We'll handle check-in and equipment sizing first. After a tour briefing, we'll then head to the port.

If multiple people are joining, kindly ensure all participants have read this information. By your participation, you agree to the following terms. - Participants from 8 to 62 years old are welcome. Children under junior high school age must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Only individuals in good physical and mental health may participate.

(1)For your safety, we cannot accommodate:
Anyone hungover, under the influence of alcohol, or feeling unwell.
Those aged 8 or under, or 62 and over.
Individuals uncomfortable swimming in the ocean or unable to swim alone (unless with a guardian).
Our staff oversees group safety, not individual supervision. If you're with children, please watch them closely. Consult us in advance with any concerns. - (2) Please be aware that insurance will not cover individuals engaging in skin diving without wearing a life jacket.
(3) You are solely responsible for managing your personal belongings, including electronic devices like smartphones and cameras. Please take extreme care to prevent loss or water damage.
(4) For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing and using full-face snorkeling masks on our tours. - (5) Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations 7 to 4 days prior to the tour: 50% of the tour fee
Cancellations 3 days prior to the tour or on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
(6) Due to rising fuel costs, a fuel surcharge of 500 JPY per person will be added to the tour fee. We appreciate your understanding. - (7) On-site payment methods are limited to credit card, QuickPay, and cash.
(8) Tour schedules may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
(9) Points are decided based on the day's conditions, so there may be days when you do not encounter manta rays or sea turtles. We ask for your understanding in advance.

・On this tour, you might enter areas dense with plankton (manta food). Be aware this could cause skin irritation like rashes or itching, depending on your skin type. - 【On the Day of Your Tour】
・Please wear your swimwear under your clothes on the day of the tour. Note that towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
・Lunch is provided only for those on the full-day course. Please bring your own beverages, and ensure you have plenty.
※Please note: Our tours typically run on one boat for all courses. We appreciate your understanding as we accommodate preferences from all participants. - 【Regarding Motion Sickness Medication】
If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking medication on the morning of your tour. Among over-the-counter options, "Aneron" is particularly recommended.
