The night before the experience, I couldn't find the meeting place due to a mistake in the email settings, but I called around 6 PM on a whim, and I was relieved that someone answered even though it was outside of business hours.
On the day of the event, our guide was K. He greeted us cheerfully at the meeting point, which felt great. Since I participated with my wife, who isn't a strong swimmer, and our 9-year-old daughter, there were quite a few moments that required consideration, but we were really satisfied to finally see a sea turtle, and we also enjoyed the sea kayaking experience and the cave exploration!
Oh, and they also told us about the coconut crab sighting points, and we were really able to encounter one!

体験前夜、メール設定のミスで集合場所が分からなかったのですが、ダメ元で１８時過ぎにTELしたところ営業時間外にも関わらず通じて助かりました。
当日の担当ガイドはKくんでした。待ち合わせ場所では明るく挨拶してくれて気持ち良かったです。５０過ぎのオヤジと泳ぎの不得手な妻と９歳の娘で参加したため、かなり気を使う場面も多かったはずですが、念願の海ガメも見れて、シーカヤック体験と鍾乳洞探検も出来て本当に満足出来ました～!
そうそう、ヤシガニ出没ポイントも教えて頂き、本当に出会うことができました!

I had a great time being guided by a kind and friendly older brother. I booked a canoe, but I also got to try stand-up paddleboarding, which was fun. I was so happy to meet a turtle while snorkeling. The older brother took so many wonderful photos, and it became a lifelong memory. My dream of meeting a turtle, which I had for several years, came true! I want to come back again! Thank you, Yuma!

I was looking forward to the limestone cave, and the instructor was very kind, teaching us how to explore and sharing the history of the cave. I had a great time! They also took a lot of photos, which became wonderful memories!

楽しみにしていた鍾乳洞ですが、インストラクターの方が親切でやり方や鍾乳洞の歴史を教えてくださり非常に楽しく過ごせました。写真もたくさん撮ってくださり最高の思い出になりました！

The guide was lively, provided detailed explanations, and had enjoyable conversations, always complimenting us on everything! I had imagined a much more grueling tour, but I was pleasantly surprised in a good way!! It was incredibly fun from start to finish!! Thank you very much!!

It's quite a hard tour. It might be tough for older participants. There's a lot to do. We had a great time under the guidance of a cheerful instructor. Everyone seemed very satisfied. Even though it's October, the UV rays are intense. Even with sunscreen, it's hard to keep up.

年配の方にはきついかな。かなり色々やります。明るいインストラクターさんのもと楽しませていただきました。皆さん大満足だったようです。
10月ですが紫外線はすごいです。日焼け止めクリームしても追いつきません。

We did snorkeling, canoeing, and visited the Pumpkin Cave! The clarity of the ocean was overwhelming, and everything we did was beautiful. Above all, the Pumpkin Cave was mystical and the most fun experience.

Our guide, Keikun, was enjoyable and really enhanced the tour with his talks and energy, making it even more enjoyable! We took lots of photos at various spots, including sea turtles, fish, and the Pumpkin Cave, creating the best memories.

I thought it might be too packed, but we had a two-hour lunch break, so we could relax and also visit the recommended diner by our guide, Keikun. I would love to use this service again!

sup、シュノーケリング、カヌー、パンプキン鍾乳洞をやりました！海の透明感が圧倒的で何をやるにも綺麗でした。何よりパンプキン鍾乳洞は神秘的で1番楽しかったです。
ガイドしてくださったけいくんが楽しく、トークでも身体でもツアーを盛り上げてくださったお陰でより楽しめました！ウミガメや魚、パンプキン鍾乳洞など、いろんなスポットでたくさん写真も撮ってくだったので、最高の思い出になりました。
盛りだくさんすぎるかな…と思いましたがお昼休憩の時間も2時間あったのでゆっくり休憩しつつ、ガイドのけいくんおすすめの食堂へも行くことができました。また利用したいです！

It was a satisfying tour where I got to meet three sea turtles. They also took photos for us.

Since we were the only participants in the canoe, they took a lot of photos while staying with us, and we also got to experience stand-up paddleboarding. They were incredibly kind, and I made wonderful memories for my honeymoon! I plan to ask for their services again when I come back to Miyako Island. Thank you!

Due to bad weather, we couldn't go snorkeling at Barasu Island, but we participated in a mangrove canoe tour in the morning.

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, but our guide, Gakki, shared various stories about the island on the way to our destination, which made the journey exciting.

At first, I struggled to paddle as I had hoped, getting stuck and bumping into trees, but it was thrilling and a lot of fun.

We were able to see the beautiful Sagari-bana, which blooms briefly, and felt the power of nature while soaking in negative ions at the waterfall at the end. It was a truly precious time!

Gakki also took many wonderful photos, and just looking back at them brings back the fun memories. I thought it would be great to come back during the peak bloom of the Sagari-bana or for a revenge trip to Barasu Island. It became a lovely memory of our honeymoon. Thank you, Gakki! ♡

悪天候のためバラス島でのシュノーケリングは叶いませんでしたが、午前中のみのコースでマングローブカヌーのツアーに参加しました。

西表島は初めてでしたが、ポイントまでの道中でガイドのガッキーが西表島のいろいろな話をしてくださったので、ワクワクしながら向かうことができました。

最初は思ったように進めず、座礁したり木に突っ込んだりしましたが、スリルがあってとても楽しかったです。

すぐに散ってしまうというサガリバナが綺麗な状態で見られたり、ゴールの滝でマイナスイオンを浴びながら大自然のパワーを感じたりと、大変貴重な時間を過ごすことができました！

素敵なお写真もたくさん撮ってくださっていて、見返すだけで楽しかった時間が蘇ってきます。次はサガリバナが満開の時期か、バラス島のリベンジでまた来たいなと思いました。新婚旅行の素敵な思い出になりました。ガッキー、ありがとう♡

It was my first time doing SUP, and I was able to do it without falling even once! The instructor kindly taught me how to use the paddle and where to position myself, and even though it was windy, I was able to paddle through it. Kei, the instructor, took a lot of photos and sent me some wonderful pictures on the same day, so I was able to reminisce about the fun memories while chatting at night! Thank you very much! ♪ I was lucky to encounter a sea turtle, which I had always wanted to see! ☺️

My first SUP experience was a very enjoyable activity with thorough instructions. It was a fun time feeling nature together and learning about the characteristics of Ishigaki Island!

I was disappointed that snorkeling was canceled, but I created memories that make me want to go again!

I received an email the day before the reservation stating that there is a parking fee of 1,000 yen. It also mentioned that prescription goggles would cost an additional 1,000 yen. I have done snorkeling with other tours from Veltra, and they did not charge extra for prescription goggles. If there is an additional fee, I believe it should be clearly explained at the time of booking.

As for the tour itself, I was able to see sea turtles, and the SUP was fun, so overall, I was satisfied.

予約日の前日にメールが来て、駐車場代1000円かかります。度付きのゴーグルは1000円かかりますとの事でした。シュノーケリング、他のベルトラのツアーでしましたけど、度付きのゴーグルは、別料金取られませんでした。別料金取るのなら、予約の段階できちんと説明すべきではと思います。
ツアー自体は、ウミガメも見れたし、SUPも楽しかったし、満足のいく物でした。

If you're going to Miyako Island, I definitely want to visit the Pumpkin Cave, so I joined a tour! The day before, I received notifications about changes to the tour start time and important notes, so I was well-prepared.

I was surprised at how physically demanding it was (moving to the beach, paddling the canoe, swimming a bit to enter the cave, climbing the rocks), but thanks to our guide, Keikun, it was enjoyable from start to finish! I was able to take a lot of photos as well. Interacting with other participants in the same tour was fun, and I'm really glad I joined.

宮古島に行くならパンプキン鍾乳洞には絶対行きたいと思っており、ツアーに参加しました！
前日の午前中には、ツアー開始時間の変更や注意事項の連絡をいただき準備はバッチリでした。

意外と体力がいる内容(ビーチまでの移動、カヌーを漕ぐ、少し泳いで鍾乳洞内に入る、岩場を登る)で驚きましたが、ガイドのけいくんのおかげで終始楽しかったです！
写真も沢山撮って貰えました。
同じツアーの参加者さんとの交流も楽しく、本当に参加して良かったです。

I traveled to Miyako Island for the first time with my friends. Canoeing, snorkeling, and the Pumpkin Cave were amazing! Our guide, Marcy, was kind to all five groups of guests, providing us with camera opportunities, Miyako Island quizzes, and recommendations for shops. He was a humorous and reliable guide! I definitely recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Miyako Island! ♪(≧∀≦)

I participated in the sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour. As soon as I entered the water, I encountered a sea turtle, and I saw a total of four! According to the instructor, that was lucky. It was adorable to see them eating seaweed. We even took pictures together, which was the best part!

In the afternoon, we went to Pumpkin Cave by canoe. The inside of the cave was more mystical than I had imagined, and I was very moved! It was fine even if I couldn't swim! Thank you for the wonderful tour!

海亀シュノーケルとパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーに参加しました。海の中に入ってすぐに海亀に会えて、全部で4匹も見られました。インストラクターのお姉さんいわくラッキーだとのこと。海藻を食べている様子が可愛かったです。一緒に写真も撮れて最高でした！

午後はカヌーでパンプキン鍾乳洞へ。洞窟の中は思っていた以上に神秘的でとても感動しました！泳げなくても大丈夫でした！素敵なツアーをありがとうございました！

Canoeing through the jungle was a lot of fun! The guidance from Gakki was very polite and cheerful, and it was really great. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

The weather, luck, and our guide (Keikun and Yuseikun) all contributed to an amazing experience! The full-day course with pumpkin kayaking, snorkeling, and SUP was like a club activity, but the rewards were significant for the effort we put in.

パンプキン・カヤック+シュノーケリング+SUPの丸1日コースは部活並みでしたが疲れたぶん得られるものも大きかったです。

My first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) was a wonderful experience thanks to my guide, Moepi! I learned not only how to ride the SUP but also interesting facts about the types of mangroves, corals, and various spots. The time was filled with various activities, including yoga on the SUP, making it very fulfilling! Moepi really energized the group, and I was able to connect with other participants, making it the best experience ever! I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki and do this again!

初めての石垣島、初めてのsupでしたが、ガイドのもえぴちゃんと一緒に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！supの乗り方はもちろん、マングローブの種類や珊瑚、その他スポットでの豆知識と、sup上のヨガなどさまざまなコンテンツがあり非常に充実した時間を過ごせました！
もえぴちゃんが盛り上げてくれて他の参加者の方とも交流することができ、最高の体験ができました^_^
また必ず石垣に来て体験したいです！

You can take photos yourself, and the staff will also take pictures for you. Additionally, they capture beautiful videos with a drone and send them to you after the tour! It was a memorable experience, and I was really happy about it.

The staff members were all friendly and nice! They also provide explanations on how to paddle for those who are new to it.

However, it takes more than two hours, so if you have plans afterward, I recommend scheduling with some extra time.

自分たちで写真も撮れるのはもちろん、スタッフさんも写真を撮ってくれます。
他にはドローンでの綺麗な動画を撮影してくれてツアー後に送って貰えます！
思い出に残るし嬉しかったです。

スタッフさん達も感じよくていい方達ばかりでした！
初めての人のためにも最初に漕ぎ方の説明などもしてくれます。

ただ2時間以上時間はかかるので、この後予定を入れる方は余裕を持ってスケジュールを組むといいと思います。

I have been interested in sunset SUP for a long time, and I finally made it happen with a friend! Even though it was October, the sunlight was strong, so sun protection was essential.
The staff were kind and taught us how to paddle.
The sea was very beautiful.
Although we couldn't see fish like we would while diving, it was still pleasant on the water.

10月だけど日差しが強いので、日焼け対策必須でした。

My first canoe experience was enjoyable because the waves were calm! The Pumpkin Cave was great with activities like climbing and jumping! It was impressive to see a place that has been formed over many years. 😊

It was a half-day course, but I was extremely satisfied! Since it was a small group, it was easy to move around, and thank you for taking so many photos＾＾ I ended up with full-body muscle soreness, and I really think the half-day course was perfect… haha. As the title suggests, compared to other staff members, they work at a very moderate pace. They go out to sea late and return early, and their photo-taking is also moderate. Even though it's a simple activity, it feels like the staff member is trying to finish it up quite quickly. They should have taken it more seriously.

タイトル通り、他の担当者に比べると、すごく適度に働いている。海に出るのが遅くて、帰るのが早い、さらに写真を撮るのも適度だった。
シンプルな活動なのに、担当者が随分早く終わらせよう気がする。
もっと真面目にやればよかったんです。

Due to the conditions of the waves the day before, we were informed that it was possible to change to a half-day canoe and trekking tour (7,000 yen per person). After considering it, I got back to them. When I followed up, I was told that caving was also available, so I requested that tour, but there was no explanation about the pricing at that time, and after the tour, I was charged 12,000 yen per person. I had the understanding that it would be around 7,000 yen, so I would have appreciated a clear explanation if there was a change in the price.

Additionally, after being informed that we could not land on Barasu Island, I booked another tour company, and we were able to land on Barasu Island and go snorkeling.

The introduction to the creatures during the cave exploration and canoeing, as well as the information about Iriomote Island, was very interesting and enjoyable. However, on the day of the tour, there were many people, and I was unsure where to wait for photos in narrow spaces. While taking pictures as we progressed in the canoe, there were times when we got stuck and were bumped from behind, so I would have liked clearer instructions and guidance. I was told that the hotel pick-up time was 16:30, but we actually arrived around 17:15.

We waited for the shower for the same group going to the port, and after being taken to the port, we were then taken back to the hotel. Since I had other plans afterward, I would have appreciated it if the staff, who were numerous at the office, could have taken that into consideration in case of significant changes.

前日に波等の関係でバラス島へ上陸できない為、半日のカヌー&トレッキングツアー(1人7,000円)の変更は可能とのご連絡があり、一度検討し折り返しをいたしました。
折り返しした際、ケイビングもできるとのお話でそちらのツアーをお願いしましたがその際料金についての説明はなく、ツアー後1人12,000円を請求されました。7,000円程度実施できるとの認識だった為、料金変更が場合はしっかり説明頂きたかったです。
また、バラス島上陸できない旨の連絡があった後別のツアー会社を予約したところしバラス島への上陸、シュノーケリングの実施ができました。

洞窟探検、カヌー時に生き物の紹介や西表島の紹介をして頂けた点はとても面白く楽しかったですが、当日のツアーも人数が多く、狭い場所での写真撮影はどこで待ってたら良いのか、カヌーで進みながら写真を撮る際にに後ろがつっかえて後ろから突っ込まれたりとしたのでしっかり指示、案内をして頂きたかったのと、ホテル送迎時刻を16:30と伝えられていたが実際到着したのは17:15頃でした。
同じグループの港行きのシャワーを待ち、港に送迎後ホテルに送迎され、
その後の予定もあったので大幅に変更になる際は事務所に多数のスタッフもいた為、ご配慮頂けたら嬉しかったです。

We are a couple in our 50s. We participated because we wanted to see Pumpkin Hall. Since we joined without properly checking the tour details, it turned out to be unexpectedly hard. Paddling the canoe was within our expectations, but we didn’t know we would be exploring deep into the cave. For someone like me, who lacks confidence in my legs, and my husband, who is quite overweight, climbing the stalactites to go further in was quite tough. Nevertheless, thanks to our guide, Marsh, we managed to keep up until the end. The effort was worth it, as the scenery inside the cave was amazing and unlike anything we had ever seen. I also didn’t know we would be jumping from the top of the stalactites at the end, which was scary, but I’m glad I took the plunge. I was too focused on not losing my glasses to pray, but it became a wonderful memory. If I had known about the jump in advance, I would have brought prescription goggles, which made me realize the importance of doing research beforehand.

The tour content was good, but I hope for improvements regarding the meeting point parking lot, which was hard to find. It said "companion parking" at the entrance, and below that, it said "PIPI," but there was a block placed as a weight in front of the part that said "PIPI," making it invisible from the road. After going back and forth in front of the meeting point several times, I thought this was the only place, got out of the car, moved the block, and finally figured it out. I would appreciate clearer signage.

当方50代の夫婦です。パンプキンホールを見たくて参加しました。ツアー内容をろくに確認しないで参加したので、予想外にハードでした。カヌーを漕ぐところまでは想定内でしたが、洞窟の奥の方まで探検するとは知らなくて、足腰に自信がない私と超メタボの夫は鍾乳石を登って奥まで行くのはかなりきつかったです。それでもガイドのまーし君のおかげでなんとか最後まで着いていくことができました。苦労の甲斐あって洞窟内は素晴らしく、見た事ない景色でした。最後鍾乳石の上から飛び込む事も知らなくて、怖かったですけど、思い切って飛び込んで良かった。眼鏡を無くさないことに気を取られてお祈りはできませんでしたけど、良き思い出になりました。事前に飛び込むことを知っていたら度付きゴーグル持参したのになぁ、と下調べの大切さを痛感。
　ツアーの内容は良かったのですが、集合場所の駐車場がわかりづらく、改善を希望します。入口に仲間駐車場と書いてあって、その下にPIPIと書いてあったのですが、PIPIと書いてある部分の前にブロックが重しとして置いてあって、道路からは見えませんでした。何度も集合場所の前を行ったり来たりした挙句、ココしかないと思い、車を降りてブロックをどかしてみてようやくわかった次第です。もう少しわかりやすい表示をしていただけるとありがたいです。

I had a great time engaging in activities with wonderful staff and cheerful companions under the beautiful weather. I was also happy to enjoy breathtaking views while snorkeling and diving that exceeded my expectations. I am especially grateful for the quick spotting of a sea turtle to fulfill my wish to observe them. Additionally, I had several photos taken during the activities, and the quality of the pictures was fantastic! The instructor was not only skilled in swimming techniques but also in photography, which impressed me deeply. (*´ω｀*)
