up close, which was truly moving! 🥹

今回、2回目の宮古島シュノーケル体験！！
前回は伊良部島出航ツアーに参加しましたが
その際地元の方から、池間島発の方が八重千瀬に近くて良いよ！とアドバイスを受け、ベルトラで調べていたらなんと発見し参加させて頂きました😌
今回は親子旅で参加させて頂きましたが、前回に比べて少人数だったため、色々とアドバイスを受けながら手厚くサポートして頂き大変満足しております
写真、ドローンを使っての撮影も沢山撮って頂き満足しております
機会があれば次回もこのツアーに参加したいなぁと思っております

I participated in a one-day tour. I requested a pickup service, but it seems that during busy periods, the pickup may not be available the day before. Since I didn't have a rental car, I was very grateful for the pickup service.

In the morning, we did SUP at Ingyā, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Turtle Bay, which was packed with activities. Our tour guide, Yume-chan, was very kind, and my child was able to participate with peace of mind!

The underwater scenery was truly beautiful, and we were able to see turtles up close, which was very cute. Thank you very much!

送迎付きをお願いしましたが、混んでいる時期だと前日に送迎不可になることもあるようです。レンタカー無しだったので、送迎していただけて大変ありがたかったです。
午前中にインギャーでSUP、午後からタートルベイでシュノーケリングと盛りだくさんでしたが、ツアーガイドのゆめちゃんには親切にしていただき、子どもも安心して参加できました！
海の中は本当に綺麗で、カメさんも近くで見る事ができて、とても可愛かったです。

The weather was nice, and our guide was very cheerful and fun. Every moment from the talks inside the tour until it ended was enjoyable! There are other tours available, and I'm looking forward to participating in those as well! Even those who can't swim are well taken care of, so anyone can join with peace of mind!

We participated in Hina's tour as a family. There were small children with us, but we were taught very carefully. Everyone in the family was very satisfied. We would like to participate again.

Finally got to try SUP at Kawahira Bay. The wind blowing down from the mountains was strong, making it difficult to maintain balance, but I was able to glide smoothly over the water. Even if I fell into the sea, I felt safe wearing a life jacket. The instructor was very attentive, so even beginners can give it a try!

念願の川平湾でのSUP。
山から吹き下ろす風が強く、バランスを取るのが大変でしたが、気持ち良く海の上を進むことができました。海に落ちてしまっても、ライフジャケットを着ているので安心です。
インストラクターが丁寧に教えてくれるので、初心者の方でもチャレンジできます！

They kindly accommodated my sudden request for an additional fun dive. Since it had been a while since my last dive, they even arranged for an instructor to ensure I could dive at a comfortable pace. I forgot to ask for their name, but I felt safe while diving. Thank you!

急なファンダイブ追加にも快く対応いただきました。久しぶりのダイビングだったので、ゆっくり潜れるようにわざわざインストラクターさんを付けて下さいました。お名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが安心して潜れました。ありがとう。

The snorkeling guides were Makocchan and Soutakun! Both were cheerful and friendly, and their explanations were easy to understand, making it enjoyable and reassuring even for first-timers.

The snorkeling location changed due to sea conditions, but it turned out to be a great decision! I was thrilled to swim with sea turtles, which was a dream come true 🐢✨✨ I got so excited that I almost drowned... haha.

And for my first time on a SUP, we went into the mangroves. The quiet and surreal scenery was breathtaking... it was incredibly healing!! ✨✨

I did fall off the SUP a few times, but that just added to the fun, and I made some amazing memories. ☺️

I was able to see various kinds of fish, and I even got to meet a sea turtle, which made for the best memories! The guide was entertaining and explained everything clearly, and in the end, I jumped off from the second floor of the boat, haha! I thoroughly enjoyed the waters of Kerama!

I was able to enjoy both stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling safely. I don't have swimming skills or athletic ability, but I was provided with a life jacket, foot fins, and a wetsuit, so there were no problems.

There was about a two-hour gap between the stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling, which felt a bit long, so I thought it would be better if the intervals were shorter.

サップとシュノーケリングどちらも安全に楽しめました。泳ぎスキルも運動神経もないですが、ライフジャケット、足のフィン、ウェットスーツも渡していただけたので、問題ありませんでした。
サップとシュノーケリングの間に2時間ほど空き時間があるのが、時間を持て余したので、もう少し間が短いと良いなと思いました。

The guide, Dora, was really great. The other staff members were also very cheerful and kind. There were repeat visitors, and I understood the meaning of that.

ガイドのドーアさんが本当に良かったです。他のスタッフの方々もとても明るく親切でした。リピーターの方もいらっしゃってその意味が理解できました。
