We participated as a group of four: two adults, one middle school student, and one elementary school student. In the morning, we went snorkeling around Balas Island and another coral-rich spot. In the afternoon, we had a canoeing experience in the mangroves. Since it was low tide in the mangroves, we were able to observe creatures like crabs and gobies. I suddenly wanted to go canoeing the day before and signed up, but I was glad we could experience both snorkeling and canoeing and have a full day of fun!

大人2人と中学生1人と小学生1人の4人で参加しました。
午前中にシュノーケリングでバラス島周辺ともう一つの珊瑚の多いポイントに行きました。
午後はマングローブでカヌー体験をしました。
マングローブでは、干潮だったのでカニやハゼなどの生き物を観察しました。
前日に急にカヌーがやりたくなって申し込んだんですが、シュノーケリングとカヌーの両方を体験でき1日遊べて良かったです！

A tour where you can swim with sea turtles that exceeds expectations! Yama-chan (the instructor) has a bright and knowledgeable character, which is fantastic. I definitely want to use this service again!

I participated with my 7-year-old daughter and another person.
I brought my own snorkeling gear, but they taught us everything from how to set it up, how to use it, to anti-fogging techniques.
Our guide, Hikaru, was incredibly kind. He was always attentive to my daughter, coming back to check on her when she got tired and quickly addressing any issues with water getting in (laughs). Thanks to his thorough care, we were able to have a fun time throughout!
We were also thrilled to finally see sea turtles and Nemo!
When we come back to Miyako, we would love to have your assistance again.
Additionally, the tacos and shaved ice from the shop you recommended were exquisite!

シュノーケルの装備は持参していきましたが、セットの仕方、使い方、曇り止め。何から何まで教えていただいただきました。
担当してくださった光さんは、とにかく優しかったです。娘のことを常に気にかけてくださり、疲れれば迎えに戻ってきてくれるし、水が入ればすぐ対応してくれるし(笑)至れり尽くせりで、そのお陰で終始楽しい時間を過ごせたようです！
念願のウミガメやニモにも会えて大喜びでした！

We participated as a couple in our 60s. Among various tours we looked into, this one had a 99% encounter rate, and it was great that participants under 65 were welcome! The tour started with some exercises, and we received lectures on how to take care of ourselves and the important things to protect the nature of Miyako Island. The staff were attentive, casually checking in with us, and when a participant felt unwell, they responded kindly and flexibly to ensure the tour continued smoothly. I felt this was a tour where we could participate with peace of mind. The tour guide, Yamachan, knows all the best spots to see sea turtles. Thanks to Yamachan, we were able to see sea turtles and many fish in several locations! Truly a sea turtle expert! He also took many great photos while we were diving. Was he a professional photographer? It was a very satisfying tour where we experienced many things that would be difficult to do on our own. Thank you, Yamachan and all the staff!

60代の夫婦で参加。いろいろツアーを探した中で、こちらは99%の遭遇率、しかも65歳未満まで参加ok！です。（素敵！）ツアーは、体操から始まり、自分の命を守る為に気をつけること、宮古島の自然を守る為に大切なことをレクチャーしていただきました。スタッフの方は、さりげなく目配りしてまめに声をかけてくださったり、ツアー参加者に体調不良者が出た時には、優しくまたツアーに支障が出ないように臨機応変に対応されたりする姿に、安心して参加できるツアーだと思いました。ツアースタッフの山ちゃんは、海亀に会えるポイントを知り尽くしてます。山ちゃんのおかげで、数カ所で海亀やたくさんの魚に会えました！さすが海亀博士です！また海に潜って良いショットの写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。プロのカメラマン？だったのかな？？個人では難しいことをたくさん経験できる大満足なツアーでした。山ちゃん、スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

Today, my family of four participated in the sea turtle tour starting at 11 o'clock. We were able to meet two sea turtles, which was a long-awaited experience, and their faces were so cute up close! The guide was considerate of everyone's well-being as we progressed, so we felt safe and enjoyed ourselves! The weather was nice, and we were able to enjoy snorkeling in the beautiful sea. It was our family's first time snorkeling, but our guide, Yurina, kindly gave us a lecture, and the children were able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I was able to get close to the meeting place, but on the day of the event, I was confused because I couldn't find the location. However, I was able to reach the meeting place safely thanks to the support I received over the phone. I think it would be even better if there was a final confirmation in writing, like an email or something similar.

When I arrived at the site, there wasn't a single cloud in the sky, and the starry sky was breathtaking. I was moved to see the Milky Way with my own eyes for the first time.

When it came time to take photos, I hadn't decided on a pose, but they taught me various options, and I was able to take pictures successfully.

I was happy to receive the photos the next day; the quick response was appreciated.

This was my first trip to Miyako Island, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

集合場所の近くまでは行けていたのですが、当日になり場所がわからず戸惑ってしまいました。
電話で対応して下さり、無事に集合場所まで向かうことができました。
メールか何か文字で残るような、最終確認があれば尚良いと思いました。

現地に着くと、雲一つなく、満点の星空が広がっており、天の川を初めて肉眼で見せていただき感動しました。

写真を撮る時には、ポーズを決めていなかったのですが、色々教えて下さり、無事に写真を撮っていただくことができました。

写真は翌日には送っていただき早く対応してもらい嬉しかったです。

初めての宮古島旅行で、とても良い思い出となりました。ありがとうございました。

I participated in a tour that included a glass-bottom boat.

Aside from the walking time on Yufu Island and Taketomi Island, there was little distance to walk, allowing us to leisurely enjoy the bus, boat, and water buffalo rides. The lunch on Yufu Island was surprisingly delicious.

If you don't have a plan for the free time on Taketomi Island, you might quickly run out of time. The free time on Taketomi Island was mostly taken up by the glass-bottom boat tour and the water buffalo cart (which was a personal reservation), so I couldn't visit any shops or go to the beach. For those who want to explore the island, I recommend renting a bicycle, and for those who want to take their time while viewing the houses, the water buffalo is a great option. The glass-bottom boat took us to a spot where we could see tropical fish and coral, and we were able to view them slowly while receiving explanations. I recommend it for families with small children.

This is a recommended plan for those who want to see various islands in one day but are short on time. I think it will create very good memories.

Lastly, the staff from Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism Co., Ltd. were very accommodating. Thank you for sending back the handkerchief I left on the boat. I will use your services again when I visit Ishigaki Island.

今回はグラスボートを含むツアーで参加しました。

由布島・竹富島の散策時間以外は歩く距離も少なくバスやボート、水牛での遊覧をゆっくり楽しむことができました。
由布島での昼食は意外と美味しかったです。

最後の竹富島での自由時間はプランをたててないとすぐに時間がなくなってしまうかもしれません。竹富島での自由時間はグラスボート（ツアー）＋水牛車（個人予約）でほとんど時間がなくなってしまい、お店にいったりビーチに行ったりはできませんでした。島内を散策したい人はレンタルサイクリング、　家屋をみながらゆっくり回りたい人は水牛がおすすめです。
グラスボートは熱帯魚やサンゴが見える地点まで連れて行ってもらい説明をしてもらいながらゆっくり見ることができました。小さいお子様連れの方にお勧めです。

時間がないけど1日で色んな島を見て回りたいという人におすすめのプランです。とても良い思い出になると思います。

最後に開催会社の石垣島ドリーム観光（株）様のスタッフの方の応対がとてもよかったです。船の中に忘れたハンカチを発払いで送って頂きありがとうございました。石垣島観光の際にはまた利用させていただきます。

The hotel pickup was on time. Since participants from Veltra had already paid at Ishigaki Port Terminal, we were able to board immediately without waiting in line at the counter.

The mangrove tour on Iriomote Island had thorough explanations and was very interesting. The bus driver to Yubu Island also provided a detailed sightseeing guide while driving safely. The water buffalo cart crossing to Yubu Island was leisurely, and it was a pleasant time listening to the crew's stories and island songs.

Lunch was a delicious bento in a cool, spacious restaurant. It was hot outside, but you could relax with a beer for an extra charge. There was also an ice cream shop that offered tasty treats. On the return trip, the boat stopped at Taketomi Island, where most passengers disembarked. Since we were on a two-island tour, we headed straight back to Ishigaki. The return bus had about an hour of waiting time to accommodate those coming from Taketomi, but we were free to board whenever, so we took a taxi back to the hotel as we were tired.

Overall, the timing was just right for visiting the two islands. I was very satisfied and think this is a recommended tour.

西表島でのマングローブ遊覧は丁寧な説明がありとても面白かったです。由布島までのバスの運転手の方も丁寧に観光案内しながら安全運転でした。由布島へわたる水牛車はのんびりで、乗務員の方のお話や島唄を聞きながら心地よい時間でした。昼食は涼しい広めのレストランでのお弁当ですがとても美味しかったです。外は暑いので別料金でビール飲んでまったりできます。アイスクリーム屋さんもあり美味しいです。帰りの船は竹富島に寄り、ほとんど下船されました。我々は2島ツアーなのでまっすぐ石垣へ。帰りのバスは竹富経由の皆様に合わせているため1時間ほど時間がありますが乗車は自由とのことで、我々は疲れたのでタクシーでホテルへ戻りました。時間的には丁度よい感じで2島を回れました。とても満足できます、お勧めのツアーだと思います。

During my last trip to Miyako Island, I couldn't see many stars due to the brightness of the moon, so this time I came to enjoy the starry sky! I made a last-minute reservation, but I was very grateful for the polite response I received. When I arrived at the meeting place and saw the starry sky, I was truly amazed. It was the first time in my life that I could see the Milky Way with my own eyes, and both my husband and I were deeply moved!!! We were able to capture this emotion in photos, creating the best memories. Even though we hadn't decided on anything, you suggested wonderful ways to take pictures and even played background music, allowing us to enjoy the shoot to the fullest. I am extremely satisfied with the finished photos!!! I will never forget this night! I would definitely love to do this again. Thank you so much!

The photos are blurry and out of focus. I can't say they are the work of a professional. (I understand there are other tasks, so I won't go as far as to say they are unprofessional.)

The finished photos were delivered via LINE in the evening two days later. It was quick, which was good.

On-site Communication:
I couldn't hear the instructions due to the sound of the waves, and I couldn't communicate with the children.

After my first experience with SUP, I went snorkeling for the second time in my life! The instructor, Tsubasa, was great at telling stories, which made the experience enjoyable. They also took photos from various angles with a GoPro.

This time, my family joined as well, and the kids quickly got the hang of it, so I recommend it for families with children. Since we were required to wear the provided life jackets, I could enjoy myself without worrying about drowning!

I was really excited to see fish up close, and above all, I was thrilled to see a sea turtle for the first time!! The waters around Miyako Island are so clear; it was the most beautiful ocean I've ever seen.

SUPを初体験した後、人生2回目のシュノーケリングをやりました！
インストラクターのつばさくんのお話が上手で楽しく参加できました。また、GoProで色んな角度から写真を撮っていただきました。
今回、ファミリーの方も一緒でしたが、子供たちもすぐ出来るようになり、子連れの方にもおすすめです。
貸し出しのライフジャケットを必ず装着するため、溺れる心配はせずに楽しめました！
近くで魚が見れてとっても感激したのと、なにより初めてのウミガメを見れて嬉しかったです！！
宮古島の海は透明感があって、今まで見た海の中で1番綺麗でした。

The mangroves were not the picturesque scene I expected when I took a sightseeing boat during high tide. I should have gone during low tide. It was disappointing. I had a strange experience with water coming into the ox cart.

The glass-bottom boat in Taketomi Island was more impressive than the one I took in Miyako Island, as I could see coral reefs and other sights. If possible, I would have preferred to see them through snorkeling instead.

マングローブは満潮の時に観光船に乗ったので写真で見るような光景ではなかった。干潮の時に行くべきだった。残念。牛車に水が入って来て不思議な体験をした。
竹富島でのグラスボートは宮古島で乗った時よりサンゴ礁等が見れて感動した。出来ることなら越してではなくシュノーケリング等で観たかった。

It was a day trip to Iriomote Island.
The high-speed boat was comfortable without any shaking.
Due to high tide, we could hardly see the mangroves during the mangrove cruise.
On the way back, it was low tide, but the significant difference in tide levels was clearly visible from the bus window. The water buffalo cart crossing to Yubu Island had seawater coming in at our feet, and there were cheers from the people riding.
Renting bicycles on Taketomi Island was fun because we could go wherever we liked.

I was impressed that it wasn't as hot as I had expected.

帰りは干潮だったのですが、ただ、潮の干満が大きいのはバスの窓からでもよくわかりました。由布島の渡る水牛車も足元に海水が入ってきて乗ってる方たちの歓声？もありました
竹富島のレンタサイクルは自分の好きなところへ行けるので楽しかったです。

I experienced the mangrove canoe tour and the snorkeling course at Barasu Island. My children, in 6th and 3rd grade, were honestly not very comfortable with the ocean and felt anxious, but I thought it would be a valuable opportunity, so we chose this course. We were blessed with good weather and had a wonderful time beyond our expectations.

While canoeing and enjoying the view of the mangroves, we gradually grasped the fun of paddling, even though it was physically demanding. Since it was just before low tide, it was great that the guide's quick thinking allowed the kids to catch some fiddler crabs.

And of course, snorkeling was the highlight. Not only did we get to visit Barasu Island, but we were also overwhelmed by the blue sea, coral reefs, and a variety of fish. The guide helped those who were not comfortable in the water by pulling them along with a float, so the kids could enter the water with peace of mind. Once they got used to it, they were able to enjoy themselves freely. Seeing is believing. Words can't fully express it. Everyone can have an amazing time, so I really want many people to experience this.

Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful guides who conveyed the charm of Iriomote Island without reservation. I will definitely visit again, and next time I will stay on Iriomote Island. Thank you!

マングローブカヌーツアーとバラス島シュノーケリングコースを体験しました。
小6、小3の子どもたちは正直、海があまり得意ではなく不安がっていましたが、貴重な機会になると思い、本コースをチョイス。天候にも恵まれ、想像以上に素敵な時間を過ごせました。

カヌーはマングローブを眺めつつ、体力は奪われながらも段々と漕ぐ面白さをつかめました。干潮手前でもあり、ガイドさんの機転で子どもたちがコメツキガニ採取ができたのもよかったです。

そして何といってもシュノーケリング。
バラス島に巡り会えたのはもちろん、青い海と珊瑚礁、多種多様な魚たちに圧倒されました。
海や泳ぎが苦手な人をガイドさんが浮き輪で引っ張ってくれたので、子どもたちも安心して入れましたし、慣れてからは手を離して自由に楽しむことができました。百聞は一見にしかず。文は意を尽くさず。誰もが最高の時間を過ごせるので、とにかく多くの人に味わってほしいです。

最後に、西表島の魅力を余すことなく伝えてくださった素晴らしいガイドの皆さんに心から感謝申し上げます。必ず再訪し、次回は西表島に泊まります。ありがとうございました！

I booked the Mangrove Canoe & Balas Island Snorkeling Tour and the Night Jungle Tour. Shotaro was in charge for the whole day, and everything was truly enjoyable, creating wonderful lifelong memories.

Canoeing through the mangroves in nature felt amazing, and the snorkeling was fantastic with crystal-clear water where I encountered corals in pink, blue, and yellow, as well as sea snakes and colorful tropical fish. During the night tour, we encountered coconut crabs, rare hermit crabs, and various other plants and animals. Thank you so much!!

マングローブカヌー&バラス島シュノーケリングツアー、ナイトジャングルツアーをお願いしました。しょうたろうさんが丸一日担当してくれて、すべて本当に楽しくて素敵な一生の思い出になりました。
大自然の中でのマングローブカヌーはとても気持ちがよく、シュノーケリングは水がとても透明で、ピンク、青、黄色などのサンゴや、ウミヘビ、カラフルな熱帯魚たちなどに会うことができ、ナイトツアーではヤシガニ、珍しいヤドカリ、その他色々な動植物に遭遇しました。本当にありがとうございました！！

I was able to fully enjoy the two islands of Iriomote Island and Yufu Island. The mangrove cruise on the Nakama River was breathtaking! Also, riding the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island is an experience that can only be had in the Yaeyama Islands. Depending on the plan, there are also options to tour Taketomi Island afterward, where there seems to be a course that includes riding the water buffalo cart as well. For couples in their 60s and 70s like us, it was nice to return to Ishigaki Island by 2:30 PM and then have a little rest at the hotel afterward. The intense summer heat took quite a toll on our stamina. I recommend the course that visits three islands for younger travelers.

西表島と由布島の2島だけでしたが、たっぷりと満喫できました。仲間川でのマングローブ遊覧は圧巻でした！また、水牛車に乗って由布島へ渡るのは八重山諸島でしか体験できません。プランによってはその後竹富島の観光するものもありますが、そちらでも水牛車に乗るコースもある様です。私たちのような70代60代の夫婦にとっては14:30には石垣島に戻ってそのあとはホテルで少し休憩できたのは良かったです。
真夏の猛暑は結構体力を持っていかれました。お若い方々には3島を巡るコースをお勧めします。

Thanks to our knowledgeable and attentive guide, we were able to see many sea turtles and tropical fish in the coral reefs at Shinjo Coast, and we took 125 photos! Although it was a bit crowded around the sea turtles during the high season, our guide managed the traffic, which allowed us to swim stress-free, and that was a huge help. My 8-year-old daughter was very happy and swam excitedly until the end. Additionally, after the tour, we could use the spring water at the entrance of the free parking lot (meeting and drop-off point) as much as we wanted, which was convenient for rinsing off sand and salt. Thank you very much!

新城海岸を熟知し、面倒見の良いガイドさんのおかげで、ウミガメにも珊瑚礁の熱帯魚にもたくさん会うことができ、写真も125枚撮影していただきました！
ハイシーズンでウミガメ周りは少し混んでいましたが、ガイドさんが交通整理してくださったのでストレスフリーで泳ぐことができ大変助かりました。
8歳の娘もとても喜び、最後まで興奮して泳いでおりました。
なお、ツアーの後は無料駐車場（集合・解散場所）の入り口にある湧き水を好きなだけ使えたので、砂や塩を落とすことができて便利でした。

We opted for a hotel transfer plan. Since we had a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old with us, I was wondering if they would have enough energy for a full day, but then I discovered this tour and signed up, which turned out to be a great decision!
We got to experience sightseeing on Iriomote Island with water buffalo, buses, and boats, and it really felt like we had a taste of island life. The kids were smitten by the cuteness of the water buffalo and even bought a water buffalo plush toy on Yubu Island.
The time spent on Yubu Island was just right, including lunchtime. (It was too hot to explore outside, which contributed to that feeling...)

Next, I want to visit Taketomi Island and Kohama Island.

2歳と4歳の子ども連れでしたので、丸一日は子どもたちが体力持つかな…？と思ってたところにこのツアーを発見して申し込み、結果大正解でした!
水牛やバスや船での西表島観光もでき、離島体験できたなという感じを味わえました。子どもたちも水牛の可愛さにメロメロで、由布島で水牛のぬいぐるみを購入しました。
由布島での時間は、お昼ご飯の時間も入れてちょうどよい感じでした。（暑すぎて外を散策できる状況でなかったのもありますが…）

次は竹富島や小浜島に訪れたいと思います。

The bus tour in Iriomote Island was interesting and enjoyable, as the driver shared various stories. The tour of Yubu Island took 90 minutes, including travel time on the water buffalo cart, leaving 60 minutes for sightseeing and lunch on the island. Although it’s a small island, I felt it was not enough time for me. The mangroves were viewed from a boat, so we couldn’t get too close, which felt a bit limited. Since it was my first time visiting Iriomote Island, I was satisfied with just getting a general sense of the place. The bus driver, the staff on the water buffalo cart, and the boat operator were all very entertaining and provided a lot of information.

西表島のバス観光では、運転手さんが色んなお話をしてくださり、面白かったし楽しかったです。
由布島観光は、水牛車での移動時間も入れて90分だったので、島内の観光と昼食で60分。小さな島ですが、私には時間不足でした。
マングローブは、ボートなので際まで近づかず、こんなもんかなぁという感じです。
初めての西表島観光だったので、何となくわかる感じでも十分でした。
バスの運転手さん、水牛車のスタッフの方、ボートの運転手さん、皆さまとても面白くたくさんの情報をくださりました。

During the mangrove SUP, it was great not only to enjoy the SUP and the surrounding scenery but also to learn in detail about the mangroves thanks to our guide's thorough explanations!

In the afternoon snorkeling at Barasu Island, we headed to two points by boat, where we were shown the wonderful underwater world! We were thrilled to see colorful fish and beautiful blue corals up close! I was also happy that the guide took commemorative photos underwater and later sent us the data!

Our tour guide, Shotaro, was knowledgeable and provided clear explanations. Although he was from another prefecture, I could really feel his fascination with Iriomote Island. After participating in this tour, I felt that I also want to become someone who helps protect the precious nature of Iriomote Island in the future!

初めての西表島旅行、しっかりと西表島の大自然を満喫したいと思い、夫婦でpipiのツアーに参加しました。
マングローブSUPでは、SUPや周りの景色を楽しむだけではなく、ガイドさんがマングローブについて丁寧にしてくださったことで詳しく知ることができたこともよかったです！！
午後のバラス島シュノーケリングでは、ボートで２カ所のポイントに向かい、そこで海の中の素敵な世界を見せてもらいました！色とりどりの魚や、青くキレイな珊瑚を生で見ることができ、とても感激しました！！ガイドさんが海の中で記念に写真を撮ってくださり、後でデータを送ってもらえたことも嬉しかったです！
今回のツアーガイドしょうたろうさんは、知識も豊富で、説明もわかりやすかったです。他県出身ということでしたが、本当に西表島に魅了されているんだなと感じました。このツアーに参加して、私も今後、西表島の貴重な自然を守っていく1人になりたいなと思いました！

I participated in a mangrove canoe tour and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. My children, who are in 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 1st year of middle school, said it was the most fun they had during our trip to Ishigaki Island! My youngest is not a strong swimmer and was scared at first, but thanks to the life jacket and the guide's attentiveness and gentle encouragement, they were able to enjoy it without fear. I was also happy to receive the photos taken during the tour on the same day. Since the kids have requested it, we will definitely participate again when we travel to Ishigaki Island!

マングローブカヌーツアーと青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加しました。
小2、小4、中1の子供達は、今回の石垣島旅行で1番楽しかった！と言ってました。
末っ子は泳ぎが苦手で、最初は怖がっていましたが、ライフジャケットを着用していたのと、ガイドさんの気配りと優しい声掛けで、怖がる事なく楽しめました。
ツアー中に撮影した写真をその日の内にいただけたのも嬉しかったです。
子供達のリクエストもあるので、また石垣島へ旅行する際には参加します！

I participated with my 7-year-old daughter. We are a parent-child duo who can't swim, but the staff helped us by pulling us along while we held onto the floaties. Shinjo Beach was shallow and very beautiful. We encountered many sea turtles as well. The parking lot at Shinjo Beach fills up quickly, including paid spots, so it's best to arrive early.

7歳の娘と参加しました。泳げない親子ですが、浮き輪につかまっていればお兄さんが引っ張ってくれました。新城海岸は遠浅でとてもきれいでした。海亀にもたくさん出会えました。新城海岸の駐車場が有料も含めすぐいっぱいになるので早めに行った方が良いです。

This was my first time visiting Miyako Island, but due to a typhoon, I had to change my travel dates, and since I was aiming to go snorkeling, the rough seas caused a cancellation spree. I made a request on a whim, and it seems I was able to go this time.

I don't know what the usual sea is like, but it was incredibly beautiful, and thanks to our guide Matsuura's skills and support, it turned out to be a wonderful day. I saw clownfish and a giant sea turtle—so huge!

I heard that the effects of the typhoon last for more than three days, so I want to plan a revenge trip during a better month.

I really want to be taken to Ryugu-jo!

初めて宮古島来たのですが、台風で行く日にちも変更になり、また、シュノーケルを目的としていたので台風で海が荒れてキャンセルのオンパレードでした。
ダメもとでリクエストしたら今回、行けた感じです。

普段の海は知らないですが、凄く綺麗でガイドの松浦さんの対応とスキルでズバらしい1日になりました。カクレクマノミと海亀、デカすぎ‼️

台風後の影響は3日以上続くと聞いたので、タイミングのいい月にリベンジを図りたいです。


竜宮城に連れて行ってほしいなー‼️

I wanted to enjoy the sea on the last day despite the typhoon's impact, so I was looking for a fulfilling plan for the day.

I was worried about whether I could paddle well in the kayak, but I was able to enjoy it comfortably as a beginner. The mangroves were quite mystical, as I don't often get the chance to see them. Since it was the last day, I was glad to have time to buy souvenirs along the way!

During snorkeling, the waves were calm, and there were many fish, offering a view that I can't see in Osaka. I got a wonderful photo taken in the Blue Cave!

I heard that the strong winds mix the seawater, which helps maintain the coral and ecosystem of the southern sea, and after the typhoon passed, the water was clear and very beautiful.

台風の影響で最終日にでも海に入りたい！ということで一日充実できるプランを探していました。

カヤックでは、うまく漕ぐことができるか不安でしたが初心者でも安心して楽しむことができました✨
マングローブもなかなかみる機会がないので神秘的でした。最終日だったので間に、お土産も途中で買う時間があったのでよかったです！

シュノーケリングでは、波も穏やかで魚もたくさんいて大阪ではみれない景色でした。
青の洞窟でとっても素敵な一枚を撮ってもらいました！

強い風で海水をかきまぜることで南の海のサンゴや生態系を維持するという意味があるそうで、実際に台風が終わったあとは水が透き通っておりとても綺麗でした。

I chose a free walk on Taketomi Island. Since I went during a hot season, I realized the importance of staying hydrated. Even just strolling around, it's essential to keep hydrated, so there are a few places to eat and drink on the island, but make sure to carry your own drinks as well. This is especially important for those with small children!

竹富島でフリーウォークを選びました。暑い時期にいったので、こまめな水分補給の大切さを痛感しました。ぶらぶら歩いてるだけでも水分補給がかかせないので飲食のお店も数店島内にはありますが、自分で飲物しっかり持ち歩きましょう。小さいお子様連れの方々は尚更です！

I brought my own camera, but I requested to have night view photos taken. The photos turned out to be even more wonderful than I expected. The exchange of the shooting data was smooth, and I also received recommendations for great spots in Miyako Island, which was very helpful.

期待以上のとても素敵な写真を撮影していただきました。
撮影データのやり取りもスムーズで、宮古島のおすすめスポットなども教えていただけて参考になりました。

- Departing from Ishigaki Port to Ohara Port. The boat speeds along, but due to its structure, it doesn't sway much. If you're worried, sit near the middle at the back.

- Iriomote Island Mangrove Cruise. Since it was almost high tide, we toured through submerged forests. Although I couldn't see the mangrove forest I was hoping for, it's not every day you get to see a submerged forest up close, so that was interesting. The boat captain made a lot of negative comments like, "You usually see XX here," and "The water is murky, so you can't see well." Well, I can see that! Please don't add to the disappointment. Let's develop experiences that can only be enjoyed at high tide. I recommend sitting on the right side. Make sure to use the restroom before boarding at Ohara Port.

- Taking the bus to the water buffalo cart station. The bus driver was entertaining, and before I knew it, we arrived at the water buffalo cart station.

- Riding the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island. As mentioned, it was almost high tide, but the water buffalo did a great job pulling us, and we arrived.

- Visiting Yufu Island, lunchtime. Lunch can be eaten cold, so it's fine to explore the island first. It might be a bit early right after arrival. As you walk around the island, you'll reach the coast, but be careful where you step to avoid stepping on hermit crabs.

- From Ohara Port to Taketomi Port. After returning on the water buffalo cart, we took the bus to Ohara Port. Thank you to the driver for the enjoyable stories along the way.

- Activity – Rental Bicycles. I signed up for the rental bicycle plan, but it was a big mistake. The rental shop affiliated with this tour has no shade or restroom, just a ramshackle shed. The staff were unfriendly and just provided basic instructions. There are much better rental bicycle companies on the island, so it's better to book the "Free Walk on Taketomi Island" plan and arrange for a separate rental bicycle company. Most offer pick-up service (reservation required). Watching a mother skillfully ride a mama-chari while the father struggles to keep up is amusing. I also struggled on a bicycle for the first time in decades. Riding around, I felt satisfied as it truly felt like the original scenery of Okinawa.

Overall, this tour was enjoyable, but I definitely recommend avoiding the rental bicycle plan. Taking the extra step to book with another rental bicycle company will lead to a higher satisfaction level.

高速でぶっ飛ばすが、構造上大して揺れない。心配なら後部中央付近の座席へ

・西表島・仲間川マングローブクルーズ
ほぼ満潮だったので水没した林の遊覧でした。期待したマングローブの林を見られなかったが、日常水没した林を間近で見ることはないのでそれはそれで。
船頭さん、ネガティブ発言が多い。「ここでは普段○○が見えるんだけど」「水が濁っててよく見えないですね」等々。いゃいゃ、そんな事見れば分かりますって。ガッカリ感に追い打ちをかけないでもらいたい。もっと満潮時にしか体験できない事を開発しましょう。
座席は右側がお勧め。大原港へ着く前にトイレを済まして乗り込もう。

・バスで水牛車乗り場へ
バスの運転士さん、説明が面白く、なるほどって頷いているうちに水牛車乗り場へ。

・水牛車で由布島へ
前述の通りほぼ満潮だったのだが、水牛さんが頑張って引いてくれて到着

・由布島見学、ランチタイム
昼食は冷めてても問題ないので島を見学後でも良いでしょう。到着直後はちょっと早い。
島内を見学しながら歩いて行くと海岸に出ますが、その際足元に注意しましょう。ヤドカリさんを踏みつぶさないように。

・大原港から竹富港へ
水牛車に乗って戻り、バスで大原港へ。運転士さん、その間も楽しい話ありがとぅ。

・アクティビティ～レンタサイクル
今回レンタサイクルプランを申し込んだが。これが大失敗。このツアーの提携レンタサイクル屋は、日除けもなければトイレもない掘っ立て小屋のレンタサイクル屋。スタッフも愛想も糞もなく事務的に案内してるだけ。
島内にはもっとましなレンタサイクル業者が沢山あるので、「竹富島でフリーウォーク」プランで申し込み、別途レンタサイクル業者の申し込みをしましょう。どこも送迎付きです。（当然要予約）
島内の観光はママチャリの母親が颯爽と乗りこなしている後をお父さんがヨロヨロ付いていく様子が面白い。自分も数十年振りの自転車に四苦八苦。
自転車で周ってみるとなるほど、沖縄の原風景って感じで満足。

とまぁ、このツアーはこんな感じ。他は楽しかったがレンタサイクルプランは絶対止めたほうが良い。ひと手間かけて他のレンタサイクル業者を予約したほうが満足度は高い。
