I had never tried stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) before, and I was a bit scared of falling into the sea, but thanks to the careful instruction and assistance, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I love fishing, and I was thrilled to see tropical fish in the shallow areas, but I got really excited when I found good-sized fish in deeper waters (laughs). Riding a clear SUP is great while standing, but sitting down to observe the fish and enjoy the snorkeling vibe is also fun. I think even those who are not comfortable going into the water can enjoy it with family and friends.

釣りが好きで浅い所の熱帯魚も嬉しかったですが、深場の良いサイズの魚達を見つけてはテンション上がりました(笑)
クリアなsupは立って乗るのも良いですが、座って魚を観察してシュノーケリング気分を味わうのも楽しいです。海の中に入るのが苦手な人も家族や友達と一緒に楽しめると思います。

I made a reservation because I wanted to see the best sunrise. Despite the early morning hours, I was able to easily ride thanks to the kind guidance of the energetic staff member, Shintaro!

They guided us to a beautiful viewpoint for the sunrise, and from there, we were able to see a wonderful sunrise, creating an unforgettable experience!

It was also a windy day, but the canoe provided stability, allowing us to see the sun clearly. The staff took many photos for us, so we could focus on enjoying the sunrise.

While drifting in the transparent sea during the sunset, I enjoyed the scenery while sitting and relaxed by lying down, gaining more healing than I had expected. I was a bit apprehensive about falling into the cold water since it was winter, but thanks to the cheerful and attentive guidance from the staff member Nogi, I didn't fall in even once, and my feet only got wet at the beginning and end. Even though the north wind was blowing, the event was held in a bay where the wind was weak, so I was able to enjoy it without feeling too cold, just wearing a long-sleeved rash guard.

夕焼けの中で透き通った海を漂いながら、座ったまま景色を楽しんだり、寝転んでリラックスしたり、思っていた以上の癒しを得ることができました。
冬なので海に落ちたら寒いかも、と身構えていましたが、スタッフののぎちゃんが初心者にも明るく丁寧にレクチャーしてくれたおかげで一度も落ちず、最初と最後に足が濡れた程度でした。
北風が吹いていても風が弱い湾での開催だったので長袖のラッシュガードだけでもあまり寒さを感じずに楽しめました。

It was my first time paddleboarding at 51 years old, but thanks to the dual-sport guide who could do both snow sports and marine sports, I was able to enjoy it safely and securely. When the bright red sun peeked over the horizon, I felt I understood a little of how the people of Okinawa cherish their gods. The rolling waves, the wind, and the vast ocean and sky spread out before me made me feel like I was truly a part of nature. It was an overwhelming experience!!! And so much fun!!! I will never forget it. I hope to be taken care of again, thank you very much.

I had my doubts about a winter trip to Okinawa, but Okinawa was just as I expected! It was much warmer than Tokyo, and when the sun came out, it was even hot enough to wear short sleeves! I was fortunate with the weather during my trip.

Iriomote Island was my first visit, and it made me feel like this is the real Okinawa, with its stunning natural beauty. It felt almost like being abroad. I had a fantastic time in the overwhelming nature! I highly recommend it.

冬の沖縄なんて…とくる前は思っていた沖縄旅行でしたが、やはり沖縄は沖縄でした！
東京よりも全然暖かくて晴れ間が見えると半袖でも暑いくらい！旅行中は天気にも恵まれたので良かったです！

I visited Ishigaki and Iriomote for Christmas. Since it was my first time in Iriomote, I wanted to join a tour, so I booked one here. I tried canyoning, and before participating, I was a bit worried because it was winter and I thought it might be cold in Iriomote. However, they provided me with a wetsuit, and I was able to take a shower at the end, so I enjoyed it without any issues. The guide was very kind and constantly checked on me, asking, "Are you cold? Are you feeling okay?" It was a wonderful experience and a great memory. Thank you very much.

I participated in a mangrove cruise kayak exploration and a water buffalo tour on Yubu Island. I'm grateful that I could join even after making a reservation the day before. Under the blue sky, I leisurely paddled the kayak while enjoying nature—it felt truly wonderful! The staff were refreshing, and their smiles were the best!

Additionally, unexpectedly getting off the kayak for a jungle exploration allowed me to experience the incredible nature that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. The staff's explanations about the plants were also very enjoyable.

Spending time with the water buffalo on Yubu Island felt like time was flowing slowly. I felt that everything about coming here was great! I will definitely participate again. Thank you!

It was my first time doing SUP, and I had a great time. We also did some trekking, and the guide provided detailed explanations about the mangrove plants and creatures. They took photos for us and sent many after we parted ways. I was really satisfied! I quickly got the hang of standing and paddling on the SUP, and I loved doing it while leisurely enjoying the mangroves! Next time, I want to get my own equipment and try it myself!

It can be quite challenging to move around without a car, but they provided continuous transportation, and when we went to Yufu Island by water buffalo, we were blessed with good weather, making it a wonderful experience.

During my year-end trip to Ishigaki Island, I became interested in Iriomote Island and decided to participate. Ishigaki Island had a stronger image of the sea than the mountains, but Iriomote Island was overflowing with greenery, offering a different kind of enjoyment! It felt thrilling to jump into the river and enjoy the outdoors.

While thinking I was tired, I boarded a water buffalo cart, where I could listen to the shamisen and relax comfortably in the gentle breeze. Yubu Island was closer than I expected, and the resort-like scenery was a lot of fun!

年末の旅行として石垣島に訪れた際、西表島にも興味が湧き参加しました。石垣島は山よりも海のイメージが強かったのですが、西表島は緑が溢れていて石垣島とは違う楽しみ方ができました！

Since I came to Iriomote Island, I wanted to enjoy something, but the wind was strong and my original tour for the sea was canceled, so I joined the canyoning tour with PiPi! I thought it might be a bit cold at this time of year, but since we wore wetsuits, it wasn't a big deal!

We participated as a family of four. Everyone had experience with SUP on lakes, but it was our first time in the ocean, so we were looking forward to it. The underwater view from the clear SUP was very beautiful. We also tried standing up, but when you stand, you lose the ability to see underwater, which is a bit of a dilemma. The day before, we were told that it was uncertain if we could go out due to strong winds, but I'm glad we were able to do it. The staff member in charge was very nice. Being able to move at our own pace makes SUP the best!

The staff even showed us how to do a handstand on a SUP! It was amazing!!!! During the visit to Yubu Island, they provided a recommended route in advance, allowing us to explore efficiently! They also shared delicious restaurant recommendations and great sightseeing spots, making it such a wonderful place that I want to visit Iriomote Island again! I was able to handle the SUP easily even as a beginner. Since it was a clear SUP, I could feel the blue of the sea up to my feet whether I was sitting or standing! It was also great to enjoy the terrain of Imugya Marine Garden up close. The calm conditions made it easy to enjoy the activity without any worries. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The next day, I had signed up for a snorkeling trip, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to rain in the forecast. We learned how to swim, received explanations about the fish, and even got to see sea turtles, making it a very memorable two days. Thank you!!!

Winter SUP was a bit concerning due to the weather not being very good, but when we actually arrived at the location, I was surprised by how blue the ocean was! My excitement soared.

We participated as a pair, and one coach was dedicated to us, providing constant guidance. They took us to spots where we could see coral reefs, beautiful views of the ocean, and even places where we could see clownfish, allowing us to have a lot of fun.

Additionally, since the SUP boards were clear, we could feel very close to the fish.

During the SUP session, they took a lot of photos for us and even did drone filming! After the drone shoot, they edited the footage and provided us with the data, which really boosted our excitement!

It was the best experience that will remain in our memories. Thank you so much!♡

冬のSUP、天気があまりよくなかったため、どんな感じなのか…と多少心配なところがあったのですが、実際に現地に着くと、海がとても青くてびっくり！テンションが上がりました。

2人で参加したのですが、1人コーチがつき、つきっきりで指導してくれました。珊瑚礁が見えるスポット、海が綺麗に見えるスポット、ニモが見えるスポットなど次々と案内してくださり、とても楽しむことができました。

また、SUPがクリアなので、魚をとっても間近に感じみることができました。

This was my first experience with marine activities in my life. クリアサップは思っていたよりも透明で(もう少し曇っているものかと思っていました)水の中がよく見えるので、足元に目を向けるだけで泳いでるカラフルな魚を間近に見れます。ニョロニョロ泳ぐウミヘビにはビックリでした！サップをするなら普通のサップよりも、海の中が見えるクリアサップの方が間違いなくオススメです！
写真や動画もたくさん撮っていただいて、映えるポーズも指示していただけるのでありがたかったです笑。体験をした日は風が強かったので、ドローンは厳しいかなと思っていたのですが「ギリギリ飛ばせます！」と言っていただいて上空からの動画も撮影してもらうことができました！曇が多い日だったので海の色も暗く写っているのかと思いきや、綺麗なブルーの海の上でサップをする姿がバッチリ映っていて、改めて宮古島の海の色の美しさを感じました。体験終了後にはその場で撮影した写真や動画の他にBGMを入れたハイライト動画もAirDropで送信してもらえます。この動画が本当に感動モノでじ～んときてしまい、スタッフさん達と別れた後に泣きました...笑。スタッフの皆さんは本当に親切で、笑顔が素敵な方々でした。間違いなくこの宮古島旅行で1番の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

I participated with my colleagues from work. Due to the cancellation of the Uehara ferry, we gathered at 10 AM, but I was relieved because we received proper advance notice. 上原航路が欠航になった都合で、10時集合になりましたか、しっかり事前連絡があったので安心でした。午前中は牛車と由布島観光でしたが、合わせて１時間半ほどでした。由布島は小さな島なので十分楽しめました！特にジェラートが最高でした！午後はSUPをしましたが、他の参加者は全員カヤックでした。私達はSUP経験があったので問題なかったのですが、スタッフの方達はカヤックの人たちにも丁寧に教えてくださっていたので、未経験でも大丈夫だと思います。マングローブの中を抜けての川登は神秘的で、海外にいる様は錯覚になりました。マングローブ林に上陸して生物観察をしたり、滝の前で写真撮影をしたりしましたが、滝がとても小さかったのが残念でした。スタッフの方達はかなりフレンドリーで接しやすかったと同時に、安全面に関しても気を使ってくださっているのがよくわかりました。全体的には満足のいくアクティビティでした！ありがとうございました！

I made a reservation by myself, but I experienced it with three locals. They welcomed us with a very warm atmosphere, and the two hours flew by!

In the beautiful, clear sea, I was lucky enough to see rays, turtles, and schools of fish. The beach was shallow and had little wind, so even as a beginner, I had a great time!

The trainer's instructions were precise, and I was able to paddle at speed on my own in no time. During the transfer, I also heard various stories about Ishigaki and the plants, which was very enjoyable. I created wonderful memories on the last day! Thank you very much!!

Since we were so focused on our first time, we didn't take any photos ourselves, but we had plenty of shots taken with a drone, and in the end, they even made a video for us. It was an all-inclusive experience, and we were very satisfied! They also confirmed the location and what to bring the day before, which made us feel at ease.
