約15年前にも竹富島に来ましたが、お日様がみえなく曇っていたので、星砂のカイジ浜の海辺はあまり綺麗さを感じることができませんでした

I applied the evening before and received confirmation the morning of the tour. While waiting in the hotel lobby at the meeting time, a driver holding a "regular sightseeing" card appeared and left with only two other people. They didn't call our names or look for us, so I wondered if that was a different tour. Feeling anxious, I consulted the hotel concierge, who confirmed with the tour company that we had indeed been left behind. I'm not sure if the issue was that my application through Veltra wasn't communicated or if it was a mistake on the organizer's side, as there was no explanation given, and the driver didn't apologize (which suggests a communication error?).

I've used Veltra services many times in various countries, but this was my first experience like this. I'm glad it happened in Japan; I think I would have given up if it were overseas.

As for the tour content, it felt just right—not too much, not too little, and it covered all the highlights of Ishigaki. More than the sightseeing spots, the guide was fantastic! Their explanations were rich and easy to understand, and they played the sanshin and sang folk songs along the way, making it a tour where you could really feel the essence of Ishigaki.

待ち合わせ時間にホテルのロビーで待っていると、「定期観光」のカードを持った運転手さんが現れ、他の２名だけを連れて発車してしまいました。
我々の名前を呼ぶでも探すでもなかったので、あれは違うツアーなのか？と思いつつ、不安だったのでホテルのコンシェルジュに相談し観光会社に確認したところやはり置いていかれていました。
ベルトラからの申込みが伝わっていなかったのか、主催者側のミスなのか、説明もなかったので良く分かりませんが、運転手さんからの謝罪も特にありませんでした（ということは連絡ミス？）
世界各国でベルトラ経由のサービスを何度も利用していますが、初めての経験でした。これが日本で良かったです。海外なら諦めたと思います。
ツアーの内容は、これ以上でもこれ以下でもないという感じで、石垣の見どころは全て入れた感じでした。観光場所よりも、ガイドさんが素晴らしかった！説明は豊富で分かりやすく、途中三線を演奏したり民謡を歌ったり、バスの中で石垣をたっぷり感じられるツアーでした。

This was my first trip to Ishigaki Island with my 4-year-old son. We spent the afternoon exploring Ishigaki Island until 2 PM, and then we went to Taketomi Island. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy and cloudy, I was glad to have included this tour, as there wouldn't have been much else to do. The mangrove tour involved riding a boat up the Nakama River while listening to our guide's stories, and we returned afterward. The water buffalo cart to Yufu Island was a slow but soothing experience with the hardworking buffalo. There was plenty to do on Yufu Island, including visiting the butterfly garden, so I never felt bored. It was a bit disappointing that the lunchbox was cold; perhaps it was due to the large number of people, but I would have preferred freshly made food. When we arrived at Taketomi Island, it was raining quite a bit, but we bravely cycled in our raincoats. I enjoyed spotting cute birds and eating soba. Everyone on Taketomi Island was very kind.

雨が降ったり止んだりとあいにくの天気でしたが、このツアーを入れてなかったら他にできることもなかったので良かったです。

It was a course starting from the afternoon of the day I arrived. The weather was nice, and I was glad that everyone was very kind and hospitable at each stop.

I participated alone, but there were others who were also solo travelers, so I felt comfortable and was able to enjoy myself leisurely.

Since it was an afternoon course, light snacks and tea were included, and I was pleased to be able to taste Okinawan treats little by little on the terrace with a view of the sea.

It was a great tour for getting to know Ishigaki Island quickly.

On April 1, 2018, the courteous reservation confirmation process at the bus company's office and the sincere responses to questions about tours organized by other companies were excellent. On the last day of my Yaeyama trip, I took a flight in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it was drizzling and cloudy that day, so even though I was at Kabira Bay, the scenery wasn't as breathtaking due to the rain. When it comes to just viewing the ocean rather than swimming in it, nothing beats a clear sunny day. However, the great thing about this tour is that they took care of my luggage and dropped it off at Ishigaki Airport. If the weather had been nice, it would have been a very convenient and wonderful tour for the last day.

八重山旅行最終日に飛行機の便が午後でしたので利用しました。当日残念なことに小雨と曇り空で、せっかくの川平湾も、やはり雨模様だと海は絶景とはいきませんので残念でした。やはり海に入るのでなく見るとなると、晴天に勝るものはないです。しかしこのツアーの良いところは、荷物もバスに積んでくださり、石垣空港で降ろしていただけることですね。最終日の使い方として、またお天気が良ければとても便利で素敵なツアーになることと思います。

Since it was a family trip with my elderly parents, I was a bit concerned about their physical stamina and the cost was not cheap, so I hesitated until the end, but in the end, it was the right decision to book!
Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island were all wonderful!
However, the cycling on Taketomi Island was bumpier than I expected and there were some hills, so it did take quite a bit of stamina, but the distance was short, so my parents in their 70s managed just fine. Especially, Kondoi Beach had a stunningly beautiful sea color!
The taste of the lunch bento was just okay, but it was convenient not having to search for a restaurant or wait in line.
On the way back, you can choose the time of the boat, but at 4 PM, it felt a bit rushed.
Overall, considering the content, I didn't think it was expensive at all. I'm really glad I went!

ただ、竹富島のサイクリングは思った以上にガタガタ道で坂道もあるため、結構体力を使いますが、距離は短かったので70代の両親も何とか大丈夫でした。特にコンドイビーチは海の色が素晴らしく綺麗でした！
昼食のお弁当の味はまあまあでしたが、お店を探したり並んだりせずに済むので簡単に済ませられて良かったです。
帰りは船の時間を選べますが、16時だと少々バタバタしました。
全体的にこれだけの内容だと高いとは思いませんでした。本当に行って良かったです！

This time, we traveled with our dog, but we couldn't ride together on the water buffalo cart. However, they took good care of him at the office, and he had a great time. The water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island crosses the strait and offers wonderful scenery, which was very nice. The atmosphere is different from the water buffalo cart experience on Taketomi Island, so I was glad to have that experience in one day! Unfortunately, the lunch was not delicious. Also, it was disappointing that the female driver and guide for the bus tour on Taketomi Island had poor service. I believe a bicycle is the best way to explore the town. Even though it was March, it was hot. Both Kondoi Beach and Kaiji Beach were beautiful and impressive. I took a day trip from Kansai. Since my evening flight was late, I joined the tour in the afternoon. It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, so it was great to quickly visit the highlights and get a sense of the overall experience.

Unfortunately, it rained, but both the guide and the driver were very kind, providing umbrellas, which made the day enjoyable. There were also others who participated alone, just like me.

I was able to reach the meeting point at the bus terminal by taking a local bus, and arriving on a flight around noon worked out perfectly. If I have the chance again, I would like to stay a bit longer next time.

Joining the tour that efficiently visits the three islands was definitely the right choice. The boat to Iriomote Island was quite rocky, so it might be a good idea to bring motion sickness medication. I chose the rental bicycle plan, and since I could choose the return boat, I was able to explore the island at a leisurely pace without worrying about time.
