Important activity information

• If less than 4 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
• Participants must be between the ages of 3 and 59.
• For safety reasons, the following individuals cannot participate:
  
  - Pregnant
  - Under the influence of alcohol or experiencing a hangover
  - With pacemakers or heart conditions
  - With respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma)
  - With mental health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders)
  - With cardiovascular conditions
  - With cerebrovascular conditions
  - With physical disabilities
  - With diabetes
• Individuals with hearing or visual impairments cannot participate alone. Participation requires prior inquiry and must be accompanied by a helper or interpreter.
• For those with other medical conditions, fever, or injuries: Even if symptoms are mild, prior notification is required.

• Beverages
• Clothing that can get wet
• Towel
• Swimsuit
• Sunscreen

• Meeting and dissolution times will vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you with details such as meeting place and time the day before the tour. If you have not heard from the shop by the evening of the previous day, please call the number on the voucher.
• The tour will run rain or shine. However, if it is determined that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled.
• There are no restrooms near the tour location. Please use the restroom in advance before participating.
• If you are likely to be late, please contact the tour operator in advance.
• There are warm water showers near the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. If you wish to use them, please inform the assigned guide.
• For those who have made reservations after 17:00 the day before, transportation to your accommodation cannot be provided. (Please gather in front of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.)
• The schedule will change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day.
• If you wish to use the parking lot, please pay a parking fee of 300 yen on site.
• Round-trip ferry tickets to Taketomi Island will be provided during the Phantom Island Tour. If you are participating in the 13:00 tour, you can use the tickets at any time the following day or later.
