You can only use cash or a card on the bus, so it was convenient to be able to pay with a card or PayPay in advance. When you show it to the driver upon boarding, you receive a paper ticket. It was very convenient.

バスでは現金かカードしか使えず、事前にカードまたはPayPay決済ができて楽でした。乗車時に運転手さんに掲示すると、紙のチケットをもらえます。とても便利でした。

With the wonderful guidance of the bus guide, I had a very fulfilling sightseeing experience. I was a bit anxious about renting a car alone in an unfamiliar place. I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted, and the itinerary had a decent amount of flexibility, which was great.

バスガイドさんのとても素晴らしいガイド付きで、大変充実した観光ができました。知らない土地で1人レンタカーはちょっと不安で。行きたいところはほぼ行けたし、行程もそこそこ余裕があって良かったです。

Unfortunately, due to the weather, I couldn't experience snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but I was guided to a hidden gem not listed on Google Maps for a snorkeling experience! There were so many fish, and the sea was truly beautiful; it felt like I was swimming inside an aquarium! The instructor was very kind and taught us well, making the experience enjoyable! Thank you very much. I would like to use this service again when I visit Ishigaki Island.

We had a snorkeling tour experience as a couple! It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and he was really looking forward to snorkeling there. Although it was a very windy day in late October, we changed our plan for snorkeling, and thanks to the exciting explanations from our guide and the beautiful blue sea, it turned out to be a very satisfying tour. With a knowledgeable and experienced guide, we were able to enjoy the experience with peace of mind, so I definitely recommend this tour when you visit Ishigaki Island!

カップルでシュノーケリングツアー体験をさせていただきました！
私は初めての石垣島、彼は石垣島ではぜひシュノーケリングがしたいということでとても楽しみに伺いました。
10月後半でかなり風が強い日だったため、プランを変更してのシュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドさんのワクワクする説明と、綺麗な青い海に大満足のツアーとなりました。
知識と経験豊富なガイドさんがいてくれたおかげで、安心して体験することができたので、ぜひ石垣島に来た際はこちらのツアーでお願いしてみてほしいです！

The weather was nice, and the sea was beautiful and pleasant. However, the wind was strong, and there was a bit of rocking on the boat. The water was also a little murky, so I couldn't see the turtles I was looking forward to. I want to try again!

天気が良く、海がキレイで気持ちよかったです。

The stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at Kabira Bay and snorkeling in the Blue Cave were canceled due to bad weather, so I participated in mangrove SUP instead... and it turned out to be so much fun! 🌿✨
It was my first time doing SUP, but the guide explained the tips clearly, and I was able to get on the board right away. During the experience, I learned interesting facts about the mangroves while relaxing and enjoying nature.
The guide also did a demonstration of a three-point handstand, which was amazing! 👏🏻
They took a lot of photos and videos, and it truly became a wonderful memory. 📸 I want to join again on a sunny day next time.

川平湾でのSUPと青の洞窟シュノーケリングが悪天候で中止になり、代わりにマングローブSUPに参加しましたが…結果的にすごく楽しかったです！🌿✨
初めてのSUPでしたが、ガイドさんがコツをわかりやすく教えてくださって、すぐに乗れるようになりました。体験中はマングローブの豆知識も教えてもらいながら、自然の中でリラックスしながら楽しめました。
ガイドさんが三点倒立のデモンストレーションをしてくれてすごかったです👏🏻
たくさん写真や動画も撮ってくださって、本当に良い思い出になりました📸次は天気のいい日にまた参加したいです。

The tour was held despite the heavy rain that had been ongoing for about two days prior to my reservation. When we arrived at the cave, we found out that it was flooded, and unfortunately, the visit was canceled (crying). We couldn't relax at either Kabira Bay or the observation deck due to the storm, and we weren't able to take many photos... However, we enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Since we can't control the weather, I will consider this a valuable experience, but it turned out to be a disappointing tour.

楽しみにしていた鍾乳洞に着いたところで、鍾乳洞内が冠水しているとかで、まさかの見学中止に(泣)
川平湾でも展望台でも暴風雨でゆっくりできず、写真もなかなか撮れずじまい…
お昼は美味しくいただきました。

天候はどうすることもできないのでこれも貴重な体験かと思うことにしますが、残念なツアーとなってしまいました。

I use it every month. When you buy directly from the bus driver, it's cash only. Since the transaction is completed before boarding, I recommend purchasing with a credit card.

Unfortunately, due to the rain, it wasn't the tour I had imagined. While it was understandable that we couldn't ride the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay, we were forced to peek into the pearl center due to bus parking issues, and the Awamori shop we were introduced to was closed... I at least wanted to visit the souvenir shops on the main parking lot side. The taste of the hamburger for lunch was also just okay...

However, the bus guide and driver were polite and entertaining.

川平湾でグラスボートに乗れなかったのは仕方がないのですが、バスの駐車の関係で真珠センターを無理やり覗かされ、紹介された泡盛の店は休業…

It's definitely a good deal. Since it's a local bus, it is naturally used by residents as well. There is limited space for luggage, and with many users, it might be challenging for those with children. There may also be times when you can't board due to exceeding capacity, so I think it's necessary to plan ahead.

路線バスなので当然、地元住民も利用されるバスです。
スーツケースを置く場所も限られており、利用者も多いので子連れは大変かも。
定員オーバーで乗れない場合もありますので、余裕ある利用が必要かと思います。

Embarrassingly, I was thinking, "A glass-bottom boat, really?" as I was about to board. However, the captain knew the spots very well and showed us many clownfish and sea turtles that even kids know about. Thanks to that, my child was really excited!

恥ずかしながらグラスボートなんて・・・なんて思いながら乗ろうとしてました。
でも船長さんはポイントをよく知っていて、子供でも知っているクマノミやウミガメをたくさん見せてくれました。おかげでうちの子も大興奮してました。

I was glad that I had purchased a prepaid card in advance since Suica and other options couldn't be used in Ishigaki, so I didn't have to pay cash every time! I think using the bus to get around is cost-effective! This time, I was traveling with a two-year-old, so it was great that they napped during the ride and I could carry them when getting off, which saved a lot of time.

In April of this year, I participated in a snorkeling tour with Pipi in Miyako Island, and it was so great that I decided to go with Pipi again for this trip to Ishigaki Island! There was a plan on VELTRA called "Second Person Free," so I greedily joined the "Kabira Bay SUP & Mysterious Island Snorkeling Full-Day Tour." The day before, I received a message from Pipi saying, "Due to weather conditions, the snorkeling point will be changed to Osaki Beach," but it turned out to be a great decision! I think it resulted in a very fulfilling day.

The snorkeling at Osaki Beach allowed us to see beautiful fish and coral reefs, and although there was a bit of wind during the SUP at Kabira Bay, I was able to paddle while standing on the board! During the drive to our destination, the staff's stories were enjoyable, and their attention to the participants during the tour was very considerate, which made it easy to engage in the activities with peace of mind.

After the tour, I think it's a nice touch that we could use the shower booths near the island terminal for free. I highly recommend this experience!

今年4月に宮古島で参加したpipiさんのシュノーケリングツアーがとても良かったので、今回の石垣島でもpipiさんにしよう！と決めていました。
VELTRAさんで【2人目無料】というプランがあったので、今回欲張って［川平湾SUP&幻の島シュノーケル1日ツアー］に参加しましたが、前日にpipiさんから「天候の影響で、シュノーケルポイントが大崎ビーチに変更になる」との連絡を頂きましたが、結果大正解！で、非常に充実した1日になったと思います。
大崎ビーチでの美しい魚たちや珊瑚礁が見られるシュノーケリングと、川平湾でのSUPは少々風はありましたがボードの上で立ち漕ぎすることもできました！
車で目的地まで移動中も、スタッフさん方のお話も楽しかったし、ツアー中の参加者への気配りも大変細やかだったので安心してアクティビティに挑むことができました。
終了後は、離島ターミナル近くのシャワーブースで、シャワーが無料で利用できるのもポイントだと思います。本当におすすめです！

I signed up for SUP & the Blue Cave, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to bad weather. However, I was able to do snorkeling at a different spot. They suggested canoeing and SUP at different times, but in the end, I only did snorkeling. I was indecisive and called multiple times, and I am grateful to the tour company for their support. My first snorkeling experience was amazing. I wondered if there could be a better spot than this. I had no worries at all. I highly recommend it even for those who are not confident swimmers, as you definitely won't be left behind.

SUP&青の洞窟で申し込みましたが、天候が悪く、残念ながらSUP&青の洞窟は中止。でも違うポイントでシュノーケルだけできました。カヌーや違う時間でのSUP等、提案いただきましたが結局シュノーケルだけに。何度も迷い電話で対応していただき、催行会社の方には感謝です。初シュノーケルは最高の体験でした。これ以上に良いポイントなんてあるの？と思いました。不安も一切ありませんでした。絶対に置いてかれたりしないので、泳ぎに自信のない方にもお薦めです。

I recommend Ishigaki Island because with the East Bus 5-Day Free Pass, you can almost go anywhere you want. Since you can only buy the bus pass with cash, it's great that VELTRA allows credit card payments.

石垣島はこの東バス５日間フリーパスがあれば行きたい所はほぼ行けるのでおすすめです。
バスで買うには現金一択なので、クレカ決済ができるVELTRAはいいですね。

I arrived earlier than my reservation time, and they let me board the previous boat. There's a dock a little distance away from the information center.

They take you to spots like sea turtles and Nemo.

Although we had to take an alternative course due to bad weather, I’m really glad I participated! (In the morning, we canoed on the Miyara River, and in the afternoon, we snorkeled at Ohsaki Beach.)

It had been about 10 years since I last did any marine activities, so it was quite physically demanding. However, I was able to see mangroves up close and spot many fish (including sea turtles!) in the beautiful waters of Ishigaki. I truly felt the great nature of Okinawa, and I think it was a wonderful experience!

It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t do the SUP at Kabira Bay since it was a rescheduled tour, but I was able to go on another day, so it was no problem.

天候不良で代替コースになりましたが、参加してよかったです！（午前は宮良川のカヌー、午後は大崎ビーチでシュノーケル）
マリンアクティビティ自体10年ぶりくらいだったのでかなり体力的に大変でしたが、、マングローブを直近で見れたり、石垣の綺麗な海でたくさんお魚（ウミガメも！）をみれたり、本当に沖縄の大自然を感じることができるとてもよい体験だったと思います！
（振替ツアーだったので、川平湾SUPができなかったのは残念でしたが、別日に自分で行けたので問題なしです）

I purchased an unlimited ride ticket because I needed to transfer to the bus to the airport. However, I was disappointed to find out that it was not valid for one day from the date of purchase, but rather for 24 hours from when I got on the bus, which I didn't know.

You show the reservation screen to the driver, who then fills in the expiration date and hands it back to you. It's slightly larger than a credit card, which is convenient and not cumbersome. If you lose it, that's it, so I used a transparent case that makes it easy to show during boarding and alighting. The routes with many tourists are very crowded, so there's no hassle with payment. It's a great deal, and I hope it continues to be available in the future.

Passengers sit on the left and right seats surrounding the glass in the center of the boat. Depending on where you sit, you can't see the underwater view directly below you, but the crew carefully adjusts the boat's position so that everyone can see the creatures when they appear.

船の中央にあるガラスを囲むように、乗客は左右の座席に座ります。座る位置によって自分の真下の水中は見えませんが、生き物が現れると全員が見られるように、船員が船の位置を細かく調整してくれていました。

The parking lot was free, and there were discounts available, so I signed up. However, there wasn't really any explanation or guidance. I just got on the glass boat and looked around by myself. I thought they could at least tell us the names of the fish. While Kawahira is full of photos and information, when I actually went there, I felt like it was lacking a bit.

It was a wonderful stand-up paddleboarding experience at Kawahira Bay with great weather! The blue sea and white sandy beach will be a lifelong memory. The guide provided thorough instructions, so I had no worries. I would love to participate again!

I tried stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. Thanks to the guide Jiro's thorough instructions, I was able to stand up and paddle right away. The weather was nice, and the sea was clear, so it felt really good.

始めてsup をやりました。ガイドのじろうさんが丁寧なレクチャーをしてくださったおかげですぐに立って漕ぐように出来ました。天気も良く海が透き通っていましたので、とても気持ち良かったです。

The phantom island was very beautiful and mysterious. The guides were all very polite and it was a lot of fun. It became a wonderful memory.

As always, it's convenient to be able to make purchases cashless even at the last minute. There are no urban bank ATMs on Ishigaki Island, so being able to make cashless purchases without withdrawing cash is a great help!

I had originally signed up for a half-day morning session, but due to weather conditions (high waves), we couldn't do SUP in the morning, so we quickly changed to a full-day course with snorkeling in the morning and SUP in the afternoon! We had different guides for the morning and afternoon, but both were excellent at keeping the energy up and made the activities very enjoyable. They also provided sightseeing information along the way, which felt like a bonus! It left a great impression that they engaged with us so earnestly, even though it’s something they do every day. I’m really glad I participated in this activity. I highly recommend it!

Many people might wonder what to do with their smartphones for photos, but they take great pictures from angles you can't capture yourself, so I think bringing a smartphone for photos is unnecessary. By the way, during snorkeling, they took 36 photos plus 4 videos, and for SUP, they took 15 photos. They will share them via LINE later. You can store your belongings like smartphones in the tour vehicle during the activities.

半日午前で申し込んでいましたが天候上の理由（高波）で午前中SUPが出来ないとのことで午前シュノーケリング午後SUPの1日コースへ急遽変更！
午前午後で違うガイドさんでしたがどちらの方も盛り上げ上手（上品な）でとても楽しくアクティビティをすることができました。道中は観光案内もして下さり得した気分♪ガイドさん側からすれば毎日の事？なのに一生懸命に接してくれることがとても好印象でした。参加して良かったと思えるアクティビティです。オススメです！

写真目的のスマホをどうするか悩まれる方も多いのではと思いますが、自分たちでは撮れないアングルで良い写真を撮ってくれるので写真目的のスマホは不要と思います。ちなみにシュノーケリングでは36枚＋動画4本、SUPでは15枚の写真を撮ってくれていました。後日LINEでシェアしてくれます。スマホなどの手荷物はツアー車にて車内保管できます。

I was looking for something to do for sightseeing since I couldn't match my schedule. This sightseeing bus was just right. It's easy to join, and I enjoyed listening to the guide's stories.

I participated in a canoeing experience with my two children. It was our first time, but it was more peaceful than we imagined, and the whole family enjoyed it.

First of all, the scenery was truly wonderful, and the nature viewed from the surface of the lake was very soothing. The canoe was stable, making it easy for beginners to paddle without any strain, which was reassuring physically. The children quickly got used to it and seemed happy to paddle on their own.

Additionally, our guide, Makoto, was very kind, and his explanations were easy to understand. He was always attentive, allowing us to focus on the experience with peace of mind. The attention to safety was thorough, so even as first-timers, we could enjoy it without anxiety.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We had a great time enjoying nature as a family, and I definitely want to do it again.

子ども二人と一緒にカヌー体験に参加しました。初めての体験でしたが、想像以上に穏やかで、家族みんなで楽しめました。

まず景色が本当に素晴らしく、湖面から眺める自然はとても癒されます。カヌーは安定感があり、初心者でも無理なく漕げるので体力的にも安心でした。子どもたちもすぐに慣れて、自分で漕げることが嬉しかったようです。

また、担当してくださったまことさんがとても親切で、説明もわかりやすく、常に気を配っていただけたので、安心して体験に集中できました。安全面の配慮も行き届いていて、初めてでも不安なく楽しめます。

総合的に大満足の体験でした。家族で自然を満喫しながら楽しい時間を過ごせたので、ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います。
