This was my third time visiting Ishigaki Island, but it was the first time for my wife, my daughter and her husband, and my two grandchildren. Our accommodation was all-inclusive, so we were having a great time without needing to go out. However, I thought it would be a shame not to do any sightseeing while we were in Ishigaki, so I made a reservation for a half-day private sightseeing taxi from Veltra without consulting my family. On the day of the tour, I discussed with the driver and requested to visit the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay and try the gelato at Mirumiru. I left everything else to the driver, and we just followed along. At the glass-bottom boat, my grandchildren and daughter were thrilled to see tropical fish and sea turtles. At Mirumiru, we were blessed with good weather and enjoyed gelato and shaved ice outside, which made us very happy! The driver's sightseeing commentary along the way was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his help. Even though it was time to go, he took us to the observation deck, so thank you very much. I plan to visit Ishigaki again in December and intend to book the same tour. Thank you in advance!

動いただけです。しかしグラスボートでは孫や娘たちは熱帯魚・ウミガメを見て大騒ぎ。ミルミルでは天気にも恵まれ、外でジェラード・かき氷を食べて大満足！それらの行く途中にも運転手さんの観光案内が楽しくて本当に世話になりました。時間になったにもかかわらず、見晴らし台にも連れて行って貰えて、ありがとうございました。12月にもまた石垣に行く予定です。同じツアーを予約するつもりです。宜しくお願いします。

It was a plan that took us from north to south. Since it was around the New Year, many of the shops listed in guidebooks were closed, so we focused mainly on nature, visiting lighthouses and natural monuments.

It was nice that it was sunny when we departed from the airport, but we ended up getting caught in the rain along the way. The observation deck at Kabira Bay was also crowded. Because of the rain, we were taken to a souvenir shop that we had planned to visit on the last day. It was helpful that the driver guided us to various stores.

On the day of the tour, we first received an explanation of the course, and they skillfully incorporated a place where we could enjoy freshly requested fruit juices, making it a very fulfilling experience. We were able to see the scenery of various locations, and the driver provided explanations about places that only locals would know, as well as delicious restaurants. It was a 5-hour course with Tokai Kotsu Taxi. I learned a lot of information that I wouldn't have known if I had driven around myself, and I was very satisfied. We visited the family home of Yoko Gushiken, the snack shop of Rimi Natsukawa's mother, a local delicious ice cream shop, and a place for sata andagi, among others. I booked the 3-hour course. I requested to focus on sightseeing around Kabira Bay and the glass-bottom boat, but they took me to many more places than I had expected, and I enjoyed it far more than I had anticipated. It exceeded my expectations.
Along the way, I was able to see a crowned eagle and a sea turtle, and the pineapple juice introduced by the driver was delicious, plus the scenery was amazing.

On our first family trip to Ishigaki Island, we used the 6-hour course. We had shared some spots we wanted to visit in advance, but when we met, they took the time to really listen to where we truly wanted to go and also took us to some recommended scenic spots, which was great!
