I definitely wanted to visit Sefa Utaki. I prefer to explore at my own pace, so I wanted to take a local bus, but I found out that there are very few buses and the distance from the bus stop to the shrine is quite far... Since I'm not good with directions, I thought I might get lost, so I decided to join a bus tour for peace of mind. The downside of group travel is that you can't move at your own pace, but it was still definitely worth the visit. It truly is a power spot! The intense energy I absorbed at the shrine kept me awake that night. The tour of the Gangala Valley (with a guide) was also great. There were detailed explanations, so I was able to learn a lot and enjoy the tour. This is my third trip to Okinawa. This time, I'm traveling alone on a completely free itinerary, but I'm not confident about renting a car. I thought I would stick to sightseeing within the range accessible by the Yui Rail, but I decided to venture a bit into the suburbs. I've visited Okinawa many times, but I had never experienced this before, so this time I signed up for this tour with hotel pick-up in Naha City!

I was worried because it was raining in the afternoon, but by the time we set sail, it was beautifully sunny, with no wind and calm waves, so I had no worries about seasickness at all!

In the first half of the tour, we didn't see any whales at all, and just when I was starting to give up, we spotted a blow (spout) in the distance, and thanks to the captain chasing it at full speed, we were able to see it up close!

I arrived in Naha at noon and immediately joined a bus tour. This was my third time in Okinawa, but I enjoyed visiting new places like the Kariyushi DMM Aquarium, Umikaji Terrace, and Chatan American Village.

In particular, the American Village we visited last was exceptional, perfectly timed with the sunset. There were incredibly talented street musicians and Americans from the nearby military base walking around, making it feel like I was in a different country altogether.

This time, I traveled without a car, but I wanted to go on a little trip before getting on the plane, so I chose this option. Two-thirds of the group chose Okinawa World. I chose the Gyokusendo Cave, and I enjoyed learning about Okinawa's nature and ancient stories. The guide was also very nice. At the beginning of the tour, we received a metal bottle filled with tea. I thought it was heavy and unnecessary, but since we walked quite a bit, my water supply might not have been enough. However, I wish they had informed us that the bottles would be distributed before getting off the bus.

Unfortunately, the bus seatbelt was broken, and there was trash in the seat, which is why I rated it ★-1. We arrived at the airport a little before 1 PM.

残念だったのは、バスのシートベルトが壊れていたことと、座席にゴミがあったことです。このため★-1としました。
13時少し前には空港に到着しました。

I had some concerns about participating with three small children, but they were very considerate, allowing both adults and children to enjoy it with peace of mind. We were able to see many whales safely, making it a very valuable experience. My family and I are discussing that if we have the opportunity to go to Okinawa during this season again, whale watching is a must! We would like to rely on them again at that time.

当日朝の急な予約でしたが、スムーズに対応していただき、念願のホエールウォッチングを体験することができました。
小さい子供3人連れての参加でいろいろと不安はありましたが、いろいろと配慮していただき、大人も子供も安心して楽しむことができて良かったです。
無事にたくさんのクジラ達に会うことができ、とても貴重な体験になりました。
今後もこの時期に沖縄に行く機会があれば、ホエールウォッチングは外せないね！と家族で話しています。

We used this service on the last day of our trip to Okinawa. Since our return flight was at 3 PM, we were taken to the airport, making for a meaningful final day. I think we wouldn't have been able to move around much while being mindful of the time in a place we weren't familiar with. It was great to hear the guide's explanations about Okinawa as well.

Last time, I ended my trip with a professional baseball camp and returned home without knowing much about Okinawa, so this time I wanted to do some sightseeing and signed up for a tour.

Although it was only half a day, I was surprised to find that the awamori brewery had the same name as my brother (Masahiro), so I ended up buying some related goods like T-shirts.

The aquarium was nice, and even though I couldn't go to the beautiful ocean, it was better than I expected. I also knew about Umikaji from Zeroichi, so I was glad to visit a place I wanted to see.

I think it's a great tour, especially since it includes the aquarium admission for just half a day. The guide shared information about Okinawa that I didn't know, making it a fun trip.

I was having trouble because I couldn't book a rental car as they were all fully booked, but then I discovered this tour.
