I had never swum in the ocean before, so I was anxious until just before, but my guide, Yamachan, pulled me along with a float and checked on me several times during the experience, which allowed me to enjoy the ocean with peace of mind. It was my first ocean activity, and I made the right choice by asking for their help! Of course, I also got to see a sea turtle. I was thrilled to see the sea turtle, but I was also grateful for the care taken to help me enjoy the ocean. I definitely want to request their services again next time. Thank you very much for this experience.

海で泳いだことがなかったので直前まで不安でしたが、ガイドの山ちゃんさんが浮き輪で引っ張ってくれたり、途中途中で何度も大丈夫か確認してくれながら体験できたので、安心して海を楽しむことができました。
初めての海アクティビティでしたがこちらにお願いして大正解でした！
もちろんウミガメにも会えました。
ウミガメに会えたことももちろん嬉しかったですがお気遣いいただき海を楽しむことができ嬉しかったです。

We decided to use this service for our honeymoon, as it was both of our first experiences with snorkeling. I was nervous about swimming in the ocean and had many worries, but the guides were very kind and taught us thoroughly, which made me feel at ease to participate! I thought it would be lucky if we encountered a sea turtle, but we actually did, and I was so moved to see it up close! They also took many wonderful photos for us, creating great memories! Since we don't usually go to the ocean, I was hesitant about snorkeling, but I'm really glad I participated!

Just as the tour was about to start, my 6-year-old daughter became upset and said she didn't want to see the sea turtles. However, the staff members were all very kind and spoke to her gently! They encouraged her to go see the sea turtles, but at that moment, she was still in a bad mood. Later, after some time had passed, she decided to join us and was very happy to take pictures! Even though there was a schedule for the tour, they made sure to consider the other guests while treating our family with the same care, which made us feel very comfortable participating. The photos we received were beautiful, and the shots with the sea turtles were amazing! Thank you very much.

これからツアー開始というところで、6歳の娘の機嫌が悪くなりウミガメ見に行かない〜と言い出してしまいましたが、そんな娘を見てもスタッフのお兄さん達は皆んな優しく娘に話しかけてきてくれました！どうにかこうにかウミガメを見に行こうと促してくれましたがその時は娘の機嫌なおらずだったけど、時間をおいて後からついて行ったにも関わらず、とても喜んで写真を撮ってくれました！ツアーの段取りもあったはずなのに、他のツアー客への配慮も忘れずに私達家族にも変わりなく接してくださりとても安心して参加できました。出来上がりの写真もとっても綺麗でウミガメとのショットも最高でした！！ありがとうございました。

This was the most fun snorkeling experience I've ever had!! I got to swim with sea turtles, and Kometchi took a lot of photos, which added to my memories! When I come back to Miyako, I definitely want to go snorkeling here again!!

I participated with my elementary school daughter. We received a kind message suggesting that we arrive early due to the crowded parking lot, which allowed us to get there smoothly.

The tour content was truly excellent. They were very kind and attentive to the little ones, and we were able to follow along comfortably while seeing many fish on the way to the spot with the sea turtles.

We were able to see the sea turtles perfectly, and they took many photos for us, creating wonderful memories. Personally, I think it was a great deal to have all the goods, photos, and peace of mind included for this price.

集合場所の駐車場が混み合うから早めに来た方が良いですなどの親切な連絡があり早く行ってスムーズに行けました。

ツアーの内容は本当にとても良かったです。
小さい子にもとても優しく丁寧に接してくれて、ウミガメのいるスポットまでも沢山の魚を見ながら安心して着いていけました。

I went on a tour with my brother and two others.

We swam to a point where we could see sea turtles, and they guided us while being mindful of seasickness and our stamina.

They took many photos with the sea turtles and kindly shared interesting facts about Miyako Island, as well as recommended shops!

Since we were around the same age, I was able to enjoy the tour a lot! If there's another opportunity, I would love to join again!☆

Prior to our visit, we received information about the parking situation, which helped us gather smoothly. A very kind staff member taught my child with great patience, which was a huge help! At first, both my child and I were nervous, but we were pulled along with a float, and we got to see many cute tropical fish and several sea turtles. I'm really glad we booked here! I was initially skeptical about whether we would really see sea turtles, but we were able to see them up close! My 8-year-old son was scared to swim in the ocean, and I was worried about whether we could set off, but the staff matched our pace and were very kind! In the end, he was taken out on a float, and while holding onto the float, he was able to put his face in the water and see the sea turtles up close, which made him very satisfied!

Perhaps because we were on the float, we couldn't take great photos, but they took many pictures until we got some beautiful ones, and after the tour, they sent us a large number of photos! As parents, we were also able to see many beautiful fish like sea turtles, coral reefs, and clownfish up close, and we are extremely satisfied! We created the best memories! Thank you so much!

Although I made a reservation the day before, I was able to participate and see many fish up close, including sea turtles and clownfish. I was of course moved by the experience with my own eyes, but I was also impressed by the beauty of the photos I received! They looked almost like composites. I was happy to receive the data on the same day and with so many photos. During the experience, the staff frequently checked in to see if we were feeling well, and thanks to being pulled along by a float, my 7-year-old daughter was able to enjoy herself safely until the end. It became a wonderful memory.

前日の予約でしたが参加させて頂き、ウミガメやクマノミなど沢山のお魚も間近で見ることが出来ました。
肉眼でももちろん感動しましたが、頂いた写真のキレイさにも感動しました！まるで合成のような美しさです。データを即日納品頂けたことと枚数の多さも嬉しかったです。
体験中は、体調など問題ないか度々声を掛けてくださったり、7歳の娘は浮き輪で引っ張って頂いたおかげで最後まで安心して楽しむことが出来、大変良い思い出になりました。

It's recommended for families with children and those who are not good at swimming since you can meet sea turtles in the shallow waters.
They also take photos for each family, so we were able to get a lot of great pictures.
The staff was very friendly, and we had a wonderful time.

During low tide, there were sea turtles everywhere within reach, and the kids were super excited. I've met sea turtles many times in Okinawa, the Kerama Islands, and Miyako Island, but this was the first time I got to see them up close! The staff was also very friendly and it was the best experience.

干潮ですぐ手が届く所にウミガメがあちこちにいて子供も大興奮。今まで沖縄本島や慶良間諸島、宮古島で何度もウミガメに会いましたが、こんなに近くで会えたのは初めてです！お兄さんもとても親切で最高でした。

I was able to fully enjoy the sea of Miyako Island! My wife visited Miyako Island for the second time, and since she couldn't see any sea turtles during her first snorkeling experience, she wanted to try again this time. As a result, we were able to see two sea turtles!! The photos were taken beautifully, and we received a lot of data, so both my wife and I are very satisfied! My first trip to Miyako Island. Due to the typhoon, we couldn't get into the sea for a while, but I wanted to fulfill my children's dream of seeing a sea turtle, so I signed up during our trip. Although the typhoon had passed, the waves were still high, and I was worried we might not see any sea turtles. However, the staff worked hard to find them, and I was so happy that we got to take pictures! The staff was very safety-conscious and provided careful instruction even for beginners, which made me feel reassured. Thank you very much!

初めての宮古島旅行。台風の影響でなかなか海に入れず、でも子供たちのウミガメに会いたいという夢は叶えてあげたい！と旅行中に申し込みました。

We participated as a family of five, including our youngest child who is six years old. We encountered sea turtles right away. During the two hours, we were able to see about five or six of them. When we met a sea turtle, we were allowed to observe it closely for as long as we wanted, making the slow passage of time very precious.

Not only did we get to see the sea turtles, but we also enjoyed looking at corals and tropical fish at our leisure. This location is shallow and relatively small, so we felt no anxiety and it was very comfortable.

Our youngest had never gone snorkeling before, but they had no problems and enjoyed it thoroughly. During the transitions, the tour guide pulled us along, allowing us to safely watch the sea turtles. The explanations from the tour guide were clear and helpful.

Additionally, they focused on helping our family take natural photos with the sea turtles. Thanks to them, we got some wonderful pictures. The two hours flew by.

Thanks to this experience, I now have memories that make me want to visit Miyako Island again. Thank you very much!

ウミガメにはすぐに遭遇。2時間の中で、5,6匹は会えました。ウミガメに会えると、満足いくまで帯同しながら観察させてもらえるので、ゆっくり流れる時間がとても貴重でした。
ウミガメだけでなく、サンゴや熱帯魚も好きなように見ることできました。こちらの場所は浅くて比較的狭いエリアで完結できるので不安もなく、とても快適でした。
末っ子はシュノーケリングは初めてでしたが、全く問題なく楽しんでました。移動時はツアーの方が引っ張ってくれるので、安心してウミガメを眺めることができました。
ツアーの方の説明はわかりやすくてよかったです。
また、家族が自然体でウミガメとの写真を撮れるよう注力してくれます。お陰で素敵な写真をいただきました。
あっという間の2時間でした。

I signed up with my wife and our 6-year-old beginner child. The guide was very polite and infused with humor, making it a lot of fun. A sea turtle even came right up to us, and we got great photos. I wholeheartedly recommend this for beginners and families with children!

I was able to meet a sea turtle this time! After entering the sea and receiving a brief lecture, we set off right away. I was able to see the sea turtle sooner than I expected (about 15 minutes after entering the water). It seemed to be accustomed to humans, allowing us to observe it slowly. It even came closer when we approached. Our guide, Kometchi, was lively and friendly, which was great. I was a bit anxious because I had experienced seasickness while snorkeling before, but he reassured me, saying, "Don't worry. If it seems like you're not okay, I'll take you back to land." Since I was able to see the sea turtle, I was allowed to return after about half the scheduled time. He took me back to shore and said, "Don't worry, I'll make sure you get back safely," which I really appreciated. It was a kind gesture, and it became a wonderful memory.

(This time, it was a tour of the morning market at Shinjo Coast, but the parking lot was very crowded. I was able to park because it was the morning market, but arriving early is essential.)

海に入り簡単なレクチャーを受けてすぐに出発。思っていたよりはすぐにウミガメに会えました(海に入り15分位)。人間に慣れているのかゆっくり見られます。近付いても来てくれます。担当のコメッチさんは元気で気さくな配慮のある人で良かったです。私はシュノーケリングで海酔いした経験もあるので不安でしたが「大丈夫。ダメそうだったら途中で陸まで送り届けます」と言ってくれて出発。ウミガメに会えたので予定の半分位の時間で私だけ引き返させてもらいました。陸まで送り届けてもらい「お子さん、ちゃんと見ますね」と言ってくれ、とてもありがたかったです。親切な対応でとても良い思い出になりました。
(今回は新城海岸の朝市のツアーでしたが駐車場がとても混んでいます。私は朝市なので停められましたが。早目の行動が必須です。)

The instructor was a kind young man, and even though we were clumsy, we were able to experience it without any anxiety! I was surprised that he took dozens of photos for us. I was also happy that he shared some interesting trivia! I was very satisfied. If there’s another opportunity, I would love to ask for his help again!

We participated as a family of four, including a fifth-grade boy and a third-grade girl.
We saw turtles! They were munching on seaweed up close and coming up to the surface for air!
We also got to see many beautiful fish! There were clownfish, and they were so cute!
The guide was a kind young man who explained everything clearly and thoroughly about the sea turtles, corals, and Miyako Island, and he was very considerate towards the children, making the time spent outside of snorkeling very enjoyable as well.
I think even those who aren't used to swimming will be fine in the shallow waters. For those who still feel unsure, the guide reassured us by saying, "I'll pull you with a float!"
Also, during snorkeling, my daughter complained about her head and eyes hurting from the unfamiliar goggles, but the guide kindly adjusted them and gently encouraged her to take it easy, which helped her persevere until the end.

We were honestly surprised by how many photos of the turtles, corals, and fish we received. They were all beautifully taken!
I usually don't write reviews, but I hope this can serve as a reference for others considering snorkeling.
The guides were so great that I felt comfortable leaving everything in their hands!
Our whole family was very satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory!

カメさんいました！間近で海藻バクバク食べてたし、息するのに海面から顔出して息継ぎするし！！
たくさんのキレイな魚も見れました！クマノミもいてかわいかったです！
ガイドの方は優しいお兄さんで、ウミガメのことはもちろん珊瑚のこと、宮古島のことなど終始わかりやすく丁寧に説明してくださり、子供達にも優しく気遣ってくれてシュノーケル以外の時間もとても楽しく過ごすことができました。
思ってたより浅瀬で泳ぎになれない方でも大丈夫かと思います。それでも自信ない方はガイドの方が「浮き輪で引っ張りますよー」って声かけてくださるので安心ですよ！
また、シュノーケル途中でうちの娘が慣れないゴーグルで頭が痛い、目が痛いなど訴えてしまいましたが、ガイドの方が丁寧に調整してくれたり「無理しないで」と優しく声掛け接してくれたおかげで娘も最後までがんばれました。

写真もウミガメとの写真、珊瑚や魚たちの写真をすごくたくさん送っていただき正直驚きました。もちろんキレイに写ってます！
普段は体験談など書かないのですが、、シュノーケル考えている他の方への参考になればと思います。
それに書きたくなるぐらいとても良い感じの兄さん達なので安心して任せられます！
家族全員とても満足で、とてもいい思い出となりました！！

While listening to the guide's entertaining stories, I swam from Shinjō Beach through the shallows and was able to say hello to a sea turtle right away! I finally swam with sea turtles! I read in reviews that the free parking fills up quickly, so I arrived around 8:20 and just managed to park one car. The paid parking is 2000 yen for the day. I'm not a great swimmer; during my school swimming classes, I always ended up in the group that couldn't swim. However, the staff were very kind, saying, "If you get tired, just grab onto the float. I'll pull you." That made me feel at ease. Fortunately, with a life jacket and fins, I was able to glide through the water and enjoyed myself without needing to hold onto the float until the end! Shinjo Beach is shallow, so I could reach the seabed, which made it not scary at all. Along the way, I encountered a sea turtle that seemed used to people; it was very cute as it focused on its meal even when I got quite close. (Touching the sea turtles is prohibited.) The staff showed me photos saying, "This is how it looks right now," and the finished photos were fantastic. I'm really grateful for that. I immediately sent them to my family and friends. Not only did I see the sea turtles, but I also got to see beautiful fish, and I was very happy that they took pictures of the fish I thought were cute. Thank you very much. The staff were not only knowledgeable about sea turtles and the ocean but also kindly provided a list of recommended spots in Miyako Island via LINE at the end. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

念願だったウミガメと泳ぎました。口コミで無料駐車場がすぐ埋まるとあったので、8:20頃に着いてギリギリ1台停めれました。有料駐車場は1日2000円です。学生時代のプールの授業では毎回泳げないグループに入るほど、泳ぐのは苦手ですが、スタッフさんはとても親切で『しんどくなったら浮き輪に捕まってください。引っ張ります』とのことで安心でした。幸い、ライフジャケットとフィンですいすい進めたので、浮き輪に捕まらなくても最後まで楽しめました！新城海岸は浅くて、海底に手が届くくらいなので全然怖くなかったです。途中でウミガメに遭遇でき、人慣れしているようでかなり近づいても、ご飯タイムに集中していてとても可愛かったです。(ウミガメに触るのは禁止です) 写真も『今こんな感じに撮れてます』と見せてくださり、出来上がった写真も最高でした。本当に感謝です。さっそく家族や友人に送りました。ウミガメだけでなく、綺麗なお魚も見ることができ、私が可愛いと思っていたお魚の写真も撮ってくださっていてとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。スタッフさんはウミガメや海のことだけでなく、最後に宮古島のオススメスポットを一覧にしてLINEで教えてくださり最後までとても親切にしていただきました。最高の思い出をありがとうございました！

Swimming with the sea turtles was amazing! I thought it would take time to find them and that we would have to go out to deeper waters, but they were just casually swimming in the shallow areas, eating seaweed, and they didn't run away even when we got close. I couldn't believe how close we could get! It was beyond my expectations. The coral reefs were beautiful, and I wanted to keep diving there. The guide was incredibly kind, which made me feel at ease. I received many beautifully taken photos, creating wonderful memories of my time in Miyako Island. I want to come back again!

ウミガメさんとずーっと泳げて最高でした！
ウミガメを探すのに沖へ出たり、時間がかかるのかと思っていましたが、浅瀬に普通に(笑)いて、普通に泳いでいて、普通に海藻を食べていて、近くに行っても全然逃げないし、こんなに近くにいられるなんて！想像以上でした。
珊瑚礁もきれいでずっと潜っていたかったです。
ガイドさんがとにかく親切で安心できました。
きれいに撮っていただいた写真もたくさん送ってもらえて、最高の宮古島での思い出ができました。
また来たいです！
