First, we were able to explore the mangroves by boat and take our time with photos (the guide was also very attentive). The water buffalo cart was a slow-paced ride, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace. On the way back, we returned a bit faster with a different guide, but it was no problem since it was the return trip.

Finally, on Taketomi Island, we rode bicycles using a map. I had selected places to visit in advance online, so we were able to explore with plenty of time to spare.

During the rainy season on Miyako Island, there was heavy rain until the morning, but I received a message that I could change the time for the day. I was able to experience snorkeling and kayaking under the sun.

My companion, who is not a strong swimmer, wanted to try snorkeling, so we signed up for this tour. The instructor provided safety explanations and helped practice swimming in shallow water, allowing my companion to swim independently and see many beautiful fish up close, which was very moving.

We encountered clownfish and even a sea turtle, swimming together at close range, and we were able to capture videos as well.

Additionally, we kayaked at Imugya Marine Garden that day, gently paddling while swaying in the pleasant breeze and calm waves. The instructor also shared recommendations for local spots.

Although it was about a half-day tour, it was neither too packed nor too stretched out; it was just right, and I was very satisfied. I was also happy that the videos and photos were sent to us right after the tour ended.

クマノミやなんとウミガメにも出会え、近距離で一緒に泳いだり、動画も撮ってもらえました。

また、カヤックはこの日はイムギャーマリンガーデンにて、心地よい風と穏やかな波に揺られつつのんびりと漕ぎながら、
インストラクターの方から現地のおすすめスポット等も聞けて、、

およそ半日のツアーでしたが、詰め込んだような工程でもなく、かと言って間延びもない丁度良さ、大満足でした。

We participated as a family of four. My daughter is in the third grade and can't swim at all, but the instructor was kind and taught her patiently, so she was able to snorkel with peace of mind. Even while swimming, whenever her goggles slipped, the instructor adjusted them for her multiple times, allowing her to swim comfortably. I was worried about whether we would see a sea turtle, but we were able to see one just about 10 minutes after we started. It was incredibly moving to swim so close to it. My son, who loves turtles, was so touched that he almost cried. Thank you for the wonderful experience! It's all thanks to the kind instructor!

We transferred to a bus and headed to the cruise ship terminal. The driver and guide was very good at speaking! After switching to the cruise ship, we observed the mangroves. Having done quite a few guided river cruises in Southeast Asia, I wasn't particularly impressed. We then transferred to another bus to go to the water buffalo cart station. The water buffalo cart ride while listening to Yaeyama folk songs was nice! The Okinawan cuisine at Yubu Island, accompanied by explanations, was delicious! After the meal, we took a commemorative photo with the water buffalo "Rui-kun"! I wanted the photo data and purchased two for 2500 yen. You can quickly download the data with a QR code. Then, there was a thunderstorm! During that time, we enjoyed Yubu Island coffee and cake at the Yubu Island tea house. The coffee was very tasty with a slight acidity. It seems to be a daily blend. When the rain lightened up, we returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart, switched buses to go to the port, and took a boat to Taketomi Island. We took another bus and visited two beaches. At the much-anticipated Hoshizuna Beach, the rain stopped, but we couldn't find any star sand... 残り時間20分で展望ビルに上り、アイスの商店でアイス購入し、走り回り～またバスで港へ行き船で帰港・・・。クルーズ時間を短くするかして竹富島観光時間を、あと30分は取って欲しい。全ての行程でチケットを切り取り、出すのが大変でした。遊園地の腕輪のようにコース番号印刷をはめれば見せるだけでOKみたいなものを使ってほしいです。

1: I went to see the mangroves in Amami Oshima first, and this time the mangroves were quite disappointing. I do not recommend it. During the hour-long cruise, I listened to music and did other things. I will upload photos on social media, as a reality check.

2: Regarding the ox cart, I was informed by the local staff that moving to a different seat (especially towards the back) puts significant strain on the ox's neck, which has led to instances of fainting and even life-threatening situations in the past. It would have been better if this information had been provided during the adjustment phase when we were confirming our seating positions before departure, but this discussion happened during the return trip. I found it very stressful to receive a stern warning without prior explanation during the outbound trip when we were fixing our seats. I will never visit this island again. 3: Additionally, the tour did not include the "2022 shuttle bus timetable" until I pointed it out. It was still showing the expired link from early 2021. 管理担当者はツアー会社側と本仲介(マッチングサイト)両者と推測されます。管理担当者の運用意識が私にはわかりかねました。

4:ツアー前日に電話がかかってきてその際に集合時間を案内されますが(他ツアーも同じく)申し込みがWebなのにその後アナログ対応で電話とは。。。IP電話だと電話代発生しますし沖縄旅行だと前日もバタバタしていたり離島や電波の悪い場所にいたり(私はそうでした)。運用システムの改善を強く要望します。
要は、目的が「集合時間、場所相互認識一致」ですよね。
なら申し込みに使用したメールアドレスからそのような画面へうつってクリックするなりすれば目的は果たせますよね？
アプリや大掛かりなシステム開発では費用がかさむこともありますが
この程度のものなら短時間少人数で対応できるわけです。
今回沖縄旅行で2つのツアーを申し込みましたが、現システムの悪さを踏まえてもリピートはありません。
IT知識向上と最新情報のブラッシュアップ、マーケティングを再度見直してください。

上記理由と体験から、ツアー申し込みよりも個別オプションを自分で手配した方が不満回避になると思いました。

I should have been surrounded by the blue sky and blue sea, creating a rare experience. Even with the cloudy skies and heavy rain, I managed to enjoy it to some extent, but my expectations were too high. (laughs)

The gelato at Yubu Island Chaya was delicious. I felt a bit sad that Taketomi Island has become more touristy compared to my visit 20 years ago.

I was nervous since it was my first time canoeing, but I was grateful for the thorough explanations he provided. It was the middle of the rainy season, and unfortunately, the sea was murky due to heavy rain the day before, but luckily, the weather was calm on the day of the tour, allowing us to paddle smoothly to our favorite spots. I was so excited to discover how much fun canoeing can be! Along the way, we peeked into the water, navigated through narrow gaps between rocks, and even saw an eagle carrying a large fish (Kuma-kun mentioned it was his first time seeing that too). Chatting with Kuma-kun made the 1.5 hours fly by.

After that, we had a lunch break from 12:00 to 14:00, during which we could freely explore, eat at nearby shops, or visit souvenir stores.

In the afternoon, we gathered at Shigira Beach at 14:00, and the instructor was Mao-kun! He provided detailed explanations with great effort. I had done snorkeling a few times before, but I felt that he was the most thorough instructor I had encountered. In the sea, he took us to a spot where we could see clownfish, and then to a location where sea turtles were present for my long-awaited sea turtle snorkeling! そのあと、12:00～14:00は昼休憩ですが、自由に行動できるので、近所のお店で食べたり、お土産物屋さんにいったりできます。

午後は14:00にシギラビーチに集合で、インストラクターはまおくんです！
一生懸命、丁寧に説明してくださりました。シュノーケリングはこれまで何度かしたことがありますが、今までで一番丁寧に説明してくださるインストラクターさんだな、と感じました。
海では、ニモのいるスポットに連れてってくれて、その後はウミガメがいる場所に連れてってくれて念願のウミガメシュノーケリング！！
ウミガメはこれまで海の上からは何度か見ることはありましたが、手を伸ばせば触れる近距離（目の前1mくらいのところにずっといます。）で、食事をしているところをずっと観察！！ウミガメの5分おきの息継ぎを3回も見ることができて、本当にとても楽しかったです。

ツアーが終了して約1時間後には、LINEを通してカヌーとシュノーケリングの写真をたくさん送ってくれました！これはすごい！また、海で自分で写真を撮ってもなかなかうまくは撮れませんし、データでいただけるのはすごくうれしかったです。

大満足な一日でした。

I decided to join on short notice when I came to Miyako Island for work! I received a message the day before departure that landing on Barasu Island might be difficult due to tide conditions, and since the weather forecast predicted rain, I honestly felt a bit disappointed about participating. On the day of the trip, it started to rain while we were on the ferry heading to Iriomote Island. We listened to the explanation in the welcoming car, and then we started canoeing in the rain. There were three women in their 50s on this trip, and we were in a three-person canoe. Everyone was a beginner and felt anxious, but our guide, Ryusei, provided thorough explanations, and we gradually got the hang of it, making our way through the mangrove forest. The trekking to the waterfall was thrilling as we crossed a river that had risen due to the rain, and we arrived at the waterfall. We took photos in front of a rare waterfall that looked different from usual ones. We also enjoyed paddling back in the canoe. In the afternoon, we were able to land on Barasu Island, which we had given up on, and at two snorkeling spots, we saw wonderful coral reefs and tropical fish. Ryusei was cheerful and attentive throughout, which made us feel really safe and able to enjoy ourselves. For those worried about the weather, I highly recommend this tour as you can have a great time even in the rain!

出発前日に潮位の関係でバラス島上陸が難しいかもしれないとのご連絡を頂き、また、天気予報も雨だったので正直、少しがっかりした気持ちでの参加でした。当日はフェリーで西表島へ向かう途中から雨。お迎えの車内で説明を聞き、雨の中カヌーがスタート。50代女3人旅で、カヌーも3人乗り。皆初体験で不安がありましたが、ガイドのりゅうせい君が丁寧に説明して下さり、次第にコツを掴み、マングローブの森の中を進む事が出来ました。滝までのトレッキングは、雨で増水した川を横切ったりとスリル満点の中滝に到着。普段の滝とは様子が違うレアな滝の前で写真撮影。帰りのカヌーも楽しく漕ぎました。午後のシュノーケリングは、諦めていたバラス島にも上陸出来、2カ所のポイントで、素晴らしい珊瑚礁と熱帯魚を見ることが出来ました。りゅうせい君が終始明るく細かく声をかけてくれたので、本当に安心して楽しむ事が出来ました。天候で悩んでる方には雨でも全く心配なく楽しめるツアーなので、オススメしたいです！

The tour of Ishigaki Island was very satisfying. The pickup was on time, and the tour guidance was truly thorough. However, the water buffalo tour on Taketomi Island was quite disappointing. When I communicated that we wanted to take the bus to the ferry terminal since everyone was gathered, the staff member silently waved their right hand as if to say "hurry up and get on." When we arrived at the ferry terminal, we were dropped off at a distant location and had to run through heavy rain to reach the terminal. I was really looking forward to it, so it was quite a disappointing tour.

石垣島のツアーは大満足でした。
お迎えも時間通り、ツアーの案内も本当に丁寧でした。
が、竹富島での水牛ツアー
ほんと係の人の案内感じ悪いです。
全員揃ったのでフェリー乗り場行きのバス乗りたい旨を伝えたところ無言で右手を振りながら早く乗れと言わんばかりの態度。
フェリー乗り場に着いたと思ったら、場所の離れたところで降ろされ大雨の中走ってフェリー乗り場に移動しなくてはない始末。
楽しみにしていただけにかなり残念なツアーでした。

Highly recommended! The mangrove canoeing was fun, and as someone with nearsightedness, I borrowed prescription goggles and was able to see the corals and fish. おススメ！マングローブのカヌーも楽しく、近眼の自分は、度付きのゴーグル借りて、サンゴも魚も見えました。

In a word, I highly recommend this fun-filled tour.

It was my first time seeing mangroves, and my wife and I leisurely paddled along in a canoe. The guide was fantastic and took a lot of photos for us. It rained a bit, just a light drizzle, but it added to the nice atmosphere.

For lunch, we went to a local restaurant at our own expense (as mentioned in the tour description). I'm glad I brought cash.

In the afternoon, we took a boat to Balas Island for snorkeling. Since we wore life jackets, we didn't sink. The water was clear, there were corals, and we even saw fish from the movie Finding Nemo. The guide took many photos during this time as well. I borrowed prescription goggles for snorkeling, which allowed me to see the fish clearly. I also rented a wetsuit, which helped keep me warm when returning to the boat after snorkeling.

Overall, the guide was very enthusiastic and provided great guidance while taking photos, making the experience really enjoyable.

午後は、ボートでバラス島に行ってスノーケリング。ライフジャケットを付けているので、沈みません。また、水も綺麗で、サンゴもあり、映画のニモもいました。この時もガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくれました。　　
あと、自分はスノーケリングの時は度付きのゴーグルを借りました。はっきり魚が見えてよかったです。あと、ウェットスーツも借りました。その方が、スノーケリング終わってからボートに戻っても寒くないですね。

全体として、ガイドさんがとても楽しそうに色々案内してくれて、写真を撮ってくれるのですごくよかったです。
