It was my first time in Miyako Island! I had a great experience with PiPi when I visited Ishigaki Island before, so I used their services again!

We did canoeing and snorkeling, and the explanations were thorough from start to finish. I really appreciated how they engaged with each customer individually! During canoeing, the instructions were clear, and they made sure to check in with everyone while we were out on the water, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves!

In snorkeling, I was able to see a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied! They took photos for us multiple times, creating wonderful memories! I want to visit Miyako Island again and would love to use their services once more!

初めてのの宮古島でした！以前石垣島に行った時に、こちらのPiPiさんにお世話になりとてもよかったのでまた利用しました！

We used this service during our honeymoon. It was a bit difficult to find the meeting place as there were no landmarks, and after arriving, we were unsure of what to do, which made us wander around for a while. Additionally, we arrived much earlier than our reserved time, but when we checked in at the scheduled time, we found out there was a double booking, and we had to wait for 30 minutes. We didn't understand why we were the last to be called, but the wait was worth it as the stars were incredibly beautiful. The photos taken were also very beautiful and we were pleased with them.

集合場所までは目印などもなく、行くまでがやや難しいのと、到着後の動きなどが分からずしばらくふらふらしてしまいました。
また、予約していた時間よりもだいぶ早めに着いていましたが、時間になり確認するとダブルブッキングをされており30分待つハメに。どうして自分達が後の案内になったのか分からなかったが、待ち時間も一瞬で過ぎてしまうほどきれいな星でした。

This seems to be a rare experience, and I’m really glad I participated to see such a precious moment! I was very satisfied with all the photos taken. The person in charge was very kind and even came to greet me. When I visit again, I plan to have that same person take my photos for a two-year revenge... Unfortunately, the person in charge two years later was away on a business trip, but another staff member was also very kind and took truly amazing photos for me. It was really an excellent starry sky photo tour!!! Thank you very much!!!

Wataru, our guide, kindly taught us everything from how to enter the sea after a long time to how to put on fins. During the tour, he also helped a colleague whose underwater mask didn't fit quite right, even though we were still on the surface. Thanks to him, all participants were able to swim with sea turtles for the first time, and we got some amazing photos. It was truly moving! Miyako Island has unpredictable weather that often doesn't match the forecast, but we were lucky and it was sunny! At the meeting time, there was heavy rain, and we waited in the car because we hadn't taken photos yet. We waited for just under an hour, but afterwards, we were able to take wonderful pictures. Since these are photos I couldn't have taken myself, I'm glad I asked for them. I definitely want to request this again when I visit Miyako Island next time.

I participated with a friend. The instructors for the morning sea turtle snorkeling were two women, Nakamura-san and Yuki-san, who were very kind and provided detailed guidance. My friend, who cannot swim, required quite a bit of assistance, but they remained cheerful and even took pictures with the sea turtles until the end (≧∇≦).

The instructor for the afternoon SUP was a man named Jun-san. Despite the heat, he watched over everyone and taught us how to paddle on the SUP! Thanks to him, I was able to stand up by the end (^ -^)v Of course, he took plenty of pictures too ♪

I experienced snorkeling and SUP with this plan, and it was so much fun! Since I participated in early July during the busy season, there were about five or six other groups along with me, and we did the activities under the guidance of our instructor, Kei. Although there were quite a few people, we could swim freely in the ocean, and it was wonderful to see sea turtles and beautiful fish! We also got to take many photos with the sea turtles and fish, which made for even better memories.

Since this activity involves spending a long time in the water and on the SUP board under the sun, I think it's a good idea to bring at least a rash guard.

On the day of the shoot, I was worried because the weather was unstable during the day, but it cleared up at night for the photography session. I received advice that the strong wind could make my dress look puffy, so I held it down with my hands and feet while shooting.

We participated as a couple, and it was both of our first experiences with snorkeling and SUP. The instructor was very clear and thorough in their guidance, and they also monitored the health of all participants, which made us feel safe during the experience! Not only did we observe the fish, but we also enjoyed explanations about them at various points, which made it even more fun.

It was great that they took photos for us, so we didn't have to bring a camera into the water. We were able to encounter a sea turtle right away, and they filmed it with us.

One thing that concerned me was that the schedule at the time of booking was significantly different from the actual schedule. It was planned to include lunch and last until around 3 PM, but it actually ended in the morning. It wrapped up sooner than expected. While it was nice to have time afterward to enjoy other beaches and sightseeing, I think it would be helpful to have a more accurate schedule at the booking stage, as some people might be preparing lunch.

Overall, I was satisfied with this tour and would like to participate again if the opportunity arises! Thank you very much.

They taught us everything from the basics of snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding to helpful tips with great care. I was really happy that they took so many photos for us. I would love to use their services again, and if I know anyone going to Miyako Island, I would definitely recommend them! During the session, there was a family with children, and I saw the instructor calling the child's name and interacting with them, which made me think this would be great for families as well.

There were a few other groups on the tour with us, but the guides made sure to facilitate conversations among participants, which helped us bond and have a great time. The guides seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

I was a bit anxious about whether we would be able to meet at the meeting place on the beach, but it turned out fine. There were a few other tours and some groups were doing activities together, but in this tour, it was just us. Thanks to that, we could take our time talking, and after encountering the sea turtles, it was just the two of us, so we could play nearby and take lots of photos. After that, we were also taken to the coral reef, where we enjoyed ourselves at a leisurely pace. It was truly enjoyable! ♪

The starry sky coincided with the best supermoon of 2022; although we couldn't see the Milky Way, we were treated to a view of the moonlight sparkling on the water's surface, a sight that could only be seen on this day. I was very moved to see about seven sea turtles up close while snorkeling! Even those who are not good at snorkeling can feel at ease participating, as the staff explained everything very thoroughly. In the second half, we chose to go canoeing, and it became the best memory as we played in the beautiful sea while relaxing! The stand-up paddleboarding also looked like a lot of fun. There are almost no streetlights, and the shooting spots seem to be known only by the locals, so I think I wouldn't have been able to find them at night without their guidance. On the day of the shoot, I stayed at a nearby hotel and rode my bike to the location, and the starry sky along the way was also beautiful and amazing!

Regarding the photos, I received them the following night, and not only was the speed impressive, but seeing the finished product moved me even more! These are definitely not photos that an amateur could take with a smartphone. Since the weather can affect the schedule, whether or not the shoot goes as planned depends on luck, but I strongly recommend participating in the tour for anyone who wants to preserve memories of the starry sky! There was plenty of time for both snorkeling and SUP, so I was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and made it enjoyable. It was a great trip, thank you!
