I was moved by the mystical scenery of the Pumpkin Cave! Inside the cave felt like a different world, and I could truly feel the power of nature up close. During snorkeling, I was able to swim with sea turtles, which was truly a dreamlike experience 🐢✨.
In the stand-up paddleboarding experience, I glided smoothly over the crystal-clear sea, fully immersing myself in the beautiful waters of Miyako Island.
I was able to take a lot of photos with a GoPro, capturing wonderful memories 📸. Our guide, Yutti, was very friendly and had interesting stories, keeping us smiling throughout the experience! It was the best experience where I could feel both the greatness of nature and the warmth of people 🌴.

Naoki Jimuna shared gourmet spots and stargazing locations with us. The stars he showed us were truly beautiful and moving. Thanks to the kind and fun support from both of them, I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind.

I participated in a one-day tour with PiPi in Miyako Island and experienced four different activities. First, we kayaked out to the famous power spot, Pumpkin Cave. The atmosphere inside the cave was quiet and mystical, and the pumpkin-shaped stalactites created by nature were definitely worth seeing.
In the afternoon, the SUP experience on the beach allowed us to leisurely drift on the water and enjoy the clear waters of Miyako Island. During the sea turtle snorkeling, we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was a precious experience.
Throughout the day, the guide carefully explained the precautions for each activity, allowing us to enjoy everything with peace of mind. We also received the photo data for free, which made for a great keepsake. It was a very fulfilling plan that efficiently allowed us to experience the main marine activities of Miyako Island.

A group of three classmates in their 50s, who are gradually starting to feel their age, decided to take the plunge and sign up for marine activities since we were going to Miyako Island. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first, thinking it might be too much for us at our age, but thanks to the thorough instructions we received, we had a great time experiencing everything (•‿•).
By the end, I was able to stand up and paddle on the SUP, feeling a wonderful sense of exhilaration! The photos with the cute sea turtles while snorkeling are something I'm really proud of! And above all, the Pumpkin Cave! As soon as we swam into the cave, there was a pumpkin right in front of us! That alone was amazing, but then we climbed up the stalactites to what you could call a sacred area! After bathing in the holy water, I felt like I returned to being a real human, and my heart felt cleansed... even if just for a moment, haha.
Finally, we dove into the sea from the top of the pumpkin! It was thrilling and exhilarating! After that, the guide, Yuri, shared a wealth of knowledge about the cave's formation, its current state, and what lies ahead. I thought it would be great to ask him again since it was more than just an activity.
Everything was, to put it mildly, super ultra special and the best ever＼(^o^)／. I feel like my heart has rejuvenated to almost being in my 20s (laughs).

少しずついろんなところが枯れてきた同級生50代のオッサン3人組、せっかく宮古島に行くならと思い、思い切って今回のマリンアクティビティに申し込みました。
正直最初は歳だから無理かなぁ・・ってドキドキしていましたが、全てにおいて丁寧にレクチャーしていただいたおかげで楽しく体験できました(•‿•)
SUPも最後は立ち漕ぎできるようになり、爽快感を味わえました♪
またシュノーケリングでのかわいいウミガメとの写真は自慢の一コマです！
そして何よりパンプキン鍾乳洞 ！泳ぎながら洞窟に入ったとたん目の前にパンプキンが！それだけでも感動なのに…さらに上に上に鍾乳石を登っていきいわゆる聖域が眼前に！聖水を浴びて真人間に戻り心がキレイになれました…一瞬ですがｗ
最後はパンプキンの上から海へダイブ！！こわ気持ちいい♪

この鍾乳洞の成り立ち、今の現状…そしてこれからの事。ガイドのユーリ君の豊富な知識が単なるアクティビティで終わらないところにまたお願いしたいなって思いました。

I got to see sea turtles, and they were so cute! Kyō-chan (the guide) immediately took us to see the sea turtles as soon as they were spotted, and also guided us to see other fish.
Everything was fun, but especially the Pumpkin Cave was a truly valuable experience. There’s a joy that you can’t understand unless you go! What that is will be a surprise for when you visit!
Above all, Kyō-chan is bright and funny!! Thanks to them, it was a great morning! Thank you very much!!

In the morning, we visited the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, we had a full day of activities with sea turtle snorkeling, which was incredibly satisfying! Our guide was a lively young man from Osaka, and his explanations were very clear. He also took many great photos with a high-quality camera. I really appreciated having him as our guide.
The Pumpkin Cave in the morning allowed us to experience the wonders and mysteries of nature. In the afternoon, the sea turtle snorkeling left us in awe of the beautiful waters of Miyako Island, and we were thrilled to encounter sea turtles. We also got to see clownfish and various other fish, which was fantastic. The photos he took were all excellent, and I find myself reminiscing while looking at them now.

It's a day tour, so it does require a fair amount of physical stamina. Especially for snorkeling, the distance you swim can vary quite a bit, so you might need to prepare for that. However, I believe

Although the strong winds unfortunately led to the cancellation of the SUP, we were able to participate in the sea kayaking and pumpkin cave tour as scheduled. At the pumpkin cave, we had to climb over rocky areas with flowing water right from the entrance, which added to the sense of adventure. However, with the help of the staff, we managed to progress. The staff members were all incredibly nice! I highly recommend this activity!
風が強くSUPは残念ながら中止となってしまったものの、シーカヤック&パンプキン鍾乳洞は予定通り催行され参加できました。パンプキン鍾乳洞では入り口からいきなり水が流れる岩場を登らないといけなく探検感が満載でした。でもスタッフの方に手助け頂いてなんとか進むことが出来ました。スタッフの方々はとにかく良い人ばかりでしたよ！とてもオススメのアクティビティです！

My first experience with the clear kayak was filled with excitement. The weather was great, the sea was calm, and it was a wonderful experience. The instructor kept a close watch and even took photos for us. I was able to kayak to areas that I would have found a bit scary to go to on my own. It was a valuable experience thanks to the instructor's focus on safety. Right after the approximately one-hour kayaking experience, they created a digest video combining photos and drone footage and shared it with us immediately, which surprised and moved me at the same time.
In the clear kayak, you can see corals and colorful tropical fish clearly beneath the bottom of the boat.

初めてのクリアカヤックは感動の連続でした。お天気も良く、海も穏やかでとても素敵な体験ができました。インストラクターさんが近くで見守り、写真撮影もして下さいました。自分ではちょっと怖くて行けない区域までカヤックで行くことができました。インストラクターさんが安全第一に誘導してくださるからこその貴重な体験でした。約1時間のカヤック体験後すぐに、写真とドローンで撮影した映像を合わせたダイジェスト映像を作成して、すぐに共有してくださり、びっくりすると同時に感動しました。

In the morning, I went kayaking to the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling to see sea turtles! The guide smoothly instructed us on how to paddle the kayak, walk through the cave, and the best spots to enjoy while snorkeling, which made it a lot of fun. The energetic guy from Osaka who guided us also recommended a great place for lunch and took plenty of photos, creating wonderful memories with my friends.
午前中はカヤックでパンプキン鍾乳洞に行き、午後はシュノーケリングでウミガメを見てきました！
カヤックの漕ぎ方や鍾乳洞の歩き方、シュノーケリングの時の鑑賞ポイントなどスムーズに案内してくれて、とても楽しかったです。
ガイドをしてくれた元気な大阪のお兄さんが昼食のおすすめの場所を教えてくれたり、写真もたくさん撮ってくれて、友人との良い思い出になりました。

The limestone cave and sea turtle tour were both valuable experiences, and I had a lot of fun on my first time. I was able to take many photos, creating lasting memories. There were some places where it felt like I could get injured if I lost my balance, but the guide provided excellent support, allowing me to enjoy myself with peace of mind. I thought I might get tired with the morning and afternoon plans, but it wasn't a problem since we had long breaks.

The day before, I received a call saying that due to the tides, we couldn't go to the Pumpkin Cave. Instead, I was allowed to choose between stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) or canoeing. I was impressed by how quickly they processed the refund for the difference on the same day.
On the day of the tour, we gathered at the parking lot at 8:30 AM. The staff member, Yamato, greeted us with a refreshing attitude. He was very kind, and his explanations were thorough and reassuring, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling without any worries. That day, we were lucky enough to encounter clownfish and a sea turtle! The staff member even took photos with us, diving multiple times to capture the moments. Thank you so much!
After snorkeling, we were scheduled for canoeing, but since SUP looked more enjoyable, we decided to switch. Despite the last-minute change, they welcomed us with a smile and said, "That's fine!" (Thank you!). The weather was great, with a light breeze, making the SUP experience absolutely delightful! My husband was also very satisfied with the change to SUP. They casually took photos for us, and I was surprised later to see how many they had sent!
It's been a while since I've joined a tour like this, but the hospitality was top-notch, and I'm very glad I chose this tour. Thank you, refreshing Yamato!
前日に、潮の関係でパンプキン鍾乳洞に行けなくなったと電話で連絡がありました。行けなくなった代わりに、サップかカヌーを選ばせてもらいました。差額分の返金もその日のうちにしてくれて、対応が早いなと思いました。
当日は朝8:30に駐車場で集合。スタッフのお兄さん(ヤマトさん)が爽やかに対応してくれました。
とても親切で、説明も丁寧でしっかりしていたので安心してシュノーケリングできました。その日は運良く、クマノミとウミガメと遭遇！一緒に写真撮影してくれたのですが、スタッフのお兄さん、何回も潜って一生懸命撮影してくれました👏🥹ありがとうございます！
その後はカヌーの予定だったのですが、サップのが気持ちよさそうだったのでサップに。急遽変更にも関わらず、嫌な顔1つナシで「いいですよ〜︎^_^」と快く対応してくれました(ありがとうございます！)
サップは天気も良くて風も少しあって、最高に気持ちよかったです！旦那もサップに変更して良かったねと大満足でした︎。さりげなく写真も撮ってくれて、後から写真送っていただいてこんなに撮ってくれてたんだ！と驚きました笑
こういったツアーは久しぶりですが、ホスピタリティ高くて、こちらのツアーを選んで良かったと大満足です。爽やかお兄さん(ヤマトさん)ありがとうございました！

- I was amazed by the presence of the Pumpkin Cave! The surprise elements made it incredibly fun, haha! The attentive support from the cheerful young man allowed me to fully enjoy the experience!
- I had the impression that paddling while standing on a SUP would be extremely difficult, but thanks to the careful instruction from the friendly young man, even beginners like me had a blast! It was the best!

Our family had this experience with our child (4th grade boy)!
It was our first time canoeing and snorkeling.
We were a bit anxious about the full-day course, but Rei, who was in charge, had a calm demeanor and a gentle tone, so my son quickly warmed up to him.
Rei's calm approach allowed my son to participate with confidence, and even after we returned home, he said he had a great time!
Since it was a joint experience with international participants, I imagine it was challenging with explanations in both English and Japanese, but we received careful attention!
◾️ Pumpkin Cave ◾️
At Pumpkin Cave, you jump down on the way back, but I was surprised because I didn’t know about the jump due to my lack of research.
My son initially said he was scared, but Rei encouraged him by saying, "You can do it!" and patiently waited without rushing him, so he was able to jump safely!
The international participants on the tour were very supportive, and it seemed to boost my son's confidence as he kept saying he wanted to do it again and would like to come back.

We saw sea turtles!
We chased after them as they moved around, but we were able to observe them closely, which was amazing!
Moreover, we took plenty of photos and videos, which was really great!
My husband can't swim, so he was holding onto a float the whole time, and I was worried that Rei might get tired.

初めてのカヌーに、初めてのシュノーケリング。

パンプキン鍾乳洞では、帰りは飛び降りるのですが…私の調査不足か、飛び降りるとは知らずビックリしました。
息子は最初はこわい！と言っていたのですが、大丈夫！出来る！と声かけをしてくださり、かといって焦らせずに待ってくださったので、無事に飛び降りることができました‼︎
一緒にツアーを回っていた海外の方も、すごく応援してくれて、本人も飛べたことに自信がついたのか、ずーっと、もう一回やりたい。また来たい。と連呼していました。
◾️シュノーケリング◾️
ウミガメ！見られました‼︎
そして、その日のウミガメがあちこちに行くために追いかけまくりましたが、じっくり見ることができて感動！
更に、写真もたくさん、動画もしっかり撮っていただいて、本当に良かったです！
主人は泳げないため、ずーっと浮き輪に捕まっていたので、レイさんは疲れたのではないかと心配でした。
とにかく内容てんこ盛りでしたが、全部満喫できて楽しかったです！

I was able to meet my dream sea turtles, and the Pumpkin Cave was mystical and moving...
Moreover, thanks to our tour guide, "Wakachiko's older brother," we had an even more enjoyable time!
I'm really glad I found this tour.
The other staff members were also young, cheerful, energetic, and lively!
However, they were also very attentive to safety, making it a place where families with children can enjoy themselves with peace of mind!

The highly transparent waters of Miyako Island are a waste if you don't experience them in a clear kayak. The drone footage was also amazing. The staff were all very pleasant, and thanks to them, it became a truly enjoyable memory.

We have booked the package including the snorkeling with sea turtles and kayak trip to the pumpkin cave. Even if we booked in the evening for the morning before, they have been very efficient with providing information and things have run smoothly. On the day we have driven to the meeting place and they have provided all the things needed. The tour was very fun and interesting, thanks to our guide Yuuri, always reliable and friendly with us. This was the highlight of our vacation and we would recommend this tour!

I had experienced the sunset before, so this time I chose the sunrise canoe. They picked me up at the hotel, and during the 20-minute drive to the port, I encountered what seemed to be wild boars and Ryukyu scops owls, and on the way back, I saw a white-browed crake.
When we arrived at the port in the still dim light, there were many clouds and thunder could be heard in the distance, but by the time we received the briefing and set off, the clouds began to turn red, and gradually the morning glow became visible.
Along the way, a sea turtle surfaced for air and quickly dove back down, and I also saw black and white clownfish. Most importantly, the guide shared various stories, making it a very satisfying tour.
サンセットは以前に体験したので、今回はサンライズカヌーを選びました。ホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、港までの20分のドライブ中にイノシシやリュウキュウコノハズクらしき鳥と、帰りはシロハラクイナと遭遇しました。
まだ薄暗い中港に到着した時は雲が多く遠くで雷もなっていましたが、説明を聞いて出港する頃には雲が赤く染まりだし、だんだんと朝焼けが見えてきました。
途中で海亀が息継ぎで上昇してきて慌てて潜っていったり、白黒のクマノミもいたり、何よりガイドさんが色々な話をしてくださり大満足のツアーでした。

The Pumpkin Cave is a sacred place, and I felt that the tour was conducted with great care, which was very good! The final jump was thrilling and fun.
During the snorkeling tour, it was my first time, but it was very enjoyable, and the energetic guide from Osaka provided interesting explanations! I was able to see a sea turtle, creating the best memories!
