I couldn't see the starry sky, which was one of the things I was looking forward to, but the hospitality and guiding skills of our guide, A, were perfect. I saw a wild coconut crab for the first time! Guide A was truly amazing, finding and explaining various rare insects and reptiles. I participated in this trip alone, but I would like to join with my family next time. I hope we can see the starry sky then!

I had an amazing time. I was really looking forward to it, but it exceeded my expectations.

About the guide: We explored the dark, tropical jungle illuminated by our lights, discovering rare creatures and enjoying the beautiful starry sky from the sandy beach.

I was overwhelmed by the guide's extensive knowledge of plants and animals. When I asked questions, he provided answers along with additional related information.

During this tour, we saw many rare creatures, including coconut crabs, baby coconut crabs like hermit crabs, bats, and owls.

I usually go to the sea and beaches when visiting Ishigaki Island, but I didn't know there was such untouched, vast nature in the jungle.

I would love to participate again.

今回のツアーではヤシガニや、ヤドカリのようなヤシガニの赤ちゃん、コウモリ、フクロウなど
珍しい生物をたくさん見れました。

石垣島観光ではいつも海やビーチに行くことが多かったのですが、こんな手付かずの大自然のジャングルも広がっているとは知らなかったです。

I participated in mid-June. It was around the time when the rainy season was expected to end, and although it didn't rain, the weather was incredibly humid, making us all sweat a lot. Apparently, this kind of climate makes the wildlife more active. Thanks to that, I was able to encounter a turtle, which is rare, and even a coconut crab! At first, my husband wanted to participate, so my child and I reluctantly joined, but by the end, everyone had a great time. Despite the sweat, our eyes were sparkling with excitement. The guide was also very knowledgeable and kept talking, which was enjoyable! It was a great experience. Thank you!

I originally planned to join a different stargazing tour, but due to the cloudy forecast, I quickly decided to participate in this tour instead! As expected, we couldn't see the stars, but I had a great time exploring the jungle at night, which is something I wouldn't normally experience! I encountered a cicada emerging from its shell, saw birds resting, and spotted many coconut crabs! The staff were very knowledgeable and taught us a lot throughout the experience, which made it very satisfying! Next time, I would love to join again on a day when we can see a sky full of stars. I really wanted to see a coconut crab, so I participated in this night tour recommended by the guide from Pipi! I was amazed when the guide found a coconut crab clinging to a distant cliff, but not only that, they also helped us get a closer look at a coconut crab nearby by letting it hold onto a stick, allowing us to see its patterns up close! Since there were only my child and me as participants this time, we were able to take our time and learn various things from the guide. We were able to see coconut crabs and hermit crabs, and the starry sky was beautiful to see with the naked eye. I truly had a wonderful time. My child was scared at first, but by the end, they said, "It was so much fun!" and we were able to create lovely memories on our last day. I participated in late May!! When we arrived at the pitch-black jungle, we were each given a flashlight, and with excitement, we ventured into the jungle under Gin-chan's guidance. Exploring the jungle path, which was more lush than I had imagined, while light rain fell, was very exciting.
We were able to see and touch a beautiful starry sky, a large hermit crab, some rare insects, and even a coconut crab, which we were lucky to encounter.
I thought it might be a bit hard for my child, but they were completely absorbed in the exploration and never got bored until the end, making it enjoyable for both of us.

I was hesitant to participate because of the rain forecast, but I decided to go for it after reading reviews that said you could encounter many creatures in the rain. Although we couldn't see the stars, the deep jungle provided enough cover from the rain, and once we reached the beach, we were able to search for creatures in a nearby cave, so it was fine.

Thanks to the staff and a knowledgeable child who was also participating, we encountered even more creatures. We saw three coconut crabs, as well as other crabs, a scorpion fish, a sea snake, an eel, frogs, and many other unique creatures of Ishigaki Island, making for a very enjoyable time. My daughter and I both love various creatures, so it became a great memory.

For those hesitant about the rain forecast, I recommend participating without hesitation.

雨予報だったので参加を迷ったのですが、口コミに雨だと生き物に多く出会えるなどかかれていたので思い切って参加しました。星空は見られませんでしたが、深いジャングルの中は木に遮られてさほど雨はかかりませんでしたし、浜に出てからも近くの洞窟で生き物探しをしたので大丈夫でした。
スタッフの方はもちろん、参加されていた生き物に詳しいお子様のお陰でより多くの生き物に出会えました。ヤシガニ3匹、その他にもカニやサソリもどき、ウミヘビ、ウツボ、カエルなどなど、石垣島ならではの生き物を身近にみられとても楽しい時間でした。娘も私も色々な生き物が好きなので、良い思い出になりました。

が、ツアー開始後30分で現地に到着した時には雲が少し晴れ、星を見ることができました。
　ジャングルツアーもツアーガイドの方の解説が詳しく面白く、また夜闇の中にもかかわらず様々な生き物を見つけて紹介してくれました。

While searching for creatures in the jungle, we made our way to the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't encounter any coconut crabs before reaching the shore. According to the staff, the high temperatures and good weather leading up to our visit affected our chances. They mentioned that the likelihood of encountering coconut crabs increases after it rains. Since it was close to a full moon, the moonlight prevented us from seeing a perfect starry sky, but I was relieved to be able to enjoy the stargazing nonetheless. After reaching the beach, we set out again to search for coconut crabs, and a child in our group, being at a lower eye level, spotted some frogs and spiders. Just as I thought we might end the tour without seeing any coconut crabs, the staff found a small coconut crab on a cliff on our way back. Although we couldn't get close enough to see it well, we could tell it was blue.

This tour is very much affected by the weather, so I recommend checking the weather forecast carefully before participating, as it might seem a bit pricey. The staff were friendly and shared stories about Ishigaki Island during our travels.

I participated in a graduation trip from Tokyo! During the shuttle ride, the guide shared interesting facts about the history of Ishigaki Island and its wildlife, which was very educational and conveyed the charm of Ishigaki Island, allowing us to have a great time. We passed through areas without streetlights, and the scenery was never boring, different from what we saw during the day. Additionally, there was a thrilling moment when a wild boar suddenly appeared in the dark, making the experience exciting even before we got out of the car!

In the jungle, I saw various creatures and plants that are different from those in Tokyo, including cockroaches, large spiders, stick insects, scorpions, and coconut crabs that I had never seen before, which was exhilarating. At the beginning of the tour, there wasn't a single cloud in the sky, but the weather in Ishigaki Island can change quickly, and it started to rain in the latter half of the tour. However, I was very impressed that we drove around searching for spots with fewer clouds until the last minute. Although it was only for a short time, I was able to see wonderful scenery that I can't see in the city, and it became a fantastic memory that made me feel glad to have come to Ishigaki Island!

Even though it was late on the way back, they kindly dropped us off at the hotel, which was very helpful. We were both extremely satisfied to have experienced Ishigaki Island's nature beyond our expectations! I would love to request their services again when I visit Ishigaki Island, including a chance to see the starry sky!

送迎の車内ではガイドさんが石垣島の歴史や島の生き物の豆知識を話してくださり、とても勉強になりましたし、石垣島の魅力がすごく伝わってきて楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。道中、街灯がないようなところも通り、昼間とはまた違った景色に退屈することがありませんでした。さらに、真っ暗な中イノシシが飛び出してきたことがあり車を降りる前からスリルが満点でした！
ジャングルでは、東京で見るものとは違ったゴキブリ、東京では見たことのないような大きさのクモやナナフシ、サソリモドキ、ヤシガニなどたくさんの生き物や植物を見ることができ、ワクワクが止まりませんでした。
ツアーの初めは雲一つなかったのですが、石垣島の天候は変わりやすくツアー後半では雨が降ってきてしまいました。しかし、時間ギリギリまで雲が少ない場所を車を走らせて何箇所も探していただけたことに、とても感動しました。少しの間ではありましたが、都会では見れない素晴らしい景色を見ることができ、石垣島に来て良かったと思えるようなとても素晴らしい思い出になりました！！
帰りも遅い時間でしたがホテルまで送ってくださり、非常に助かりました。
期待以上に石垣島の自然に直接触れることができ、参加した２人とも大満足でした！星空のリベンジも含めまた石垣島に訪れた際にはお願いしたいです！！
