午前中は青の洞窟の探検とシュノーケリングを、午後からはマングローブ林でカヤックを行いました。
晴天で気温も暖かく、全く寒さを感じることなくアクティビティを楽しむことができました！シュノーケリングでは綺麗なサンゴや熱帯魚を見ることができてとても感動しました。カヤックでも野鳥やマングローブを間近で見ることが出来て楽しかったです。
午前と午後でインストラクターさんが変わりましたが、2人とも丁寧に説明していただき、シュノーケリングもカヤックも初めてながら十分楽しむことが出来ました。また、石垣島に来た次の日だった為、石垣島についてあまり知らなかったのですが、おすすめのスポットや飲食店などを教えていただき、とても助かりました。写真もたくさん撮っていただきありがとうございました！参加してよかったです！

I was grateful for the hotel pick-up since I didn't have a rental car for this trip. It was nice to have a lunch break at the island terminal and be able to stroll around. I was disappointed that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but instead, we landed on the Phantom Island and had a great time snorkeling and seeing many beautiful fish. I got so captivated by the fish that I ended up following them a bit too closely and sometimes lagged behind, but the staff took care of me until the end. I think it would have been even better if there had been a little more time to swim freely.

I also really enjoyed the mangrove kayaking in the afternoon. It was my first experience walking through the mangrove forest after getting off the kayak, which was a bit exciting. The kayak was stable, and I was able to relax. The guide was very fun and taught us a lot, making for a wonderful day.

While my usual trips focus on sightseeing, experiences like this have become great memories, and I'm glad I participated.

今回の旅行はレンタカーなしだったのでホテルまで送迎していただけて助かりました。また離島ターミナルでお昼休憩があり、ぷらぷら散策ができて良かったです。ツアーは青の洞窟が行けなかったのが残念ですが、代わりの幻の島上陸とシュノーケルできれいな魚たちが沢山見ることが出来楽しい時間を過ごせました。魚に見惚れてつい後をついていってしまい、ときどきおくれがちになってしまいましたが最後まで面倒をみてもらいました。自由に泳げる時間が少しでもあるとより良かったかなーと思います。
午後からのマングローブカヤックもとても楽しめました。カヤックから降りてマングローブの森の中を歩くのも初めての経験でちょっとワクワクしました。カヤックは安定感があり、のんびりと過ごせました。ガイドさんもとても楽しく色々教えてくださり楽しい一日を過ごせ良かったです。
いつもの旅行は観光が中心ですが、このような体験もとても良い思い出になり、参加して良かったです。

Honestly, I thought I would see plenty of the ocean if I went to Ishigaki Island, so I wanted to learn about some different attractions of Ishigaki Island. That's when I found this tour. In the morning, we landed on the Phantom Island and went snorkeling (ocean), and in the afternoon, we did mangrove kayaking (river), which was a perfect balance and not just focused on the ocean. Both the Phantom Island and the mangroves took us to places that would be impossible to reach on our own, so I’m glad I participated.

In the morning, I was picked up at the hotel and headed to the boat dock for the Phantom Island, which took about 10 minutes. From there, we took a boat to Phantom Island for about 20 minutes. While on the boat, it's better to wear something like a windbreaker since you'll get splashed by the wind and water. At Phantom Island, the guide takes a lot of photos with a waterproof camera, so it's a good idea to think of poses in advance, haha. 本当は西表島のマングローブでSUPプラスバラス島でシュノーケルを予定していたのですが波が荒く、フェリーの欠航が多い時期だったため断念しました。
調べたところ石垣島にもマングローブでSUPが出来ることを知りお願いしました。
青の洞窟も気になっていたので青の洞窟シュノーケルとセットになっているツアーを探したところこちらのショップさんに辿り着きました。
ですが１２月は青の洞窟のポイントは、波が荒くて危険なため石垣島南部の別のポイントでシュノーケルをしました。
丸１日ツアーでは、昼食場所が決まっていたり自由が無いイメージでしたがこちらは昼時に一度解散し好きな所で食事出来たり自由で良かったです。
写真200枚ほど＋動画まで撮っていただいて嬉しかったです。写真映えするポーズを提案して頂けたりとても良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

The kids had a great time seeing shrimp and eels in the pool at Piñaisara Falls, and they jumped into the pool multiple times. There are morning and afternoon sessions, but I signed up for the morning session from 8:30 to 12:30. After arriving at Iriomote Island by ferry, I met up with the tour guide at the port. Once we arrived at the office, which was about a 5-minute walk, we spent about 10 minutes getting ready (filling out forms and changing clothes), then got into the car and headed to the departure point, which was about a 15-minute drive away. The tour lasted just over three and a half hours, including about 50 minutes of canoeing, 20 minutes of trekking, and nearly 30 minutes of free time at the waterfall, before returning the way we came.

Canoeing was a bit tough at first, but once I got used to it, it became easy and fun to steer. The time allocation for each activity was just right, making it a well-rounded tour that incorporated various adventure elements. When I participated, there were four guests, including myself, and one tour guide. The guide took photos at various points (which can be downloaded later from the website), and the friendly, homey atmosphere created by the guide was wonderful. It felt like I could come back next year, almost like returning home, and I would love to meet this group again!

フェリーで西表島に到着後、港でツアーガイドさんと合流。徒歩5分くらいの事務所に着いたら、10分程度で準備（申込書記入、着替え）し
、車に乗り込んで15分くらいの所にある出発地点へ。カヌー50分程度、トレッキング20分程度、滝壺で自由時間30分弱、その後来た道を戻る3時間半ちょっとのツアーでした。
カヌーを漕ぐのが少しきついですが、慣れるとスイスイ、方向転換も出来て楽しいし、その他も程よい時間配分なので、様々なアドベンチャー要素をちょうど良く取り込んだ欲張りツアーです。
私が参加した時はツアー客が私含め4人にツアーガイドさん1人。所々でガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれたり（後でホームページからダウンロード出来ます）、何よりガイドさんの気さくさから来るアットホームさが良かったです。また来年、実家に帰るような気分で来れそうな、またこのメンバーに会いに来たいと思えるような素敵な時間でした！

When we departed from Ishigaki Island, the wind and rain were strong, and I was quite anxious about my first canoe experience. However, upon arriving at Iriomote Island and receiving an explanation, my worries faded as the rain stopped just as we started paddling.

Under the guidance of our instructor, Mr. Iwamoto, we smoothly progressed into a mangrove forest. We learned about the differences between two types of roots, as well as the flowers and buds, followed by a break.

We then headed further upstream.

After getting off the canoe, we crawled up a narrow, steep slope for about 20 minutes and arrived at the Pinaisara Falls. I was surprised to hear that it has a drop of 55 meters.

After a break, we descended carefully to avoid slipping and falling. My thighs were feeling weak... I was healed by the species that inspired Ultraman, and we made our way back to the canoe launch point.

On the return trip, the tide was low, revealing sandy areas in places. We had to be careful not to get stuck in the shallows and to resist the current, but we finally arrived.

With a full course of activities including the sea, river, mountain climbing, waterfalls, and canoeing, it was a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
