There are a good number of buses running, so it was nice to have a relaxed schedule. I was satisfied with being able to look at souvenirs while waiting for the bus.
バスがある程度の本数で出てるのでゆとりある工程が組めたのでよかった。バスを待つ時間でお土産を見たり、できて満足だった。

I recommend the following sightseeing route: Take a bus around 9:00 AM to Kawahira Park, spend about 40 minutes exploring, and then take the bus to Ishigaki Airport. ただバスの本数が1時間2便程度なのと路線が少ないので観光には使いにくいです。
Googlemapで経路検索してもバス停から目的地まで徒歩20分とかかかるのが多かったです。
私は石垣島南部しか行ってないので北部はわかりません。
