Although it says 24 hours, if you purchase it at 9 AM, you can use it until around 10 AM the next day. It's the same price as the round-trip ticket offered by Toei Bus, but since it can be used for places other than the airport, I thought it was a good purchase. However, the bus frequency is only about two times an hour, and there are few routes, making it difficult to use for sightseeing. Even when searching for routes on Google Maps, many destinations take about 20 minutes on foot from the bus stop. I have only been to the southern part of Ishigaki Island, so I don't know about the northern part.

24時間と書いてますがAM9時に購入したら翌日のAM10時台まで利用可能でした
東バスさんからでてる空港往復チケットと同価格ですが、空港以外にも使えるので良いかなと購入。
ただバスの本数が1時間2便程度なのと路線が少ないので観光には使いにくいです。
Googlemapで経路検索してもバス停から目的地まで徒歩20分とかかかるのが多かったです。
私は石垣島南部しか行ってないので北部はわかりません。
