僅有聽覺或視覺障礙者單獨參加（需有照護者或翻譯陪同並事前諮詢）
有其他慢性疾病、發燒或受傷者（症狀輕微者請務必事先告知） - 建議參加年齡為6至80歲，但若體力足夠，亦有可能接受超出範圍的參加者，請事先聯繫確認。

- サガリバナ的盛開期會因年份與地區而有所不同，通常為6月下旬至7月中旬。我們會在6月上旬透過花苞狀況進行預測，因此在此之前無法確定最佳觀賞時間。此期間多半會滿額，建議提早預約。
- 刊載照片為盛開期拍攝，因屬自然現象，無法保證可見相同景色。
- 依開花狀況不同，集合時間可能會調整至約凌晨3:30。如有變更將另行通知。

※建議穿著如防磨衣等快乾材質服裝

- 如因個人因素取消，或未事先通知而變更人數，將依規定收取取消費用，敬請見諒。
若因船班停航無法前往西表島，或因颱風及惡劣天氣導致行程取消，則不收取取消費用。 - 即使下雨仍會照常舉行，但若判斷現場安全無法確保，可能會取消或變更行程。
- 為確保安全，活動全程（包含浮潛時）皆須穿著救生衣，敬請配合。
- 接送服務僅限「上原～星野度假村區間的住宿地點」。
