From the pick-up at the hotel early in the morning, the tour explanation at Ishigaki Port's remote island terminal, to the guidance to the bus upon arrival at Iriomote Island, everything was efficiently supported in a way that would have taken a lot of time and effort if I had arranged it individually. I realized that visiting the remote islands through a tour allows for effective use of time, especially given the limited transportation options.
時間が限られた中でも離島を訪問したいと思い、本ツアーに参加しました。早朝に宿泊ホテルを出発する際の出迎えから、石垣港離島ターミナル内でのツアー説明、西表島に到着した際のバスへの誘導など、個人で手配していたら時間も手間もかかって無駄になってしまうようなことを、効率的にサポートして頂きました。交通手段が限られている離島の訪問をツアーで訪ねることで、時間を有効活用できることがよく分かりました。
お蔭様で午後４時頃には宿泊ホテルに戻ることができましたので、夕方の約束に間に合うことができました。限られた宿泊期間で石垣島を訪れるのであれば、「時は金なり」だと思います。

I almost circled Ishigaki Island, visiting various attractions. The bus guide provided detailed explanations, and we enjoyed a typical Okinawan lunch. It was more efficient for sightseeing than driving around with a rental car, especially since we could get off at the airport. It's a pity that the weather was cloudy.

We gathered and received a polite briefing and schedule confirmation before boarding the ferry to depart. In Iriomote Island, we rode a boat along the mangroves and received detailed explanations about the plants and animals. The water buffalo barn on Yubu Island felt like being in a movie, which was truly moving. After getting off the ferry in Taketomi Island, I was able to find a rental bicycle for the day and enjoyed cycling around the island, soaking in the local atmosphere. Since it was a whirlwind tour, we spent a lot of time on the bus and had little time for sightseeing, but our guide, Nishizato, shared information about Ishigaki Island that you wouldn't find online and even sang for us using the sanshin, making it a very fulfilling experience. The weather had been bad the whole time, but it cleared up at the end on Taketomi Island, which was great.

It was the best day where I could experience everything about Okinawa. The guides were all very kind, and I could feel the warm personality of the people from Okinawa. Since my child is 2 years old, I was worried about lunch, but at the lunch venue, we were able to order separately.

Along the way, we will stroll through the forests of Ishigaki Island, where you can enjoy nature with the charming and unaccustomed to humans, tree-climbing lizards scattered here and there.
At the end, you can see the Pacific Ocean and the East China Sea from Tamatorizaki, which is fantastic. While you can drive there, it can be quite challenging, so using a one-day bus pass means you have to stay at the observation deck for hours. This tour covers the main island of Ishigaki, allowing you to focus on island sightseeing like Iriomote Island from the next day, making it a highly recommended tour.
