- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 8 business days to 18:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 3 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- When weather takes a sudden turn for the worse during a tour, for security, we may have to stop the tour. On this occasion we do not refund the tour fare. We ask for your understanding.
We cannot offer compensation such as travel expenses even if the tour is called off after coming to the field. We beg your understanding beforehand.
