If you have not heard from the shop by the evening of the previous day, please call the number on the voucher.
- The tour will run rain or shine. However, if it is determined that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled.
- There are no restrooms near the tour location. Please use the restroom in advance before participating.
- If you are likely to be late, please contact the tour operator in advance.
- There are warm water showers near the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. If you wish to use them, please inform the assigned guide.
- The glass boat tickets for Kabira Bay will be provided during the Phantom Island Tour. If you are participating in the 13:00 tour, you can use the tickets at any time the following day or later.
- For those who have made reservations after 17:00 the day before, transportation to your accommodation cannot be provided. (Please gather in front of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.)
- The schedule will change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day.
- The glass bottom boat may reach capacity during peak periods. Your ticket can be used at any time within its validity period, so please try again at a different time or on a different day.
