今回、残念ながら楽しみにしていたヤシガニには出会えませんでしたが、都会ではなかなか見ることのできない星空が見られ楽しかったです⭐︎

ジャングルのような所を歩いて行くので子供は大喜び、寒くてあまり生き物には出会えませんでしたが、ガイドさんのおかげで楽しく過ごす事ができました(^-^)

We enjoyed a day of snorkeling at the northern reef of Taketomi Island, landing on the Phantom Island, then returning to Ishigaki Island for a free shower and a break. After lunch, we did SUP at Kabira Bay.

Everywhere had beautiful emerald green waters with high transparency, truly embodying the essence of a southern island! The snorkeling was especially great! I thought I would like to enjoy it for a longer time next time. The SUP at the quiet Kabira Bay was also refreshing. I think the guides were kind, making it a great tour.

I participated in mid-March. Although it rained heavily in the evening, it stopped by the time the tour started, and I was able to join without any issues. When I asked about the probability of encountering coconut crabs during the trip, the response was somewhat low, but in the end, we encountered coconut crabs multiple times, and I was able to see almost everything I wanted, including land hermit crabs and scorpions. 夕方に運転が難しいほどの雨が降りましたがツアー開始時には雨も上がり無事に参加できました。移動中に本日のヤシガニとの遭遇確率を質問したところやや低めの回答でしたが、結果としてヤシガニも何度も遭遇し、他にもオカヤドカリやサソリモドキなど見たいものはほぼ見れました。ジャングルを抜けて海岸まで歩き、植物や地形の説明もしてくれます。残念ながら星空を見ることが出来ませんでしたので、機会があればまた参加したいと思います。

I participated during a rainy day in mid-March. The weather forecast the day before had issued a strong wind and wave warning, but I was able to join without any issues.

In the morning, I challenged myself with mangrove stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). I was worried about the wind, but the mangrove forest acted as a windbreak, allowing me to enjoy the unique scenery of the tropics with minimal impact. I didn't feel much cold while moving my body; in fact, I felt that a bit of chill made it even more enjoyable.

In the afternoon, we were supposed to go snorkeling, but the originally booked location was canceled due to bad weather, and we participated at a different spot. They called the day before to ask if I wanted to cancel or join at another location. Although it was drizzling and windy at times, once I put on the wetsuit they provided and entered the sea, I quickly got used to the initial coldness and thereafter enjoyed the colorful tropical fish and coral reefs without feeling cold.

There were also participants who couldn't swim, but they were able to enjoy themselves by holding onto the float that the guide was pulling. The guides were very clear with their instructions and provided information about Ishigaki Island during our travels, which made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy the experience.

If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely want to participate once more, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering joining.

3月中旬の雨天時の参加でした。
前日の天気予報では強風波浪注意報が出ていましたが無事に参加出来ました。
　午前中はマングローブSUPに挑戦し、風が心配でしたがマングローブ林が防風林となってほとんど影響を受けずに南国特有の景色を楽しむことが出来ました。身体を動かすため寒さもあまり感じず、むしろ寒いぐらいの方が楽しめるように感じました。
　午後はシュノーケリングでしたが、本来予約していた場所が荒天のため中止となり、別の場所での参加となりました。前日に電話連絡があり、キャンセルか別の場所での参加かを聞いてくれました。時折振りつける小雨と風の中での参加となりましたが、準備いただいたウェットスーツを着て海に入ると最初の冷たさも直ぐに慣れ、以降は寒さも感じずカラフルな熱帯魚と
サンゴ礁を堪能できました。
　泳げない方も参加されて居ましたが、ガイドの引っ張るフロートに掴まって皆と同じように楽しんでおられました。
　ガイドの皆さんも大きな声で注意事項もわかりやすく、移動中もアクティビティ以外の石垣島情報まで丁寧に教えてくださり、安心して楽しむことが出来ました。
　もし次回来島することがあれば必ずまた参加したいと思いますし、検討中の方は是非参加することをお勧めします。

Due to bad weather, we could only do stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) instead of snorkeling, but I was happy to be able to do at least one activity! It was my first time doing SUP, and the guidance was so thorough that I didn't have any trouble. The explanations about each spot during the SUP were very interesting, and we talked throughout the tour about recommended sightseeing spots in Ishigaki and good places to eat, which made it very enjoyable.

Although it was a tour that only covered the first half, the weather can change quickly in that area, so that couldn't be helped. The mangrove forest felt even more like a hidden gem, and since it's rare to do activities in a river as an adult, it was a valuable experience. I think I will request another tour when I come back to Ishigaki! Thank you!

It was so much fun that it felt like it ended in the blink of an eye. If I had to wish for something, I would have liked a little more time to paddle freely and move around.

The starry sky was magnificent, and the guide was amazing. The moment the lights were turned off all at once, the starry sky became a lifelong memory. The Milky Way and shooting stars were incredible. I felt like a child again seeing creatures like the coconut crab and fireflies that I usually can't see. I also learned a lot from the guide about the names of the creatures and delicious local foods in Ishigaki. I was most moved by the young man who is working hard after moving here. It was a beginner group event with four participants, including myself. Although I was the only senior just below the age limit, the guide's thoughtfulness, gentle lectures, and skillful compliments allowed us to enjoy ourselves until the end. I felt that we were taken along a gentle route. In the morning, it was a bit dim at first, which made me worried, but as the river is shallow and connects to the sea, it gradually became brighter, revealing beautiful emerald green waters. I was able to paddle through the mangrove river for the first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP)! The accommodation was near the island terminal, and they picked me up. On the way to the river, the guide shared stories about the weather in Ishigaki Island, the history of the town, and local agricultural products. I also learned about the mangroves during the nature guide session on the river. I fell off the board once while paddling, but I had a great time! I'm 59 years old, and since I will be subject to age restrictions next year, I'm glad I could do this this time.

マングローブの川を初めてのSUPで進むことが出来ました♪宿が離島ターミナルの近くで、お迎えに来てもらい、川までの道中はガイドさんから石垣島の天候や街の歴史、農産物の話を聞け、川ではマングローブ（ひるぎ）のネイチャーガイドも聞けました。SUPでは一度落ちましたが、とても楽しめました‼️私は59歳で来年は年齢制限にかかるので今回出来て良かったです。

This time, I participated in stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. The SUP in the clear waters of Kabira Bay was incredibly refreshing. The instructor was very attentive, making it enjoyable even for beginners!

Although the wind picked up at one point, the guide helped pull us along, so even those without much stamina can participate with peace of mind. The snorkeling was also fantastic; I was very satisfied to see beautiful coral reefs and fish! I was especially moved to see a clownfish up close; it was so cute!

Both activities allowed us to take many beautiful photos, so I was able to capture these memories. Thank you very much for this experience!

I joined to see the coconut crab. I thought it would depend on luck, but I was able to see four of them. How lucky! The excitement of walking through the jungle at night, combined with the guide's excellent guidance and the starry sky, made for an amazing experience. On the bus to and from the location, the guide shared recommendations for shops, so we were fortunate to participate on the first day. This time, I attended with my wife, but I also want to take our children next time.

Almost everyone was trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and snorkeling for the first time! The instructors were very thorough, so I was able to enjoy it to the fullest without any worries, even as a beginner! Thanks to the many wonderful photos taken with the GoPro, I'm reminiscing while looking back at the pictures 😊 It was such a fun experience!!!

At the end, they also recommended a lot of great restaurants for our last bus ride, so I’m looking forward to enjoying the rest of my trip in Ishigaki! ✈️

I participated because I wanted to see various creatures and also observe the starry sky on Ishigaki Island for the first time. The starry sky was incredibly beautiful, and lying on the sandy beach to watch it was the best! The main focus was searching for coconut crabs, and I encountered four of them, including a rare baby coconut crab! The kids also had a great time, so it was wonderful. We had the pleasure of having Sebastian as our snorkeling tour guide, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. His friendly and accommodating nature put us at ease right away. He spoke great English and shared a wealth of knowledge about the island, even offering us fantastic recommendations for local dining spots.

Taro was our guide for the stand-up paddleboarding tour, and he was equally wonderful. I had planned to go to the Blue Cave, but due to the wind, we went to a different beach. The owner of the restaurant we went to afterward also said, "That beach is beautiful." ☺️✨ It was my first time snorkeling, and it had been a while since I swam, but I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. Due to strong winds, we had to change our plans and enjoyed canoeing in the mangroves of Miyara River! It felt amazing, so much so that we didn't even mind the rain! Of course, seeing the mangroves and having fun canoeing was great, but what made it even better was our guide, who kept the atmosphere lively and enjoyable throughout the trip. They also introduced us to some delicious places to eat, which was very helpful! Thank you very much. I hope to meet a Kijimunar someday!

We participated as a family with a 6-year-old child and parents in their 60s. I was worried because the weather was bad and it was drizzling, but the guide's talk was interesting, and we enjoyed ourselves on the way to the location.

The site was exciting as we ventured into a dark, deep forest that ordinary people can't enter. Walking through caves and rocky areas was also fun. We were able to see about three coconut crabs, which was our main goal. We also found frogs and insects, and my sons, who love insects and reptiles, were thrilled. Although we couldn't see the starry sky due to the rain, there were so many trees that the light rain didn't bother us, and we were very satisfied with the tour.

現地は、普通の人は入っていけないような真っ暗な深い森の中を進んでいき、とてもわくわくしました。洞窟や岩場を歩くのも面白かったです。お目当てのヤシガニも３匹ほど見ることができました。他にもカエルや虫を見つけて、昆虫やは虫類が大好きな息子たちは大喜びでした。雨のため星空は見れませんでしたが木がたくさんあるので、小雨も気にならず大満足のツアー内容でした。

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy this time, so we couldn't see the starry sky, but I hope to see many stars next time I participate. The other highlight, the coconut crab, was diligently found by the tour guides, and we were able to take pictures together. Before going, I couldn't imagine what it would be like and was somewhat skeptical, but once I was taken to the site and went on the adventure, it was even more enjoyable than I had imagined, and I had a truly valuable experience. Thank you to all the staff.

ツアーの担当者の方々は、行きも帰りも車内の中で楽しい話をたくさんしてくださり、知らなかったこともたくさん聞けて最初から最後まで盛りだくさんに楽しませていただきました。
今回は、天気が曇りだったので残念ながら星空は観ることが出来ませんでしたが、次回参加した時には星空がたくさん観れたら嬉しいなと思っています。
もう一つの目玉のヤシガニはツアーの担当者の方々が一生懸命見つけてくださり一緒に写真を撮ることも出来ました。
行く前はどんな感じか想像もつかず半信半疑でしたが、実際に現地に連れて行ってもらい冒険をしてみたら想像以上に楽しく大変貴重な体験をさせていただきました。

I experienced mangrove canoeing, where they carefully taught me how to operate the canoe, explained the plants, and I felt a sense of healing from nature, detoxifying both my mind and body 🫶🏼. For snorkeling, they chose a location less affected by the rain and wind, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience even for beginners 🐠. During our 3-day, 2-night trip, we experienced snorkeling and SUP through Beltora! Miraculously, we were able to see a sea turtle while snorkeling, which was a very precious experience! Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, so I want to take revenge on that next time I travel!

During the SUP in the mangroves, we were able to experience a mysterious world that we usually can't see. Also, the instructor took some great photos, which became wonderful memories.
