We opted for the volume-up plan and had a photo shoot as a couple. Just before Typhoon No. 18, we had fantastic conditions where the Milky Way was clearly visible. The shooting spot was an open area at a partnered golf course, with no other lights interfering, allowing us to see the stars beautifully. During the shoot, we received many considerate words, and both of us enjoyed a fun and pleasant experience. The photos we received are ultra-high quality, which we truly appreciate. I highly recommend this plan.

台風18号直前、ギリギリでしたが天の川がしっかりと見える素晴らしい条件でした。

Unfortunately, on the day of the event, there were many clouds, and under normal circumstances, it would have been canceled. 当日は残念ながら雲が多く通常であればキャンセルとなるであろう状況でありがら滞在最終日というのを考慮頂き、粘り対応下さいました。
満点の星空とはいきませんでしたが思い出に残る唯一無二の経験をさせて頂きました。

It was our first time participating as a couple. Since it’s a place where you can take beautiful photos, it was inevitably very dark with no streetlights around, and we managed to meet up with the person in charge over the phone. I think this was quite a unique experience in itself. After that, we laid a towel on a rock and took seated photos, followed by standing photos on the beach. Since it was our first time, I wasn't sure what poses to take, but they kindly suggested some recommended poses, and we were able to take about 10 photos successfully. I was grateful for their flexibility in accommodating our request for additional shots.

We were blessed with good weather on the day, and the photos sent later were very beautiful. During the shoot, we needed to stay still for about 10 seconds, and perhaps due to the tension, some of the photos showed my face looking a bit stiff, so if I have the chance again, I would like to try smiling and take another shot.

カップルでの初めての参加でした。
綺麗に撮影できる場所なので必然的に周囲には街灯などなく真っ暗で、担当の方と電話をしてなんとか合流。これはこれでなかなかできない経験だったと思います。そのあと、岩の上にタオルを敷いていただいて座っての撮影、そして砂浜での立っての撮影でした。初めてでどのようなポーズを取ればよいのか分からなかったのですが、おすすめのポーズを教えていただき、無事に10枚ほど撮影することができました。追加で撮影して欲しいという要望にも柔軟に対応していただきありがたかったです。
当日は天気に恵まれ、後日送られた写真はとても綺麗でした。撮影時に10秒ほどじっとしている必要があるのですが、その緊張のせいか自分の顔が少しこわばっているように見える写真もあったので、また機会があれば笑顔で再挑戦したいと思います。

I participated in a sea turtle snorkeling tour for the first time in Miyako Island.

I joined with a friend, and since it was just the two of us, we were able to receive careful guidance from our guide, Wataru, which was really great.

Since sea turtles are wild animals, there are times when you might not see them, but we were lucky enough to encounter one about five minutes after we started! We found the first one so quickly that we went looking for a second, and we were fortunate to find another one right away too!

We also got beautiful photos with the sea turtles, and it felt wonderful to float around while snorkeling and seeing the coral reefs and fish.

They took several aerial photos with a drone, and I was really happy with how beautiful they turned out.

When we received the photos, Wataru also recommended some great places to eat in Miyako Island, Instagram-worthy cafes, and must-see tourist spots and beaches, which were very helpful for our trip.

I also received great support from our guide, WATARU. My partner was a beginner at snorkeling, but he kindly and patiently taught us, allowing us to enjoy sea turtle snorkeling without worrying about time. We had a 100% encounter rate with sea turtles and were able to see two of them, with plenty of photos taken, creating lifelong memories. The safety measures for snorkeling and the enjoyable experience were all user-friendly, and I had my first experience with drone photography, receiving stunning photos and videos! The day of the shoot, it seems the moon set late, so we started shooting at 1 AM. We drove directly to the golf course where the shoot took place, but it was so dark that it was a bit scary! However, once we got out of the car, the sky was filled with stars, and I was truly moved!!

I participated in this tour with my family of four, including two elementary school children. First, I was told that my husband's life jacket had a broken safety belt and was too small for his size, and that was the only option available. I also realized that my daughter's snorkel had a broken mouthpiece after we got into the water, but they said it was okay since she could still hold it.

I felt very anxious because there was nothing safe available, and as beginners, we were quite worried.

On the way from the parking lot to the sea, the guide only happily talked to the mother participating with her child, while two kids around 2-3 years old desperately chased after her. I felt uncomfortable as we followed behind them, hearing her say, "I wonder if it's because my mom is cute."

It's impossible for a 2-3 year old to breathe through their mouth (based on my child's experience), and they panicked and cried in the water while we had to wait for a long time. I think the guide should have increased the number of staff or allowed the mother to take some responsibility since it was clear that snorkeling was difficult for that age group. It was frustrating that the guide was focused solely on them while neglecting the other participants.

In the water, we were told to follow the guide and the mother with her son, who was in a float. After swimming out for a while, we noticed the three of them had stopped, and when we caught up and looked into the water, I exclaimed, "There’s a turtle!" I hurriedly informed my family, but I wondered why the guide hadn’t told us about the turtle. I thought the boy was crying in panic because they had forced him to see the turtle, which made me feel really bad that we weren’t informed.

After that, we were told to wait while the mother and child took photos first, and we waited for about 15 minutes. Our family’s photo time was only about 3 minutes. The guide said, "Okay, it's done. そして駐車場から海へ向かう間、ガイドさんは母子参加の母親にだけ楽しそうに話しかけ、2～3才？の子供が2人の後を必死で追いかけながら、「うちのママ可愛いいからかなと」ぼやいていて、私達はその後ろをついていきながら、嫌な気分になりました。

2～3才の子が口呼吸できるわけもなく(うちの子の体験談)海でパニック、大泣きで私達はずっと待たされる(年齢的にシュノーケルが難しいのはわかると思うので、ガイドの増員や、母親に少しは任せる等、ガイドがつきっきりで、他の参加者は放置では困ると思いました。)

海でも、浮き輪にした男の子をガイドさんがひっぱりながらその母親と3人で行く後ろを私達家族がついていくよう言われました。しばらく沖へ泳ぐと、前の三人が止まっているので追いついて海を覗くと、「亀がいる！！」私は急いで家族に知らせて喜びましたが、(なぜ私達家族に亀がいるとガイドさんは教えてもくれないのか？) 追いついた時に更に男の子がパニックに泣いていたのは、亀を見せようと、無理じいしたからかな。。。と思い、私達家族には教えてくれないのが本当に嫌な気分でした。
その後、写真撮影を母子から先にするので待っているよういわれ、15分ぐらい？待っていました。そして私達家族の撮影時間は約3分程。「はい、撮れました。では、また後で呼ぶので待っていて下さい。」と言われて30～40分待ち続けましたが呼ばれることなく、最後まで放置され母子につきっきりでガイドと写真撮影をされていて、あまりにひどい扱いにガッカリを通り越し呆れました。
最後に呼ばれるとガイドさんが無言で亀のみの写真をとっているのを待ち、亀と魚の話しを1分して終了。

ビーチへ戻る間もガイドさんが途中大きな珊瑚のかけらか貝殻を見つけたようで、男の子に見せて更に大泣きしてるのが見えながら、後からついていきましたが、うちの子達には見せてくれるどころか、ツアー中一言も声をかけることもない態度にガッカリでした。

フォトデータ20～30枚撮ってもらえると紹介ありましたが、後日送られた写真は、亀のみの真が9枚、３分程でとった黒いライフジャケットを着た映えない真っ黒な４人家族と亀の写真が12枚。の21枚。写真を期待して申し込みましたが、ガッカリですぎました。
私達は4人分も料金を払って終始放置。ガイドもなく、海でも遠くに行かないで待つよう言われ、何十分も亀を見ながら浮かんでいるのみ。
最後も、「お金は先に払ってもらってました？レンタル品を返して下さい」と言われ、返しましたが何の挨拶もなく、私が思わず主人に「挨拶もないけど、これで帰るってこと？」と聞くと、主人がライフジャケットを返しながら「ありがとうございました。」と言ってみる。。。「あ、どうも。じゃ、僕は母子の車にお金もらいに行くので。」と言って走り去られ。取り残された私達はしかたなく帰りました。
当日はツアー中雨が降り出し、だんだん激しくなり、気温も水温も下がり、寒くて大人でも震える程で子供達も口びるが紫になって震えていました。シャワーと更衣室の用意があるとの記載は嘘でしょうか？何の案内もなく帰されました。ひどい雨であまりの寒さにびしょ濡れのまましかたなく車に乗り、車の暖房を最大にして震えながら帰りました。
家族で2万円以上も支払っているのに、記載内容のツアーもしてもらえず、写真も適当でほぼ詐欺です。
こんなにひどいツアーは初めてでした。

I participated in a reservation on the first day of my arrival in Miyako Island. The weather forecast predicted rain, but it only rained when I arrived at the airport in the morning. At night, there were clouds, but I could still see stars from the hotel, so I headed to the designated beach at 21:10. When I got out of the car, the sky was filled with stars ⭐️. The Milky Way was also visible. I told the staff my name, and after the previous group finished, it was time for the shoot. In addition to the poses we had decided on in advance, we did six shots with recommended poses from the photographer. After the shoot, they let me check the photos on the camera, and I was moved by the results that far exceeded my expectations! Requesting the penlight option was definitely a great decision.

We participated as a group of three absolute beginners.

Thank you for patiently and safely teaching us how to breathe properly. ^_^ The current was strong, and I almost thought about giving up halfway, but thanks to the dedicated efforts of Kometchi and Ryota, I gradually got used to it.
