- Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol.
- Guests with a medical history or past surgery related to the respiratory, circulatory, internal, nervous, spinal, or ear/nose/throat systems (including asthma, epilepsy, and hyperventilation) must consult with us in advance.

- The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other safety concerns. In such cases, the tour operator will contact you at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Please also note that even after the tour has begun, it may be canceled if the guide determines that conditions have become unsafe due to sudden weather changes. Thank you for your understanding. - Please note that depending on sea conditions, the tour may be conducted at an alternative location instead of the originally planned point.
