Due to the weather, we changed our snorkeling plans to Osaki Beach in the afternoon, but it was a beautiful beach with lots of colorful fish, and we even saw a sea turtle!
I was nervous since it was my first time trying SUP, but I was able to enjoy it with everyone who participated.
During the drive from the meeting point to the location, the staff shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, which was really helpful for our trip!
I'm really glad I participated.

天候の関係で午後は大崎海岸でのシュノーケリングに変更になりましたが、とても素敵な海岸でキレイな魚が沢山いて、ウミガメにも会えました！
SUP初めてでドキドキしたけど、参加されたみなさんと一緒に楽しむ事が出来ました♪
集合場所から現地までの移動車中では、スタッフさんが石垣島の情報を沢山教えて下さって、旅のお役に立ちましたよ〜！

In the morning, I participated in a mangrove canoe tour, and in the afternoon, I joined a cart tour on Yufu Island. The canoeing was easier than I expected, and the scenery of the mangroves was very beautiful. Entering the mangrove forest by canoe felt extraordinary and had a mystical atmosphere. Throughout the canoeing, the guide was always smiling and provided various explanations, making it the best experience. They also sent me high-quality photos taken with a GoPro, which was great.

The water buffalo on the cart tour was just adorable. Although the ferry from Uehara Port was canceled, they kindly transported us to Ohara Port after the activity.

*Points of concern:*
For lunch, options for dining near Uehara Port were presented, and we were taken to our chosen place. However, we had to walk back to the meeting point at Uehara Port (if there was an afternoon activity). It was about a 5-minute walk, but it was inconvenient due to the rain. While the details on Veltra mentioned "transport to the lunch area," there was no mention of the return arrangement. I honestly did not expect to walk back, and I hadn't prepared rain gear. It would have been helpful if it had been clearly stated that "the return would be on foot."

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a friendly atmosphere. Even considering the point mentioned above, I would rate it a perfect score. Thank you.

午前マングローブカヌー、午後は由布島の牛車ツアーに参加しました。
カヌーは思ったより漕ぎやすく、マングローブの風景はとても美しかったです。カヌーでマングローブ林に入っていくのは、非日常的で、神秘的な雰囲気でした。カヌー中も始終笑顔で色々と説明をしてくれて、最高の体験となりました。GoProで撮った写真も高画質で送ってくれて、良かったです。
牛車はとにかく水牛が可愛かったです。上原港のフェリーが欠航になったのですが、アクティビティ後に代わりの大原港まで送ってくれました。

※気になった点
お昼ご飯は、上原港近くの食事処の選択肢が提示され、希望したところに送ってくれました。ただ、（午後のアクティビティがある場合は）集合場所の上原港に徒歩で移動でした。徒歩5分ほどでしたが、雨天でしたので面倒でした。
確かに、veltraの詳細には"昼食エリアに送る"とは書いてあるもののお迎えについての記載はありませんでした。ただ、流石にこのパターン（帰りは徒歩）は想像しておらず、雨具の用意をしておりませんでした。"帰りは徒歩であること"を明記しておいてもらえると良かったです。

全体として和やかな雰囲気で、たいへん素敵な体験となりました。上記の1点を考慮しても満点です。ありがとうございます。

I was really skeptical about whether I would actually get to see a sea turtle that I had never seen before, but then the sun-kissed handsome guide, Matsuura-san, appeared! Although the sea was shallow, the kids were initially scared to get in, but Matsuura-san quickly taught them how to use the equipment and swim with fins in about three minutes, and they were soon swimming with joy.

After confirming that the kids could swim, Matsuura-san promptly took us to the long-awaited sea turtle spot. At first, I thought it was a rock, but it turned out to be the long-desired sea turtle!! (^^) Matsuura-san also showed compassion by reminding us that since sea turtles are wild creatures, we should refrain from touching them. I felt his wonderful character and was moved by the sea turtle, making it an unforgettable time!

Finally, after coming out of the water, the kids wanted to take a picture with Matsuura-san, and I appreciate how kindly he responded to them! (^^) The kids keep saying that they want to swim with Matsuura-san and the sea turtles again even after returning home. (^^;;)

まだ見たことないウミガメに本当に会えるのか半信半疑なところに日焼けしたイケメン松浦さん登場！！
遠浅な海とはいえ子供達は最初海に浸かるのも怖がっていたのにガイドの松浦さんが装備の使い方やフィンを使った泳ぎ方は3分ほどでレクチャーしてすぐ泳げるようになり、子供達も大喜び。
そんな泳げる子供たちを確認してからガイドの松浦さんは待望のウミガメスポットへすぐに案内してくれて、最初は岩かと思ったら、なんと念願のウミガメでした！！(^^)
ウミガメは自然の生き物だから触るのは我慢してねと言う生き物への思いやりもあり、改めて松浦さんの人柄を感じウミガメにも感動し最高の時間でした！！
最後に海から上がって子供達はガイドの松浦さんと写真を撮りたいと言って優しく対応してくれたことにも感謝しています！(^^)
子供たちはまたガイド松浦さんと一緒にウミガメと泳ぎたいなぁと故郷に帰ってからもずっと言っています(^^;;

It was my first experience, but the preparation and explanation of precautions were thorough, and the guide was kind during the snorkeling, which allowed me to enjoy it fully and with peace of mind. The guide was well-versed in the conditions of the sea and knew the spots with sea turtles and many beautiful fish, enabling us to enjoy ourselves efficiently. I received many beautiful photos, which became wonderful memories. Thanks to the careful instruction on snorkeling techniques during this tour, I was able to rent a snorkel at the beach later and enjoy it freely on my own. It may seem like a given, but the rental equipment at the beach is often of poor quality, and experiencing snorkeling with well-fitted, sturdy gear on this tour helped me discover the joy of snorkeling. Thank you, Mr. Matsuura, for a wonderful experience.

初めての体験でしたが、準備や注意事項の説明も丁寧でシュノーケリング中も親切にガイドしてくれたことで安心して思い切り楽しめました。
ガイドの方は海の様子、ウミガメやたくさんのきれいな魚のいるスポットを熟知されていて、効率的に充分楽しむことができました。
写真もたくさんいただけ、どれも綺麗で本当に良い思い出となりました。
このツアーで丁寧にシュノーケリングの方法を教えていただき実践できたことで、後日、ビーチにてシュノーケルをレンタルし一人で自由に楽しめるまでになりました。当たり前の事なのかもしれませんが、ビーチのレンタル品はあまり質が良くなく、こちらのツアーで体型に合ったしっかりした装備で体験できたことでシュノーケリングの楽しさを知ることができたと思っています。

The day before, I went kayaking, so this time I experienced mangrove SUP! The wind was a bit strong, but our guide, Yuma, taught us carefully, so I was able to paddle somehow! Once we entered the mangroves, the wind disappeared, and I had the leisure to look around slowly, which was nice. I had never seen mangroves up close like that, so I’m really glad I went! I was also able to touch crabs and big hermit crabs! I visited Yubu Island for the first time in the afternoon, and it felt like walking in a real jungle! The gelato was delicious too! The water buffalo were cute and smart, and I was able to take photos, making it a very satisfying tour!

前の日にカヤックをしてたので、今回はマングローブSUPを体験しました！
風が少し強めでしたが、ガイドのゆうまさんが丁寧に教えてくれたので、なんとか漕ぐ事ができました！
マングローブの中に入ると風がなくなり、ゆっくりと周りを見る余裕もありました笑
あんなに間近でマングローブを見た事なかったので、本当に行って良かったです！
カニや、大きいヤドカリなどにも触れる事ができました！
午後からの由布島も初めて行ったのですが、リアルジャングルを歩いてるみたいでした！
ジェラートも美味しかった！
水牛も可愛くて賢くて、写真も撮れて、大満足のツアーでした！

The instructor is kind and explains everything in detail, so I think even beginners can participate with confidence. They also send photos on the same day, which I believe will help create wonderful memories. If you go to Ishigaki Island, I think visiting the Blue Cave and snorkeling is a must, even for those who dive. I highly recommend it.

インストラクターの人が親切で丁寧に説明してくれてフォローしてくれますので、初心者の人でも安心して参加出来ると思います。写真も当日に送ってくれますので、楽しい思い出作りが出来ると思います。石垣島に行ったなら青の洞窟とシュノーケリングはダイビングをする人でも行っといた方がいいと思います。オススメです。

I signed up because I wanted to experience Kerama Blue. After quite a journey by boat from the main island, I arrived at the Kerama Sea, which was truly a transparent blue! I was worried whether it would actually take place since it was before Golden Week, but I was able to experience it!

船で本島からかなり移動をして到着した慶良間海域は本当に透き通った青さでした！
GW前だからちゃんと催行されるか不安でしたが、体験できました～

I had heard that we would be able to see sea turtles, but since it's nature, I tried not to get my hopes up about what would happen. However, when I actually went, two sea turtles swam right up close to us, and it was amazing! Watching them eat seaweed and come up to the surface to breathe was just too cute.

Our guide, Matsuura, was very thorough in teaching us how to take photos with the sea turtles and how close we could get, which I really appreciated. They took nearly 70 photos for us, and it was truly moving.

ウミガメに会えるとのふれこみでしたが、自然のことなのでどうなるか分からないなと期待しないようにしていたのですが…実際行ってみるとなんとすぐ近くでウミガメが2匹も泳いできてくれて最高でした！海藻を食べる姿や水面に出て呼吸する姿がかわいすぎました。
ガイドの松浦さんがとても丁寧にウミガメとの写真の撮り方やどれくらいの距離まで近づいていいのかなど教えてくださったので、本当にありがたかったです。お写真も70枚近く撮ってくださって、感動です。

The instructor, Hikaru, provided a thorough lecture and shared interesting facts about the ocean, making it a very enjoyable tour. I was able to encounter two sea turtles and see beautiful coral and fish up close, so I am very satisfied.

インストラクターのヒカルさんが丁寧にレクチャーしたり、海の豆知識等を教えてくださりとても楽しいツアーとなりました。
ウミガメを2匹遭遇でき、美しい珊瑚や魚を間近で見ることができたのでとても満足しています。

Our guide, Shoma, was very helpful. I was late for the meeting time due to the bus schedule, but since there were no other customers, both Shoma and the staff at the store were very accommodating and didn't show any displeasure, which I really appreciated.

They helped me sit in the shade to change my shoes and kindly offered hair ties and towels. Each thoughtful gesture was a great help. The explanations on how to snorkel, as well as information about the fish and locations, were always polite and easy to understand.

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many fish in the beautiful sea, which was very soothing. The photos taken with the GoPro were of high quality and very beautiful. I couldn't attach the photos due to size limitations, so I attached a picture of the view from the hill, starting from a spot with many people in it.

It seems that the color of the Blue Cave changes depending on the time of day, so I would like to visit in the morning next time. I would definitely like to use this service again. Thank you very much!

しょうまさんというガイドさんが案内してくださいました。
バスの関係で集合時刻に遅れてしまったのですが、他のお客様がいらっしゃらなかったこともあり、しょうまさんもお店のスタッフの方も、嫌な顔ひとつせず快く対応してくださりありがたかったです。
日陰に腰掛けて靴を履き替えるようにしてくださったり、ヘアゴムやタオルも声をかけて貸してくださったり、一つ一つのお気遣いがとても助かりました。
シュノーケリングのやり方の説明やお魚や場所の説明なども、終始丁寧で分かりやすかったです。
天気が良くて、綺麗な海でたくさんのお魚を見て、とても癒されました。
撮っていただいた写真はGoProのもので、画質が良くとても綺麗でした。
写真の容量的に添付できなかったので、丘の上からの景色を添付しました。人がたくさん写っているところからスタートでした。
時間帯によって青の洞窟の色の変化があるみたいなので、次は午前中にも行ってみたいなと思いました。
また利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました。

I had a great time being able to see the Blue Cave. Even for those who can't swim, an instructor will accompany you, so there's no need to worry. I think it was a wonderful experience.

I participated in the mangrove (kayak) and water buffalo cart experience on Yubu Island. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time kayaking, but just paddling felt great and was the best. In the mangroves, I was able to experience the real thing while listening to various explanations, which was very moving. I also got to take many great photos, making for wonderful memories.

On Yubu Island, I was able to touch the strength, intelligence, and size of the water buffalo, and I learned about how they are cared for and their way of life, which was a fantastic experience. The gelato I had at a shop on the island was incredibly delicious.

Not only was the content great, but they also took time for changing clothes and showering, and the tour was perfectly paced for the participants' time and energy, leaving me very satisfied. The guides were all very kind, provided excellent explanations, and were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much.

マングローブ(カヤック)＋由布島水牛車体験に参加しました。
初めてのカヤックで少し不安はありましたが、漕いでるだけでも気持ちよく最高でした。
マングローブでは実物を体感しながらさまざまな説明を聞くことができ、感激しました。

由布島では水牛の力強さと賢さ、大きさに触れ、大切にされている様子や暮らし方を教えていただきとても良い体験でした。
島のお店で食べたジェラートは美味しすぎました。
内容はもちろん、途中で着替えやシャワーの時間を取ってくださったり、参加者に無理のない時間・体力配分のツアーで大満足です。

We signed up for a canoe and Yufushima tour as a couple. It was our first time canoeing, but we were able to go and come back safely. It was great to fully experience the island's magnificent nature!

I have gone snorkeling many times both domestically and internationally, but since I only do it about once a year, I always feel excited each time.

I usually enter by boat, but my first beach entry at Shinjo Beach was shallow and I felt it was very suitable for beginners, children, and people like me who only do it occasionally.

Our guide, Matsuura, taught us in a clear and polite manner.

I was incredibly thrilled to see a large sea turtle up close!

After the fun snorkeling, I received information about sightseeing in Miyako Island.

About two hours after we finished, I remembered that I had a problem at Shinjo Beach and that Matsuura had said, "If there's anything else, please let me know..." I took him up on his offer and consulted him, and he really helped me out! Thank you so much for your support!

いつもボートエントリーなのですが、新城海岸で初のビーチエントリーは遠浅で、初心者やお子さま、またわたしのようにたまにしかしない人にはとても向いていると感じました。

The phantom island was even more beautiful than the heavenly sea of Oahu! The crystal-clear water and white sandy beaches provided an incredible experience that felt otherworldly. The only downside was that we were supposed to go snorkeling first, but due to the beauty of the sea, we went to the phantom island first and ended up taking pictures in our wetsuits.

Snorkeling was also a lot of fun, as we got to see various colorful tropical fish. I wish we had a bit more free time.

幻の島は、オアフ島の天国の海より綺麗でした！透き通った海、白い砂浜、この世の物とは思えない最高の体験でした。ちょっと残念だったのは、先にシュノーケリングと言っていたのに、海の綺麗さの関係で先に幻の島になり、ウェットスーツ姿で写真を撮ることになったことです。。
シュノーケリングも色々なカラフルなトロピカルフィッシュを見ることができて、とても楽しかったです。自由時間がもう少しあるとよかったです。

We were blessed with great weather from the morning, and I felt fortunate to have the guide assigned to us. We encountered many sea turtles and were enveloped in happiness. The sea turtles were wonderful, but I was also glad to meet our guide, Matsuura. Thank you very much! I would be happy if we could have the same course and the same guide next time.

朝からいいお天気に恵まれ、担当して頂いた方に恵まれウミガメ君もたくさん遭遇してもらえて幸せに包まれました。ウミガメ君も良かったですが、担当して頂いた松浦さんに遭遇出来てよかったです。

Positive points:
- They stayed with my mother, who was struggling.
- The equipment was comfortable and good.
- The explanations were well done.
- I didn't know there would be three dives, but for an additional 5,500 yen, they took us to Tokashiki Island.
- They took us to good dive spots.

Negative points:
- I thought there would be a shop; it was my first time on a direct boat.
- My mother was diving for the first time, and I wasn't sure if she could do it, but we couldn't choose how many dives each person would do.
- Once it was clear she couldn't dive, I wanted her to be allowed to join the snorkeling group.
- My mother's payment for one dive was wasted, and I couldn't use it for my three dives.
- The return boat was too fast, and a basket full of equipment moved, pinching my legs between the bench and the basket, causing an injury.
- I shouted that it hurt, and even though someone must have seen it, no one helped.
- At that time, there was a mark, and later it swelled.

良かった点は
・うまくできない母にずっと付いててくれた。
・装備が楽で良かった。
・説明が上手だった。
・3ダイブあるとは聞いていなかったがオプション　5500円プラスで渡嘉敷島にも行ってくれた。
・良いポイントに連れてってくれた。
悪かった点は
・ショップがあると思っていた。直接ボートは初めて。
・母がダイビング初めてでできるか分からなかったけど1人ずつ何回ダイブするか選べなかった。
・できないってわかったらシュノーケル組に参加させて欲しかった。
・母の1ダイブ分のお金が無駄になったけど、私の3DIVEめ分に利用できなかった。
・帰りのボートが速すぎていっぱい機材が入っているカゴが動いて座ってたベンチと足が挟まれて怪我をした。
・痛いって叫んだし、絶対見てたはずなのに誰も見てみぬふりされた。
・その時は痕が付き、その後腫れた。

For our honeymoon, we went to Miyako Island for the first time. Since I had never seen a sea turtle before, I was looking for one and found this snorkeling tour through Veltra, which had great reviews, so I made a reservation. Although we changed from our originally planned location to Shigira Beach, we were fortunate to quickly spot a sea turtle thanks to the attentive guidance of our host, Matsuura-san! We also got to see many beautiful fish, and we were lucky to catch the sea turtle during its nap time! Matsuura-san explained everything in a very easy-to-understand way, which made it enjoyable for us as well. The photos you sent us were incredibly well taken, and I am truly satisfied! Matsuura-san, who is kind and handsome, please keep up the great work! When we come back to Miyako Island, we look forward to seeing you again!

今回新婚旅行とゆーことで、初めて宮古島に行きました。
海亀を見たことがなかったので、みたいと思い探していたところ、ベルトラさんで今回のシュノーケルをみつけ、評価もよかったので予約しました。当初予定の場所から変更になりシギラビーチにいきましたが担当の松浦さんの丁寧な案内をうけてすぐに運良く海亀発見！綺麗な魚も沢山みれて、海亀のお昼寝の時間もタイミングよく見ることができました！すごく分かりやすくお話してくださるのでこちらも楽しかったです。
送って頂いたお写真も最高に上手でほんと大満足です！優しくて男前の松浦さん！これからも頑張ってください！また宮古島来た時は宜しくお願いします！

It was raining moderately, but the water was clear and beautiful. It was my first time snorkeling, and the guide, Matsuura, kindly taught me how to use the equipment, so I was able to manage it without any issues. We searched for sea turtles in the ocean and found one right away, allowing us to get quite close and take photos, which was fantastic. According to Matsuura, the sea turtles at Shinjo Beach are accustomed to people, so they don't flee as long as you don't touch them. In fact, we were able to get so close that it felt like we could touch them, making it a valuable experience. I highly recommend taking photos with the sea turtles! ✨

まぁまぁの雨が降っていましたが、海の中は透明で綺麗でした。
また、初シュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドの松浦さんが親切に教えてくださり、無事使えました。
ウミガメは海で探して、直ぐに見つけてくれましたかなり近づいて写真が撮れたのでとても良かったです。
松浦さんによると、新城海岸のウミガメだけは近づいても人慣れしているのか、触らなければ全然逃げないそうです。実際、私達も触れそうなくらいウミガメに近づいくことができ、貴重な体験になりました

In early April, our family of four, including elementary and middle school children, participated. It was the children's first time snorkeling, but our guide, Matsuura, adjusted to our family's pace, allowing us to observe the adorable feeding habits of sea turtles, which created wonderful memories. They also provided us with many beautiful photos and shared information about dining and sightseeing spots. They were truly a great guide, so when we travel to Miyako Island next time, we definitely want to request them again!

4月の上旬に小学生、中学生の子供達を含む家族4人で参加しました。シュノーケリングが初めてな子供達でしたが、ガイドの松浦さんが私達家族のペースに合わせて下さったので、ウミガメのかわいいお食事姿をたくさん観察することができ、とてもいい思い出になりました。キレイな写真もたくさん下さったし、食事や観光スポットまで教えて頂きました。ホントにいいガイドさんだったので、次回、宮古島に旅行する時も、是非、お願いしたいと思います！

I participated in a snorkeling tour in Ishigaki Island as it was. The weather was a bit questionable, but it held up enough for us to see some sunshine.

At Hamajima, the calm inner sea allowed the children to play by collecting shells and coral, and we were able to take photos.

At the snorkeling spot, the kids were a bit anxious since it was their first time in the ocean, but thanks to the instructor, both the 5-year-old and the 10-year-old were able to enjoy themselves, creating wonderful memories.

It seems that for the children, this became their most enjoyable memory from Ishigaki Island.

石垣島についてそのままシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。天気が怪しかったのですが、晴れ間が見えるくらい天気がもってくれました。
浜島では、とても穏やかな内海で子供たちが貝殻や珊瑚を拾って遊べたり、写真を撮ることが出来ました。
シュノーケリングスポットでは、子供たちが初めての海だったので不安でしたが、5歳の子も10歳の子もインストラクターさんのおかげでそれぞれ楽しめてとてもいい思い出になりました。
子供達にとって、石垣島での1番楽しかった思い出になったようです。

Snorkeling at Shinjo Coast. I thought the seawater would be murky due to the rain on the day, but the visibility was perfect, and I was able to take many photos with sea turtles. It was my first time getting so close to sea turtles for a photo, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff for their kind assistance.

当日は雨で海水も濁ってるんだろうなと思っていたところ透明度バッチリでウミガメとも写真が沢山撮れました。こんなに間近でウミガメと撮影したのは初めてで良い体験させて頂きました。スタッフの方々にも優しく対応して頂きありがとうございました。

Since I participated from snowy Hokkaido, I wondered if I could swim in the sea in Miyako in March. It was my first time wearing a wetsuit, so I was both anxious and excited to join. I am grateful to the staff who supported me so that I could participate in the tour with peace of mind, allowing me to have such a fun experience at over 60 years old. I am actively promoting this enjoyment at my workplace.

雪のある北海道からの参加でしたので、宮古では３月に海で泳げるの?と思いました。スウェットスーツを着るのも初めてでしたので、どうなることかと思いつつもワクワクして参加しました。60歳を過ぎてこんな楽しい経験をさせて貰うことができ、安心してツアーに参加できるようサポートしてくださった担当者様に感謝しています。この楽しさを職場でしっかりＰＲしています。

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy...
Still, the phantom island was beautiful, and I couldn't help but wonder how it would have looked if it were sunny. I immediately expressed my desire to go snorkeling. Since there were no other guests besides our group, we quickly headed to the snorkeling point.
Even though it was cloudy, the visibility was very good, and I felt relaxed for over an hour. I heard that the water is quite clear during this season.
It was a spot near the site of a shipwreck being dismantled.

生憎天気はくもり。。。
それでも幻の島は綺麗でしたが、晴れてたらどんなだったろうと思いながらもすぐにでもシュノーケルがしたいと申し入れ。
私らグループ以外他のお客さんがいなかったこともあり、早々にシュノーケルポイントへ
曇っていても透明度含めとてもよく１時間以上ずっと癒されていました。
この時期は海の中もあまり濁らずきれいなんだそう
座礁船の解体現場のそばのポイントでした。
スタッフの皆様、フレキシブルな対応ありがとうございました。

The captain and all the staff were really kind. We saw cute and beautiful fish and jellyfish in the sea. During snorkeling, they took us to a cave-like area, and it was a lot of fun. My middle school son got seasick, but we were able to dive, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

船長、スタッフ皆さん本当に優しい。
海では可愛くて綺麗な魚やクラゲが見られました。シュノーケリングでは、洞窟のようなところにも連れて行ってくれて、とても楽しかったです。中学生の息子が船酔いしてしまったけれど、ダイビングも出来て素晴らしい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

The canoeing on the Miyara River honestly had a bit of a smell that initially put me off, but as I continued paddling, I was able to forget about it and enjoy myself.

There was a little over two hours between the morning canoeing and the afternoon snorkeling, so I thought I should have planned to return to the hotel for a bit. Those not on the hotel shuttle had to wait on Ishigaki Island. Two hours can't be filled just with lunch, so I ended up going back to the hotel to take a shower, wash my swimsuit, and change before heading back to the port.

The blue cave for snorkeling was not at all like the Blue Grotto in Naples, which I had imagined, so I was a bit disappointed. The snorkeling itself lasted about 30 minutes, but I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea. Overall, the staff were kind and it was a good experience.

カヌーをした宮良川は正直臭いがあって最初はひいてしまいましたが、カヌーで進んでいくうちに忘れて楽しむことができました。
午前のカヌーと午後のシュノーケリングの間が2時間強開いたのでホテルに一旦戻る予定にしておけばよかったと思いました。ホテル送迎じゃない組は石垣島で待機になります。2時間はランチじゃ潰せないので、結局ホテルに一度戻ってシャワーを浴びて、水着も洗濯して着替えて再度港へ向かいました。
シュノーケリングの青の洞窟は全然青の洞窟じゃないです。ナポリの青の洞窟を連想してたので、拍子抜けでした。シュノーケリング自体は30分程でしたがきれいな海の中を堪能できました。
総じてスタッフさんも親切でよかったです。

I used this service for a family trip with my wife and two daughters. At first, I thought about just going to the Phantom Island, but after reading reviews that said even beginners could snorkel, I convinced my reluctant daughters to join. My first snorkeling experience was even more amazing than I had imagined! The scale was overwhelming compared to an aquarium, and my daughters were very satisfied. Above all, the staff were kind and provided great guidance, and my daughters, who were initially hesitant, ended up having fun! If I come to Ishigaki, I definitely want to go snorkeling with Rise Ishigaki again.

妻と娘2人との家族旅行で利用しました。
はじめは幻の島だけにしようかと思ったのですが、口コミをみて初心者でもシュノーケリング可能とのことで、嫌がる娘を説得して参加しました。
初めてのシュノーケリングは想像以上に素晴らしい体験が出来ました！
水族館とは比べ物にならないぐらいの圧倒的なスケールで、娘たちも大満足でした。
何といってもスタッフさんが優しく手解きして下さって、嫌がっていた娘たちも楽しんでいました！
石垣に来たら絶対にライズ石垣島さんのシュノーケリングをまたやりたいです。

The day before, my daughter wasn't feeling well, so I was worried, but once we were in that situation, all concerns about her health disappeared.
Her first snorkeling experience was more amazing than I had expected. I never imagined there would be such wonders in the underwater world!
